A correlation coefficient of the inequality character of the person's fingerprint
application/pdf論文(Article)The purpose of this paper is to prove the "ineq叫ity character of the person's fingerprint".
The study was done by using 41 stt1dents'left hand each fingers and contrasting a number of characteristics between them, In order to prove the correlation between them, we used the certain coefficient. For this 205 (41 persons X 5) fingerprints study, the c01Telation coefficient was formally set between - 1 and + 1. It explain the strong possibility of inequality characteristics when the data is close to zero. The following three results were obtained. (1) The average data, which was obtained between M, (ridege ending) and Mb (bifurcation) in each finger, was -0.01. (2) The average data, which was obtained for a certain quadrant in each finger, was 0.15. (3) The average data, which was obtatined for all quadrants in each finger, was 0.01.
Based on the observations we had above, we found no matched ch紅acteristics between them and agreed with the idea of the "inequality ch紅acter of the person's fingerprint".departmental bulletin pape
Changes of Earth Potential associated with Boring Works
application/pdf論文(Article)The observation of the earth potential have been continued in the campus since 1987 and the changes of the abnormal earth potential associated with boring works was observed in February 3 from January 25,2000.
The abnormal changes are observed the earth potential associated with boring works in the Ⓐ, © and Ⓓ points, but there is not the abnormal changes of the earth potential associated with boring works in the Ⓑ point. The change dose not appear the earth potential when it is nonexistent so, although the changes appear in the earth potential when the base rock is penetrated by boring works, from the test results of the geologic survey.
Therefore, it can be inferred that the abnormal changes of these earth potential may originate from the base rock destruction in boring works.departmental bulletin pape

We can feel such a temperature with skin directly, but cannot watch it by an eyes.
Thermal rays are always radiated in like this by the bodies.
Generally, on production costs of apparatus sensing these thremal rays,apparatus for industry is high compered with apparatus for marketing.
Accordingly, we utilize simple type infrared detection device used in our living environment and has been produced a cheap radiation thermometer.

Fabrication of Superconducting Thick Films by Transverse Spraying Pyrolysis
application/pdf論文(Article)A set of a transverse spraying apparatus and a small furnace was fabricated in order to forming YBa, Cu₃,O₇-₅ (YBCO) superconducting thick films. The spraying apparatus spouted fine partcles of a solution of mixed Y-, Ba-, and Cu-nitrates horizontally onto YSZ substrates, which was located at the center of the furnace and heated at various temperatures up to 800℃.Sprayed films were sintered at 930 ℃ following slow cooling-down in 0₂ gas flow. These films became thinner and finer as the substrate temperature Ts went up at spraying, Only samples prepared at Ts = 300℃~400℃ showed low roomtemperature resistances and high XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) peaks, which are corresponding to superconducting properties, According to the composition analysis of EPMA, there were very few Ba atoms compared with Cu, and contents of Y decreased for Ts higher than 500℃.It may be inferred that these composition descrepancies are attributed to flying stall of heavy atoms before arrival at the substrate keeping at high temperature,departmental bulletin pape

application/pdf論文(Article)By the 3-D image measurement methods, such as space pattern projection technique and moire topography, to discern the exact striped order is taken as the foundations of measurement. Because the depth range of an object is computed by correspondence relation between the fringe order of a realective pattern, and the depth of an object. Multiple images needs by the conventional method. Moreover, by methods, such as the moire method and the interfering method, this is known as the problem of phase unwrapping of moire patterns or interfering patterns. Because of this problem, it is difficult to calculate the absolute phase or to discern the relation between the fringes, especially in the cases in which the fringes are discontinuous or the objects are isolated, and so forth.
The technique of using modulated projection with 3-D information is presented. A new fringe pattern whose fringe intensity or color changes with its order can produced. The fringe order can be extracted easily from the fringe intensity or color, and the absolute phase or absolute depth range can be obtained solely by its intensity or color.departmental bulletin pape

A Change of Electric Characteristics of Unipolar Device in Low Temperature Region
application/pdf論文(Article)We measured an electric characteristics of JFET used as the voltage control element in low temperature region. The following evidence were found as a result.
(1) Operating resistance(△IDo/△VDS ) become large in saturated region.
(2) Operating point that does not receive influence of temperature is V Gs = -1.6 [VJ.
(3) The curve of I0 slips off in low temperature region (-75, -100, -120℃). Accordingly, we should consider the application of JFET in low temperature region when design a circuit as variable constant current element and small signal amplifier.departmental bulletin pape
