    It is narrated that the descension of Jesus (Isa) will occur after the appearance of the anti-Christ. He will kill anti-Christ. Where will he kill the anti-Christ? According to the narrations, there are two places: 1. The gate of Lydda 2.Aqba Afeeq. Some scholars have doubted the authenticity of such narrations due to the presence of the anti-Christ's killing. Therefore, they held the narrations relating to the anti-Christ objectionable and negated the appearance of anti-Christ. In following pages, a research based analysis regarding the place of the execution of anti-Christ is presented which states that there is no defect in the text of narrations

    Alcohol is a compound which is very common in chemical industry. Now a days, it is used in different products and is consumed by all Muslims and non-Muslims consumers. There are many Muslims and even the general scholars who do not understand the difference between alcohol and khamr (خمر). In the Holy Qur'an the word Khamr has been used for all intoxicating drinks. During the days of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, (ﷺ) the sources of these beverages were grapes, dates, wheat, barley and honey, but today alcohol is being prepared from many other sources. Especially, the ethyl alcohol which is the intoxicant of many beverages produced by fermentation and it is still considered to be forbidden as long as it intoxicates people. Islam emphasizes the effects of alcohol on people and not the origin of alcohol.  This article examines the views of Shariah and science on different types of alcohol .The results of this study are that khamr (natural alcohol) in Islam is forbidden due to intoxication, whereas not all groups of synthetic alcohol are unlawful. In the end, I have discussed in details the alcohol free vine in the light of contemporary Muslims scholars’ views

    Hakim ul Islam Qari Muhammad Tayyab Qasmi was a great scholar, preacher and Sirah writer of the 21st century. His valuable speeches and writings on different topics, which are his memories, are published now as books. Every Sirah writer has his own specific style and approach. Qasmi sahib adopted the allegorical method in all disciplines and especially in Sirah writing, which is expressed in his writings. This research paper gives a brief introduction of Qasmi sahib and his services and discusses the said approach including the meaning and objectives of allegory with the reference of some examples from his writings. here are some examples of his allegorical style :the interpretation of saraja munira ,the two births of the prophet (ﷺ )spiritually and physically ,why the prophet (ﷺ )suffered more than all prophets in the work of prophethood? ,the meaning of the end of prophethood and the completion of religion as important topics are described in such a way that not only makes it easier to preach with easy  narration but also addsan important chapter in biography of prophet (ﷺ )

    The western endeavors towards academic study of the Qur’ān The case study of Encyclopedia of the Qur’ān

    The existence of academic works concerning the genre of Qur’anic studies in the west is a sign of grave interest of western scholars in the Quran. In twenty first century, an immense increase in production of academic works on the Qur’ān can be witnessed.  The significant point is that despite the presence of the vast corpus of western scholarship on the Qur’ān, it is not generally accepted in the Muslim world. The Muslim opinion is that despite the claims of objectivity, the Western scholars see Islam with their own lens and perceptions. In fact, many western intellectuals have admitted this reality in their writings.  It is also argued that the so- called academic study of the Qur’ān is a presentation of the old views in new guise and appearance of the old wine in a new bottle. On the contrary, the western scholars claim for the rise of objectivity and scientific approach in their studies. The encyclopedia of the Qur’ān, being a major production of the 21st century has been the focus of discussion in this regard. This article intends to analyze the scientific approach in the above mentioned work by highlighting some of its features.&nbsp

    Women recreation in the Light of Al-Sīrah Al Nabaviah

    Entertainment is a natural thing; therefore, its concept is found in every era and in every nation. Every nation entertains according to its religious and cultural values. Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him emphasized on women rights, and became the most robust voice for women rights in the history of human beings. As women entered into circle of Islam, they began to enjoy such rights and privileges that were beyond imagination in Jahiliyah. Islam allows women to have recreational activities just like men. And there are certain limits for both men and women. The life of Prophet with his wives is ideal for us. He used to sit with his wives, have them with him in traveling, have race with them, make humor and give them opportunities for entertainment being within certain Islamic principles. He assisted his wives in watching men's sports tricks, and even competed in running with them to entertain them. He has forbade who wanted to stop the young girls from playing the tambourine (a famous ancient Arabic music instrument) on happy occasions.This article analyze recreational rights and conditions for women in the light of Al-Sira Al Nabviya. It will answer that what was the state of such activities in the society to that Prophet were sent? What was Prophet’s behavior with his wives in this regard? Did wives of Prophet have opportunities for outing and enjoyment and what was its nature

    Punishment of Blasphemy in Criminal Justice System of Pakistan and International Human Rights Law: A Comparative Analysis

    The last two decades have been witnessing an overwhelming escalation in the commission of blasphemy, both on national and international levels. Generally, attempts are made to justify it on the basis of freedom of expression, guaranteed under international human rights law (IHRL). Laws of Muslim states relating to the blasphemy are facing critique for not being in line with IHRL. This poses a few questions: Can blasphemy possibly be justified under the fabric of the freedom of expression guaranteed under IHRL? Are laws of Muslim states relating to blasphemy in contradiction to IHRL? What are the implications of the freedom of expression? Is there any restriction on this right? In addition to attempting these questions, the paper aims to shed light on the nature and relation between IHRL and Islamic law. The paper also discusses the possibility of the reconciliation between both systems if the contradiction is assumed. The work also discusses how the current law of blasphemy in Pakistan runs contrary to certain provisions of IHRL and how it may be fixed from the perspective of Islamic law and IHRL

    The number of female writers is very less than that of male writers in Pashto literature. The main reason for this is the restrictions on women in Pashtun society. Nevertheless, Pashtun women have played an important role in promoting of Pashto literature. Although social restrictions were imposed on them, but they got a modern education and raised voice for their rights. There was also a right to freedom of expression. Besides ordinary women, female writers also came forward to achieve the goal. One of them is Dr.Salma Shaheen. She has described many aspect of Pashtun socity.in which the issues of Pashtun women have been discussed with great boldness.     Criticizing “Sahīh al-Bukhārī" due to it having Isariliyat in it.

    The researcher has refuted the doubts that are brought about Sahih al-Bukhari because it contains Isariliyat from the statements of the scholars and principles of the religion. The research is divided into an introduction, a preface, six chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter: The most prominent refutations of Sahih Al-Bukhari. The second chapter: The most important objections of the critics of Sahih Al-Bukhari. The third chapter: Explaining our position with regards to the critics of Sahih Al-Bukhari. The fourth chapter: The most famous critics of Sahih Al-Bukhari. The Fifth chapter: Analyzing a single doubt. The sixth chapter: The response to this doubt. All These Followed by the conclusion and table of contents. The researcher has concluded that this criticism has not been produced in our times, rather it’s old.  He Also concluded that it is not a must that the narrations regarding people of the book in Sahih al-Bukhari be in accordance with the narrations mentioned in their books, thus one cannot reject ahadith due to it being from Isariliyat, and those who criticize Sahih al-Bukhari, their aim is not to create doubts about Sahih al-Bukhari rather their aim is to create doubts about the Sunnah entirely
