国立環境研究所におけるオープンアクセス実態調査
Get PDFoai:nies.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000011国立環境研究所は，多岐に渡る分野の環境研究を実施している環境省所管の国立研究開発法人である。研究所のオープンアクセス推進のため，平成29年度より，論文の出版に要する費用（APC（Article processing charge））の助成制度について検討が行われている。検討に用いるデータとして，オープンアクセス実態調査」を実施し，研究所で生産された論文等の研究成果がオープンアクセスになっている割合やオープンにするために要したAPC支払いの推計を行った。その結果，調査対象とした平成23年度，平成28年度ともに70％の論文がオープンアクセスになっている一方で，APCの価格が高いハイブリッドジャーナルへの掲載が増え，その支払い金額も増加傾向にあることがわかった。
The National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) is Japan’s research institute and conduct broad-based research that covers the environmental science field. Toward the establishment of the system for promoting open science at NIES, We conducted a survey of open access activities at NIES researchers. We determine the percentage of open access articles and estimate the costs of APCs (Article processing charge). As a result of comparing FY2011 and FY2016, we found the following; Both FY2011 and FY2016, 70% of the articles are published in open access. And, despite APCs for hybrid open access journals were significantly more expensive than these of fully open access journals, the number of APCs paid increased.journal articl
