Get PDFSamodzielność jest nieprzerwalnie związana z samorządem terytorialnym. Kwestia tej samodzielności rozpatrywana jest w kilku płaszczyznach: prawnej, organizacyjnej, majątkowej, finansowej. Aspekty te są ściśle ze sobą powiązane, wzajemnie się przenikają, dlatego bardzo trudno jest je oddzielić od siebie. Szczególnie istotny jest aspekt finansowy. Celem niniejszej pracy jest prezentacja zagadnień dotyczących samodzielności finansowej gmin i próba oceny stopnia samodzielności finansowej gmin powiatu limanowskiego w zestawieniu z danymi ogólnopolskimi. W pracy podjęto próbę zweryfikowania hipotezy badawczej, która mówi, że istnieje duże zróżnicowanie między stopniem samodzielności finansowej gmin wiejskich i miejskich. Do realizacji celu wykorzystano dane wtórne udostępnione przez Regionalną Izbę Obrachunkową w Krakowie, Ministerstwo Finansów oraz Główny Urząd Statystyczny. Dostępność powyższych danych wyznaczyła zakres czasowy badań, który obejmuje lata 2010-2014. Badaniem zostały objęte gminy powiatu limanowskiego w podziale na grupy: gminy miejskie i gminy wiejskie w zestawieniu ze średnimi gmin w kraju. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy budżetów gmin w zakresie kształtowania dochodów i wydatków budżetowych oraz wyniku finansowego i zobowiązań gmin, a także na podstawie analizy wskaźnikowej pozytywnie zweryfikowano hipotezę badawczą. Stopień samodzielności finansowej gmin jest zróżnicowany zarówno w powiecie limanowskim jak również w skali kraju i uzależniony jest przede wszystkim od typu gminy.Independence is inseparably linked to the local government. The question of this independence has been given consideration in a few aspects: legal, organisational, in terms of assets and finance. These aspects are strictly related to one another. The financial aspect is of special significance. The objective of this thesis is to present the issues regarding financial independence of communes as well as attempt to assess the degree of financial independence enjoyed by communes of Limanowa district in comparison with the data pertaining to the whole country. The thesis also aims at an attempt to verify the research hypothesis whereby there exists a huge differentiation between the degrees of financial independence achieved by rural and urban communes. With a view to attaining the objective the secondary data was used that was made available by: the Regional Accounting Chamber in Cracow, the Ministry of Finance and the Central Statistical Office of Poland. The availability of the said data accounted for the time bracket of the research spanning over the years 2010-2014. The research involved communes of Limanowa district divided into the following groups: urban communes and rural communes as compared to the average values for communes in Poland. The research hypothesis was verified as valid based on the performed analysis of the commune budgets in terms of shaping the budget revenues and expenditure, the financial results and obligations incurred by communes as well as the ratio analysis. The degree of financial independence of communes is varied both in Limanowa district and on the national scale and it depends first and foremost on the type of commune

Badania zostały przeprowadzone przy użyciu metody sondażu z wykorzystaniem kwestionariusza ankiety oraz powszechnego narzędzia zwanego Kwestionariuszem MBI służącego zbadaniu poziomu wypalenia zawodowego. Zebrane dane przyczyniły się nie tylko samym zainteresowanym ale też całej organizacji. W wyniku przeprowadzonej analizy ustalono, iż obydwa narzędzia świadomie użyte przez pracowników do tak zwanego samobadania oraz przez pracodawców są źródłem nieocenionej wiedzy mogącej w znacznym stopniu przyczynić się do zapobiegania zjawisku wypalenia. Badania te również są dowodem na to, iż osoby zmagające się z wypaleniem zawodowym w miejscu pracy mogą zapobiegać dalszym jego skutkom poprzez identyfikację jego źródeł. Ponadto, celem badań było ukazanie, iż powszechnie panujące myślenie, że to firmy wraz z osobami zarządzającymi są odpowiedzialne za zaistnienie tego zjawiska jest nieprawdziwe. Przegląd literatury połączony z analizą danych ukazały rzuciły nowe światło na tematykę wypalenia poruszając zagadnienia związane między innymi z cechami osobowościowymi oraz czynnikami środowiskowymi czy też kulturowymi, często pomijanymi przez osoby zainteresowane.The subject of the study was the analysis of the degree of professional burnout of corporate employees and identification of the main determinants of this phenomenon. The study was conducted by the use of a survey method using a questionnaire and a common tool called the MBI Questionnaire prepared to examine the level of occupational burnout. The collected data contributed not only to the stakeholders themselves but also to the entire organization. As a result of the analysis, it was found that both tools consciously used by employees for so-called self-testing and by employers are a source of invaluable knowledge that can significantly contribute to preventing burnout. These studies also proved that people struggling with occupational burnout can prevent its further effects by identifying its sources. In addition, the purpose of the research was to show that the common thinking that companies along with managers are responsible for this phenomenon is not true. A review of the literature combined with data analysis showed a new light on the subject of burnout by raising issues related to, among others, personality traits and environmental or cultural factors, often overlooked by those interested

Autorka w swej pracy przedstawiła zależności pomiędzy problematyką satysfakcji klienta a procesem zarządzania sprzedażą przy jednoczesnym omówieniu sposobów i metod dbania o poziom satysfakcji klientów. Analizie poddano szereg czynników z zakresu potrzeb i oczekiwań klientów mogących mieć realny wpływ na wyniki sprzedażowe firmy oraz poziom jej konkurencyjności. Wiążącym elementem pracy było badanie dokonane na losowo wybranych klientach firmy. Przeprowadzona analiza dowiodła, iż poznanie potrzeb i oczekiwań nabywców umożliwia ustalenie strategii działania, dzięki której wzrosną wyniki sprzedażowe i poziom satysfakcji klientów.The dynamics of changes on a global, regional or local scale tends to improve the existing and the emergence of new management methods and concepts. Increasing competition forces entrepreneurs to intensify their efforts in terms of the offered goods. Customer satisfaction has become one of the overarching values. The main purpose of this work was to identify quality attributes affecting the level of customer satisfaction on the example of a commercial and service company MAN Truck & Bus Polska. In her work, the author presented the relationships between the issues of customer satisfaction and the sales management process, while discussing the ways and methods of taking care of the level of customer satisfaction. The analysis covered a number of factors in the scope of customer needs and expectations that could have a real impact on the company's sales results and the level of its competitiveness. The binding element of the work was the research carried out on randomly selected clients of the company. The conducted analysis proved that meeting the needs and the expectations of buyers enables to establish a strategy of action, thanks to which the sales results and the level of customer satisfaction will increase

Podjęty program badawczy skoncentrowany jest na analizie związków jakie zachodzą pomiędzy motywacją osiągnięć a radzeniem sobie ze stresem u rugbistów. Badaniami objęto 117 mężczyzn grających zawodowo w rugby. W pracy zostały wykorzystane następujące metody: Inwentarz Motywacji Osiągnięć autorstwa H. Schulera, G.C. Thorntona, A. Frintrupa oraz M. Prochaski w polskiej adaptacji W. Klinkosza i A. E. Sękowskiego, Inwentarz do Pomiaru Radzenia Sobie ze Stresem – Mini-Cope autorstwa Ch. S. Carvera oraz Kwestionariusz Radzenia Sobie w Sytuacjach Stresowych – CISS autorstwa N. S. Endlera i J. D. A. Parkera. Zgromadzony materiał empiryczny został poddany analizie statystycznej oraz psychologicznej. Z przeprowadzonych analiz wynika, iż rugbiści którzy cechują się wysokim poziomem motywacji osiągnięć, charakteryzują się skutecznym radzeniem sobie ze stresem w sytuacji stresującej. Ponadto, wykazano również, że konkretne strategie czy style radzenia sobie ze stresem są wybierane przez rugbistów, którzy posiadają określony poziom motywacji osiągnięć na którą składa się Pewność Siebie, Ambicja i Samokontrola. Dzięki przeprowadzonym badaniom, i uzyskanym wynikom można pomóc sportowcom (rugbistom) zrozumieć jak działają ich mechanizmy radzenia sobie ze stresem. A co z tym jest ściśle związane, będą oni mogli dzięki temu zwiększać swoją motywację osiągnięć.This thesis has the theoretical and empirical character. The research programme that has been undertaken here is focused on the analysis of the association between the achievement motivation and coping with stress among rugby players. 117 men, who play rugby professionally, took part in the research. Methods that have been used in this project are as follows: Achievement Motivation Inventory (AMI) by H. Schuler, G. C. Thornton, A. Frintrup and M. Prochaski, in Polish adaptation by W. Klinkosz and A. E. Sękowski; Assessing coping strategies inventory – Brief Cope by Ch. S. Carver and CISS: Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations by N. S. Endler and J. D. A. Parker. All the gathered empirical data has been statistically and psychologically analysed. The analyses show that the rugby players, who are characterised by high level of achievement motivation, deal with stress in a high – pressure situation more efficiently. Furthermore, it was also shown that the rugby players, who have certain level of achievement motivation comprising Self – confidence, Ambition and Self – control, choose specific strategies for dealing with stress. Thanks to the research that has been conducted and the results that have been gathered, we can help the sportspeople (rugby players) understand coping mechanisms. And consequently, they will thus be able to enhance their achievement motivation

Get PDFCelem pracy jest ocena potencjału białoruskiej spółki „Czysta odzież” i jej pozycji na rynku, a także analiza istniejącego w tym przedsiębiorstwie systemu zarządzania oraz próba opracowania propozycji doskonalenia istniejącego w spółce systemu zarządzania pod kątem zwiększenia efektywności działalności gospodarczej tego przedsiębiorstwa i poprawy jego wskaźników ekonomicznych. Badania dotyczyły działalności gospodarczej firmy w latach 2014-2017. Analizą objęto działalność finansową i marketingową organizacji, jej strukturę organizacyjną i sposób zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, a także przyjęty w firmie styl zarządzania. Dla celów analitycznych wykorzystano sprawozdawczość księgową i statystyczną spółki „Czysta odzież” oraz dokumenty kadrowe i wewnętrzne raporty organizacji. Do oceny konkurencyjnej pozycji przedsiębiorstwa na rynku zastosowano metodę SWOT. Ocenę stylu zarządzania przeprowadzono za pomocą metod Blake'a-Moutona oraz Vrooma-Yettona. W oparciu o przeprowadzone badania zidentyfikowano mocne i słabe strony przedsiębiorstwa, na podstawie czego zostały wyciągnięte wnioski na temat perspektyw rozwoju firmy. Zaproponowano również możliwe sposoby poprawy stanu finansowego spółki, a także optymalizacji zarządzania personelem oraz wzmocnienia jej konkurencyjnej pozycji na rynku.The thesis aims at evaluating the potential of a Belarusian company “Czysta odzież” and its market position while analyzing the management system in place at the company, and also attempting to propose improvement of the company’s management system in terms of increasing effectiveness of the company’s business and elevating its economic indicators. Research involved the company’s business in 2014–2017. The analysis covers financial and marketing activity of the company, its organizational structure and human resource management, as well as the adopted management style. Bookkeeping and statistical accounting of the “Czysta odzież” company were used for analytical purposes, same as human resources documents and company internal reports. The company’s competitive position in the market was assesses with the help of SWOT method. Management style assessment was performed with Blake-Mouton and Vroom-Yetton methods. Based on the research conducted the company’s strong and weak points were identified which allowed conclusion on the company’s prospects. Possible ways to improve the company's financial condition, as well as optimizing personnel management and strengthening its competitive position in the market were also proposed
Percepcja postaw rodzicielskich a system wartości studentów neofilologii
Get PDFCelem niniejszej pracy jest odpowiedź na pytanie, czy, a jeżeli tak, to w jaki sposób percepcja postaw prezentowanych przez rodziców studentów neofilologii koreluje z ich systemem wartości. Punktem wyjścia jest hipoteza, że percepcja postaw rodzicielskich (akceptacji, wymagania, autonomii, niekonsekwencji, ochraniania) koreluje dodatnio lub ujemnie z postrzeganiem określonych wartości ostatecznych i instrumentalnych. Została również postawiona hipoteza, ze preferencja określonych wartości ostatecznych i instrumentalnych przez studentów neofilologii modyfikowana jest przez zmienne rozwojowe i środowiskowe. Badaniom poddano grupę 120 studentów neofilologii w wieku 19 – 24 lata, w tym 56 studentów studiów I stopnia oraz 64 studentów studiów II stopnia. Jako narzędzia badawcze wykorzystano KPR-Roc – Kwestionariusz Retrospektywnej Oceny Postaw Rodziców M. Plopy oraz Skalę Wartości (SW) – polską adaptację Value Survey M. Rokeacha. Uzyskane wyniki potwierdzają hipotezę, że istnieje korelacja pomiędzy percepcją postaw rodzicielskich a ukształtowaniem się określonego systemu wartości przez studentów neofilologii. Wyniki nie potwierdzają jednak drugiej z postawionych hipotez: Brak jest dowodów, że preferencja określonych wartości przez studentów neofilologii modyfikowana jest przez zmienne rozwojowe i środowiskowe. Wyniki potwierdzają założenia teoretyczne leżące u podłoża niniejszej pracy w zakresie korelacji pomiędzy percepcją postaw rodzicielskich a systemem wartości studentów neofilologii. Uzyskane wyniki znaleźć mogą praktyczne zastosowanie w poradnictwie rodzinnym oraz na gruncie psychologii rodziny.The aim of this work is to answer the question whether, and if so, how the perception of attitudes presented by parents of students of modern philology correlates with their value system. The starting point is the hypothesis that the perception of parental attitudes correlates positively or negatively with the formation of the value system of students of modern philology. Additionally a hypothesis was put forward that the preference of terminal and instrumental values by students of modern philology is modified by developmental and environmental variables. A group of 120 students of modern philology at the age of 19-24 were subjected to research in this regard, including 56 first-degree students and 64 second-degree students. As research tools were used: the Questionnaire of the Retrospective Assessment of Parental Attitudes by M. Plopa and the Value Survey – the Polish adaptation of the Value Survey by M. Rokeach. The obtained results confirm the hypothesis that there is a correlation between the perception of parental attitudes and the formation of a particular system of values by students of modern philology. The results, however, do not confirm the second hypothesis. Obtained results can be used in family counseling and family psychology

Duży niepokój w Europie wywołał napływ uchodźców z państw muzułmańskich, co również zostało zauważone przez mieszkańców Polski. Polacy nie chcą przyjmować uchodźców, ponieważ obawiają się o swoje bezpieczeństwo. Spora część obywateli Polski uważa, że państwo ich należycie nie chroni. Społeczeństwo jest stosunkowo jednolite pod względem wyznania i pochodzenia. Niewielu zna osobę wyznającą islam. W większości przypadków wiedza na temat islamu i muzułmanów ogranicza się do negatywnych informacji z przekazów udostępnianych w mediach. Europa jest daleka od rozwiązania problemów związanych z Państwem Islamskim, terroryzmem i uchodźcami. Tylko skuteczna walka z terroryzmem religijnym, może ograniczyć ilość uchodźców przybywających do Europy i ułatwić ustanowienie ładu i porządku na świecie, co na pewno nie będzie łatwe, ponieważ w większości przypadków terroryści religijni nie boją się śmierci, a wręcz do niej dążą, przez co walka z nimi jest znacznie trudniejsza.Terrorism is a huge problem in today's world. Especially terrorism based on religious background, permitted by the Islamic State. This thesis explains what exactly is terrorism and how terrorist organizations operate. A large anxiety in Europe was sparked by the influx of refugees from Muslim countries, which has also been recognized by Polish population. Poles do not want to accept refugees because of the fear of their safety. A large part of Polish citizens think that the government does not protect them properly. Society is relatively homogeneous in terms of religion and origin. Few know a person that adhered to Islam. In most cases, knowledge of Islam and Muslims is limited to the negative information provided by the media. Europe is far from solving the problems of the Islamic State, terrorism and refugees. Only an effective fight against terrorism, especially base on religious, may limit the number of refugees coming to Europe and to facilitate the establishment of law and order in the world, which certainly will not be easy, because in most cases the terrorists religious do not fear death, they even strive to it, which makes fighting with them even more difficult

Celem pracy było zbadanie jakości usług TSM i zidentyfikowanie obszarów, w których powinno się przeprowadzić działania usprawniające. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone od listopada 2015 do stycznia 2016 na grupie 100 mieszkańców TSM z wykorzystaniem metody Servqual. Porównano poziom realizacji usługi z jej oczekiwaniem. Stwierdzono, że oczekiwania klientów były wyższe od jakości postrzeganej. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań można stwierdzić, że najważniejsze działania naprawcze powinno się podjąć w obszarze niezawodności usług i kompetencji.Master's thesis presents the results of studies measuring the quality of services provided by Tarnowska Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa. The aim of this study was to examine the quality of TSM services and to identify areas in which you should carry out improvement actions. The survey was conducted from November 2015 to January 2016 on a group of 100 TSM residents using the method Servqual. Survey compared the level people expectation to the level of its completion. It was found that customer expectations were higher than the perceived quality. Based on the study it can be concluded that the most important corrective action should be taken in the area of service reliability and competence
