************************************************************************************************************************************* Although the Soviet Union education system and its principles do not exist anymore, many parents and grandparents still regret that they cannot train their descendants in higher education institutions of a soviet-style and the labour market of both Moldova and Israel stimulate these aspirations. In this research, the author tries to find out current problems of Higher Education and suggest some solutions for solving them. The research is based on intensive study of literature, articles and scientific papers on the labour market in Israel and the Republic of Moldova, trying to compare the ratio between the educational supply of higher education and the demand of the labour market in both countries, to reveal problems and propose some possible solutions, based on international experience. So, its implementation is associated with a high risk of economic losses due to a shortage or irrational use of current assets at one or another stage of the cycle. The coefficients used in the analysis process do not always allow us to reliably determine the results of the use of working capital. Therefore, the author has set and solved the following problems: Assessment of the accounting and analytical base for the analysis of working capital; new methods of working capital analysis; recommendations for expanding the system of indicators for analyzing the effectiveness of the use of working capital. ************************************************************************************************************************************* В отличие от других отраслей промышленности винодельческое производство имеет длительный производственно-сбытовой цикл, поэтому его осуществление связано с большим риском экономических потерь из-за нехватки или нерационального использования оборотных активов на той или иной стадии цикла. ISSN 2537-6179, E-ISSN 1857-436X.Transnistrian is a frozen geopolitical conflict extends back to the dissolution of the Soviet Union and the formation of an independent Moldovan state. However, there has been little real movement toward a long-term conflict resolution until recently. The aim of this study is to find out why, despite the efforts of the European Union, the Transnistrian conflict remains inactive and there is no clear prospect for resolving it. To answer this question, the integrated theory of regional security by Buzan and Weaver has been used. The results of this study show that Transnistria is part of a regional security complex under Russian influence, and its intersection with the security complex designed in the Eastern Partnership plan does not allow the EU to resolve the conflict. The difference in the power structures in the two complexes has an effect on the failure of this process. The matrix of regional security complexes in this area is centralized with sub-branches of superior power and superior institutions, and this has added to the complexity of conflict resolution. Evaluation of similarity of trend functions

ISBN 978-9975-3590-6-1 (PDF).An approach to the evaluation of the similarity of the functions - approximating trend is proposed. The evaluation process consists of two stages: approximation techniques specific to non-linear regressions are applied, then certain procedures are used - algorithms for comparing the trend-functions obtained. Approximating functions are made up of components of polynomial form as well as terms - parameterized trigonometric functions sine and cosine. A function of this form allows us to obtain approximating functions at an acceptable level of accuracy for each individual case. Beforehand, the primary data sets are subjected to a smoothing process, which also provides for the inclusion of some parameters for the purposes of qualitative monitoring of operations to exclude exceptional values, values that, in some cases, can have a significantly negative impact. Varying the parameters of the approximating functions, in particular, of the trigonometric functions, can provide us with an approximation at a proper level of precision. In some cases, a high level of approximation accuracy can also have a negative impact. Having already obtained the trend functions for the respective data sets, we continue with the process of calculating the parameters that determine the basic fundamental properties of the obtained trend functions. For this purpose, the techniques of researching functions according to theories in the field of applied mathematics are used. Then, the domain of the independent variable is to be divided into several intervals, not necessarily of the same length, then, for each of them, the values corresponding to monotony effects, inflection points, extremes, etc. are calculated. ISBN 978-9975-155-73-1.The article substantiates that the set of circumstances created by the COVID-19 pandemic determined the emergence of new threats and dangers to the effective operation of the tourism industry. The current state of the industry in Ukraine is analyzed and factors that affect the development of tourism during periods of quarantine or restrictive measures related to the spread of coronavirus disease are identified. The directions that allow to stimulate the growth of the level of security of tourism development are identified. It is proved that the need to provide preventive measures to prevent risks in the field of tourism is an important task of each individual country and international organizations. Research determines that in resolving a wide range of issues related to tourism development and ensuring its safety, an important role is given to the consolidated work of government agencies, the public, and businesses.
