Atmospheric transmission models for FIFI-LS: altitude 40kft, 39deg O3
This dataset contains atmospheric transmission models calculated by a modified version of ATRAN ("SDC ATRAN"). They are to be used as the default models for FIFI-LS data reduction with SOFIA Redux
The models are generated from a modified "SDC ATRAN" model based on Steve Lord's ATRAN. The most significant modification is a correction of 17O16O isotopologue abundance coefficients.
The models are stored in FITS binary table format with the columns "wavelength" and "transmission". All models of the same altitude (and same wavelength range) have the same number of wavelength elements.
File naming convention:
atran_sdc_xxK_yydeg_zzpwv_39deg_2nlayer_40-300mum_bt.fits
where xx is the flight altitude in kft, yy is the zenith angle in degree, and zz the
precipitable water vapor value in micron.
This dataset contains models calculated for a 2 layer atmospheric model with an ozone profile identified by "39deg".</p

Experimental Video of Industrial Pick-and-Place Delta Robot used for Sparse Identification of Residual Dynamics
This repository contains a video demonstration of the delta robot used in our publication. The video showcases the robot performing a typical pick-and-place motion without payload. In the associated paper, we applied a SINDy-like method to perform sparse regression on the residual dynamics and friction of the robot. The approach uses a nominal model and measurement data collected from the robot to identify unaccounted dynamics, enhancing the accuracy of the system’s representation
Data for: How boundary conditions shape enzyme-induced calcite precipitation: REV-scale insights into flow and structural properties from non-invasive imaging
This dataset supports the study of enzyme-induced calcite precipitation (EICP) in saturated sand columns under two boundary conditions, constant flow rate and constant pressure injection. The experiments investigate how CaCO3 precipitation alters pore structure, transport properties, and permeability at the representative elementary volume (REV) scale.
The dataset combines magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and X-ray computed tomography (XRCT) with hydraulic measurements, enabling a direct linkage between pore-scale structural evolution and macroscopic transport behaviour. Three replicate experiments (CFI 1-3 and CPI 1-3) were conducted to capture the stochastic nature of precipitation and clogging.
The dataset for CFI 1-3 was presented in: https://doi.org/10.18419/DARUS-5650, here we present the replicates of CPI 1-3
Replication Data for: "DE-VAE: Revealing Uncertainty in Parametric and Inverse Projections with Variational Autoencoders using Differential Entropy"
This is the replication data for our paper "DE-VAE: Revealing Uncertainty in Parametric and Inverse Projections with Variational Autoencoders using Differential Entropy", allowing additional analysis and experiments. The files, per file, below. It includes the experiment data and source code.
For details on the usage, please refer to the README.md in the "source-code.zip" file. All instructions on how to use the method can be found there
Supplementary Material for: A New Group-Contribution Approach for Ideal Gas Heat Capacity, Critical Temperature and Normal Boiling Point
This dataset contains the substances used in in the related publication (.csv files), the adjusted group contribution parameters for the ideal gas heat capacity, the normal boiling point and the critical temperature, individually adjusted ideal gas heat capacity parameters (.csv files), the first and second order candidate groups (.py files) and python code to calculate the properties.
Examplary python notebooks to execute the code are provided.
The necessary dependencies/package versions to run the code are provided via the uv-package
Replication Data for: Model Predictive Position Control for Electrically Preloaded Rack-and-Pinion Drives
This dataset contains all experimental results presented in the paper "Model Predictive Position Control for Electrically Preloaded Rack-and-Pinion Drives".
The paper presents a cascaded model predictive control approach to increase the accuracy and dynamics of an electrically preloaded rack-and-pinion drive. Three different internal models for the model predictive controller, each with a different model order, are investigated and compared. The proposed control approach is validated in real-time on a test bench, and experimental results show improved position control in comparison to a standard proportional controller with feedforward control.
This dataset is structured accoring to the figures with experimental results in the paper:
data_Fig4: Data for the frequency response of the closed loop velocity controlled plant with the approximated models.
data_Fig5: Data for the frequency response of the closed loop transfer function for the controllers compared.
data_Fig6: Data for the comparison of the cascaded controllers.
data_Fig7: Data for the comparison of the disturbance rejection behavior.

Dumux code for a dual-continuum approach for precipitated salt in porous media
This dataset contains the source code to reproduce the numerical simulations presented in Grether et al. A dual-continuum approach for precipitated salt
in porous media: Accounting for coupled transport processes (submitted), Transport in Porous Media, **TODO: add doi after acceptance**.
The dataset contains code for two new model approaches (coupled-flow and pseudo-flow approach) including transport processes within the salt that precipitated inside a porous medium.</p
Replication Data for: Sparse-Lagrangian MMC modelling of the Sandia ethylene sooting flame
General Information
This repository provides the cases/dataset for reproducing the results in the PCI paper (Proceedings of the Combustion Institute 40 (2024) 105346), which studies two soot modeling strategies, including the two-equation and sectional models, in the context of MMC-LES (mmcFoam) for the Sandia turbulent ethylene flame.
Software
The mmcSootFoam-5.x repository is implemented in C++ within the OpenFOAM-5.x and mmcFoam-5.x frameworks. The mmcFoam framework is open-source and available upon registration. If you would like to use mmcFoam, please contact:
Prof. Andreas Kronenburg: [email protected]
Prof. Matthew Cleary: [email protected]
The post-processing scripts for plotting are written in Python and are included in the CASES.zip archive. Please check the required packages listed in the headers of the scripts. For any questions, feel free to contact Weitao Liu at [email protected].</p
