    特別活動の学びはどのように教員養成に活かせるか ―教職課程履修者の学習経験に着目して―

    applicationThis study explores the potential of utilizing student experiences in special activities to enhance pre-service teacher education programs. Specifically, it analyzes reflective reports written by students enrolled in a pre-service teacher education course. Using text mining techniques, including Co-occurrence Network Analysis and Correspondence Analysis, this study identifies underlying patterns in these experiences. The results indicate that students commonly emphasize collective concepts such as “group,” “goal,” and “cooperation,” while individual aspects like “self-awareness” and “communication” are also significant. These findings suggest that pre-service teacher education should be structured around students’ shared experiences. By linking student-led activities to specific learning objectives, educators can help students connect practical experiences with abstract educational goals.論文(article)othe

    論文(Article)In recent years, the importance of remote learning classes and their accompanying instructional videos has increased along with the advancement of Internet infrastructure. It is too challenging for teachers to estimate the degree of student comprehension through their reactions in such a class. This study aims to clarify the fundamental relationship between learners’ facial expressions and their understanding by using AI for facial expressions and emotion recognition.     取り組みについて自ら選択できる環境下での宿題の実施状況に関する検討

    論文(Article)In this study, we investigated students’ engagement by assigning homework that did not count towards their grades and providing an environment where they could choose their approach towards learning. As a result, 26.8% of students engaged in non-compulsory homework while 7.7% did not engage due to its non-compulsory nature. Additionally, we found that about half of the participants decided to engage with the non-compulsory homework based on their own understanding of the course material. Further analysis of these decisions revealed that the difficulty of the homework had various impacts on engagement,indicating once again the importance of assigning homework while considering students’ diverse levels of understanding. It remains a future task to determine the effective quantity, quality, and approaches towards engagement for homework.departmental bulletin pape

    論文(Article)This paper examines educational resource disparities within “the Period for Integrated Studies” and “Period for Inquiry-Based Cross-Disciplinary Study” and their impact on student learning outcomes, specifically from the perspectives of three core competencies: knowledge and skills, critical thinking and expressive abilities, and attitude toward learning. The consideration addresses how AR (Augmented Reality) and VR (Virtual Reality) technologies may help bridge educational resource disparities, supporting the development of competencies regardless of limitations in educational resources. Building on this, we explore how MR (Mixed Reality), a technology that integrates AR and VR, can facilitate diverse learning experiences independent of physical resources. Through MR, new forms of instruction become possible, allowing students to participate in immersive, interactive experiences that replicate fieldwork, collaborative problem-solving, and real-time experimentation, ultimately offering a path to address educational resource imbalances effectively.departmental bulletin pape

    環境配慮Web調査における実査と回収プロセスの分析

    論文(Article)This paper analyzes the implementation process and response dynamics of a web survey on environmental consciousness commissioned to a commercial survey company. Based on pre-arranged access to raw data and paradata―such as response timestamps and records of invitation dispatch―the study outlines how the survey was conducted and how responses were accumulated. The analysis reveals that responses were highly concentrated in the early hours following launch, and that cooperation rates differed significantly across age groups. Furthermore, by disclosing the process behind respondent recruitment and data collection, this study contributes to enhancing the transparency of web-based social surveys and provides insights for evaluating data quality.departmental bulletin pape
