Procedures Used by Hospitals in Israel to Ensure the Quality of Services

ISSN 1810-9136.Scopul cercetării este de a evalua procedeele utilizate de spitalele din Israel pentru a îmbunătăți calitatea serviciilor medicale, siguranța pacienților, evaluarea experienței pacienților și îmbunătățirea condițiilor de muncă ale medicilor. Responsabilii spitalelor publice din Israel au fost rugați să completeze chestionare referitoare la toate aceste procese. Au participat 14 din 29 de spitale publice. Spitalele folosesc procedee similare în majoritatea activităților, în special, ședințe la nivel de conducere, comunicări între conducere și departamente în cadrul unor ședințe formale, comunicări prin e-mail sau reuniuni anuale privind planurile de lucru. S-a acordat mai puțină atenție monitorizării perioadelor de așteptare pentru procedurile medicale în ambulatorii, precum și gestionării condițiilor de confort ale cadrelor medicale. Mai puțin utilizate au fost rapoartele computerizate trimestriale și semestriale de monitorizare a serviciilor de sănătate la nivelul departamentului. ************************************************************************************************************************************* The study goal was to assess methods used by Israeli hospitals to improve quality of medical services, patient safety, patient experience and clinicians’ well-being. Leaders of public hospitals in Israel were asked to complete questionnaires regarding all these methods. 14 of 29 public hospitals participated in the survey. Hospitals use similar methods for most activities, mainly, discussions at the leadership level, communication between leadership and the departments in formal meetings, email communications or annual work plans meeting. Less attention was paid to monitoring waiting periods for outpatient medical procedures, as well as to managing the comfort conditions of healthcare professionals. Less used were quarterly and half-yearly computerized health services monitoring reports at the department level. ISBN 978-9975-155-87-8 (PDF).A bank is defined as an institution that mobilizes available funds, finances and lends to individuals and legal entities, organizes and makes settlements and payments within the national economy and in relations with other states, in order to obtain a profit. From here, we deduce a complex character of the role that the bank has in the economy, both from the point of view of the services it performs, and from the point of view of the relations in the geographical space. The banking financial system, which has as object the payment instruments and techniques, represents an important field of importance in the development of the economic and financial operations in the market economy. These economic operations are carried out with the help of the bank's benefits, the instruments with which the bank carries out its activity, at the same time being like a generation of the bank for its depositors. The attracted resources constitute the most active part in the bank's resources, practically, on their account, the bank can fulfill its function of investments in the economy. ISSN 1810-9136.Articolul explorează evoluția și transformarea actuală a pieței agricole globale, precum și capacitatea de ajustare corespunzătoare a exporturilor agricole ale Republicii Moldova. Lucrarea reprezintă o cercetare cantitativă și calitativă, care valorifică literatura de specialitate și analizează datele comerțului internațional. Conform cercetării, în prezent se înregistrează o tendință de creștere fluctuantă, dar semnificativă a comerțului agricol al țărilor lumii, care devine cu adevărat global, întrucât o parte tot mai mare a acestuia are loc în cadrul lanțurilor valorice globale ale producției agricole și alimentare. Am dezvăluit caracteristicile pieței agricole globale, provocările întâmpinate, inclusiv impactul pandemiei de COVID-19 și al războiului din Ucraina. Am investigat, sub aspect cantitativ și calitativ, evoluția recentă a prețurilor internaționale la cereale, evoluția exporturilor agricole moldovenești, abordând oportunitățile actuale pentru acestea, argumentând că economia Republicii Moldova este foarte dependentă de comerțul cu produse agricole vegetale. ************************************************************************************************************************************* The research explores the current evolution and transformation of the global agricultural market, as well as the appropriate adjustment capacity of the Republic of Moldova's agricultural exports. The article represents a quantitative and qualitative research, which capitalizes the specialized literature and analyses international trade data. The findings showed the agricultural trade of the countries of the world currently registers a fluctuating but markedly increasing trend, becoming truly global as an increasing part of it takes place in global agricultural and food processing value chains. We revealed the characteristics of the global agricultural market, the challenges it faces, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine. We have carried out a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the recent evolution of international grain prices, the evolution of Moldovan agricultural exports, addressing the current opportunities for them, arguing that the economy of the Republic of Moldova is highly dependent on trade in agricultural plant products.

Vorbele trebuie să se unească cu faptele, încât să devină motivații puternice în momentul în care ele se vor manifesta în realitate. Și, odată realizate, în următoarele situații asemănătoare, nu va fi nevoie să i se repete muncitorului de mai multe ori. El își va îndeplini munca calitativ și la timp doar din motivul că comportamentul său s-a schimbat pe baza încrederii care a căpătat-o în cuvintele managerului. In addition to the need to consider whether this is a viable move due to high operational costs, retailers of products (especially food) should also take into account the fact that there are some characteristics to the logistics of an online supermarket and their transportation, which affects the whole activity. Successful food chains, whose operations were digitized before or during the pandemic, achieved colossal results but also had to overcome logistical obstacles (the appearance of new customers). Indeed, there is no way to avoid these complexities. In this article, we will highlight the main peculiarities of the logistics and transport of an online supermarket: both the sensitive points and the opportunities for food retailers. The object of the study is the bank's credit risk arising in the course of lending activities in a commercial bank. ISBN 978-9975-155-87-8 (PDF).The paper aims to provide a rigorous and systematic overview of the academic literature focusing on the role of integrated reporting (IR) and integrated thinking (IT) in achieving sustainable development at entity level, outlining the benefits, and challenging for the implementation of integrated thinking and integrated reporting. Literature review to respond to the following research questions: Which is the interconnection between integrated thinking and integrated reporting? Why organizations should embed integrated thinking and reporting? How do companies approach information integration? The literature review is done with the purpose of emphasizing the benefits and challenges, the interconnection between integrated reporting practices and the principle of integrated reporting. Design/methodology/approach. The paper proposes an analysis of a database containing 50 publications in English with a publication up to 2021, a content analysis is conducted. The methodology involves selection of the articles on integrated reporting and thinking, data on publications, journals and authors. Preliminary Findings. The notoriety of IR and IT is not spread uniformly across countries, the adoption rate varying due a legitimate framework globally accepted. Further, IR having the foundation on IT principles, is perceived by business environment as an innovation in the field of corporate and sustainability reporting. Companies are embracing the “transformation” of their reporting moving the direction of transparent communication towards stakeholders, changing corporate governance, and improving decision making process, increasing performance. However, there is still a lack of championship from organizations side to improve processes and to do a massive transformation in the management mindset and to install integrating thinking mentality across organisation. Originality/Value The study shows that IR concept is subject of relevant academic research without a direct connection to IT. Lately, the academic research is more focused in developing IT connecting organizations internal processes by bringing people together, creating value and maximizing the benefits. Up to the present moment, there is a gap between academic literature and practice, between formalised IR adoption and practice at organisation level.
