This research article addresses the guiding principles of the rights of children and adolescents in the Juvenile Justice System from the perspective of the doctrine of comprehensive protection. From the Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989, the doctrine of comprehensive protection was built, which requires States to recognize children and adolescents as holders of full rights. Consequently, States have the duty to guarantee comprehensiveness in the protection of rights in the Justice System through guiding principles that allow the materialization of rights. Due to the above, it is intended to highlight the importance of the application of justice for adolescents with a perspective of childhood and adolescence based on their rights, which results in a system that materializes the doctrine of comprehensive protection through principles based on an adapted, specialized and differentiated approach, with the aim of guaranteeing the safeguarding of their rights in an integral way. In this research, a qualitative research design was used through documentary review resulting from the analysis of various doctrinal studies, national and international regulations, articles and Court decisions.

Self-publishing has a rich and extensive history in the artistic and literary fields, serving as a key tool for political and cultural criticism, as well as for formal experimentation. At the beginning of the last century, the avant-garde movements significantly revitalized the publishing landscape with manifestos, experimental books, and magazines. Beginning in the 1960s, the questioning of power structures, along with the development of conceptual art, promoted new ways of thinking about self-published publications. The process of producing the work began tobe as important as the piece itself. Towards the end of the century, with the arrival of new technological advances, this way of creating expanded, exploring different techniques and, in some cases, hybridizing them. Currently, it could be said that self-publishing explores and analyzes, through the intersection of art, design, performance, activism, archiving, among others, that the act of publishing can be considered a form of artistic expression in itself.
An Exploratory Neuroarchitecture Study: Emotional Responses to Residential Spaces Using Psychological and Physiological Indicators
This study explores the emotional impact of residential architecture through the combined use of psychological and physiological measures. A neuroarchitecture field experiment was conducted in a real, fully equipped dwelling with a sample of 30 participants. The participants walked through the various rooms in the dwelling under both daytime and nighttime conditions. Emotional responses were assessed using the PAD model (pleasure, arousal, dominance), and physiological signals, electroencephalogram (EEG), heart rate variability (HRV) and electrodermal activity (EDA). Statistically significant differences were found across rooms, time of day and gender. Collective areas—such as the living room and entrance forecourt—were associated with higher levels of pleasure and dominance and lower physiological activation, while individual spaces—such as bedrooms and bathrooms—elicited higher physiological activity and lower psychological emotional responses, particularly among female participants. An inverse relationship was found between pleasure/dominance and physiological activation, suggesting that physiological indicators could serve as non-intrusive proxies for subjective well-being. Nighttime exposure was also linked to increased arousal, likely due to circadian disruption caused by artificial lighting. These findings underscore the importance of integrating objective and subjective measures in architectural evaluations, as they offer actionable insights for the design of emotionally supportive residential environments. Limitations and directions for future research are discussed
The aim of this study is to analyse the attitudes of Aragonese consumers towards organic vegetables and to segment them according to these attitudes. To this end, an online survey was carried out among vegetable consumers over 18 years of age in Aragon. The results indicate that attitudes can be grouped into two factors, one reflecting positive aspects and the other negative. Two consumer segments were obtained, one of which was that of potential consumers of organic vegetables, showing a greater willingness to buy them and a greater concern for their health and the environment.
A documentation study of the restoration process of Al-Haddam heirs’ house in Bab Zir – Tlemcen city in western Algeria
The old city of Tlemcen, west of Algeria, has received many restoration projects, including various architectural monuments and archaeological sites dating back to different periods of time, especially those that the city witnessed on its selection as the capital of Islamic culture in 2011. However, due to the large number of simultaneous restoration projects, the limited period for their implementation and the lack of actors with expertise in this field, many of them has been postponed to a later date. Among the most important of these postponed projects is Bab Zir Square, one of the most important residential neighborhoods in the old city and its historic buildings. In 2023, it received its share of restoration operations, and the house of the heirs of Al-Haddam is one of the most prominent of these buildings. Through this study, we will document the process of restoring this building by tracing the stages involved; We start with an accurate diagnosis of the condition of the building before restoration, then the restoration phase, by tracing the work that affected the various architectural and structural sections, and finally the post-restoration phase to determine the status and condition of the building after the completion of the work, with the aim of making this study a reference for future research and studies
Enhancing the sustainability of rabbit production from the perspective of animal genetics
The concept of sustainability, originating from the late 1980s, emphasises the ability to maintain processes over time without compromising future generations’ needs. It encompasses social, environmental and economic dimensions, although controversies persist regarding the latter’s inclusion. In the case of rabbit production, the economic dimension is paramount to ensure the future sustainability of the sector, given the large number of threats, mainly economic, it is facing. The major challenge when considering social and environmental sustainability plans in breeding programmes is how to properly include these dimensions in the functions defining the relevance of the different traits to be considered during the development of specialised lines. Note however that the key drivers of the current economic sustainability of the sector: prolificacy, feed efficiency and some functional traits such as resilience and survivability, are also the most likely levers of the environmental and social components of sustainability. In this context, the development of specialised lines is the most valuable contribution to sustainability by animal geneticists, the maternal lines specialised in producing large amounts of healthy weaned kits and the terminal sire lines specialised in efficiently transforming feed into meat. Regarding feed efficiency, important milestones have been achieved in recent years, many of them related to the fact that kits are raised in collective cages, and under these rearing conditions, tools have been developed to measure feed intake at the individual level, as well as to explore the role that one individual imposes on their cage-mates. Despite the fact that genomic tools have been developed and used to explore the role of genomic regions of different traits of interest, this information is still far from being used in applied breeding programmes. In the near future, we could predict that breeding programmes for enhanced sustainability will still mainly rely on pedigree records and phenotypic information for prolificacy and feed efficiency; but enriching the list of available phenotypes with additional traits, most likely obtained under automatic recording systems, to explicitly account for the social and environmental sustainability plans. In this framework, omic tools will perform a valuable role for further investigation of the biological basis controlling the major drivers of rabbit production sustainability, and hopefully in the future this information could be directly incorporated into breeding programmes
This paper gathers the results of an educommunicative research, which aims to signify the presence and treatment of the LGBT collective in children's cartoon series, broadcasted in Spain until 2023. For this purpose, more than 400 productions were analysed and of the 32 selected productions related to the object of study a content analysis was carried out with the aim of evaluating them on the basis of five categories: 1) Avoidance of anti-LGBT language, humour and stereotypes; 2) Vito Russo test; 3) Memorable LGBT characters; 4) Diversity; 5) General appropriateness for all ages. The results show a large number of LGBT characters, but few protagonists, little diversity and, in most cases, poor treatment, with only 15% of productions coming close to an honest and responsible portrayal of LGBT people. However, in recent years there has been an increase in the number of increasingly inclusive series. Thus, there are important milestones achieved in favor of gender diversity, but also many challenges still to be met, since the mere presence of LGBT characters or plots is not enough to qualify an animation as educational for children.
Despite the social stigma and editorial censorship faced by Charles Baudelaire's work in its time, it eventually earned the praise and recognition it deserved. Between 2009 and 2014, Shūzō Oshimi's manga Aku no Hana was serialized in the japanese magazine Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine. Its title references the renowned anthology Les Fleurs du Mal, published in 1857. The mangaka demonstrates a deep understanding of Baudelaire's work, using it as a structuring figure throughout his comic. Meanwhile, Hiroshi Nagahama's unfinished anime adaptation, aired in 2013, adds new visual and auditory elements to Oshimi's work. This study aims to trace the baudelairean traits incorporated by both the mangaka and the director, highlighting their vision of the vices of modern japanese society as related to the Paris of the poet.
Some generalizations of Darbo's fixed point theorem under weak topology features with application to a Volterra-type integral equation
In this paper, we provide some generalizations of Darbo's fixed point theorem for larger classes of contraction. Our results are investigated under the weak topology of a Banach space using the measure of weak noncompactness. The results presented in the paper generalize and extend several well-known comparable results in the literature. Further, We illustrate the applicability of our theoretical findings by studying the existence of solutions for a coupled of nonlinear Volterra-type integral equations
