Śpiewanie kolęd należy niewątpliwie do najpiękniejszych zwyczajów bożonarodzeniowych. No full textNiniejsza praca omawia zagadnienie demokratycznego państwa prawa w ujęciu filozofii polityki. Przedstawia zasady demokratycznego państwa prawa a następnie zespala je z regułami, jakie głosi dyscyplina filozoficzna zwana filozofią polityki.
W pracy zaprezentowane zostały założenia szerokiego pojęcia demokratycznego państwo prawa, rola ustawy zasadniczej oraz praw człowieka a także zasady suwerenności narodu, podziału i równowagi władz, konstytucjonalizmu, praworządności oraz pluralizmu, zarówno społecznego i politycznego. Są to wyróżniki, które charakteryzują współczesne demokracje. Zasady te zostały rozpatrzone w kontekście filozofii polityki, która dotyka kwestii aksjologicznych i antropologicznych polityki.
W pracy udowodniona zostaje potrzeba tolerancji i sprawiedliwości, rozdzielenie prawa od moralności, idea społeczeństwa obywatelskiego. Motywem przewodnim opisywanej koncepcji państwa w aspekcie filozoficznym jest kantowska sfera powinności.The thesis describes the democratic rule of law in terms of political philosophy. It outlines the principles of a democratic state of law and unites them with the rules, which preaches a philosophy called philosophy of politics. In this thesis there are assumptions broad concept of democratic rule of law, the role of the Basic Law and human rights and the principles of national sovereignty, division and balance of powers, constitutionalism, rule of law and pluralism, both social and political. These are the distinguishing features that characterize modern democracies.
These principles are considered in the context of political philosophy, which affects axiological and anthropological issues of policy. The study demonstrated is need for tolerance and justice, separation law of morality, the idea of civil society. The leitmotif of this thesis is concept of the state in terms of the Kantian philosophical sphere of duty

No full textCertain activities denominated ’the creative industries’ started to be taken into consideration in 1998 in “the UK’s Department of Culture, Media and Sport release about the Creative Industries Mapping Study”1. It showed the size and impact of the cultural industries on the employment enrolment, and activities that create selected businesses within industries. This paper is going to emphasize the role of human capital in developing businesses based on the creative industries workforce. The issues are hard to classify and document statistically. The research may give results rendering undervaluation or overvaluation that may be dangerous to economy in some aspects. The authors of this paper realize that they should seek solutions that would help young creative industries understand the importance of being responsible for their huge contribution to modern economics
