Conducător științific: BUCUR Vasile, doctor habilitat în științe economice, profesor universitar.REPERELE CONCEPTUALE ALE CERCETĂRII. Actualitatea și importanța temei abordate. Actualitatea investigațiilor științifice în direcția selectată se amplifică în contextul Strategiei de dezvoltare agricolă și rurală pentru anii 2014-2020 [4] care subliniază necesitatea asigurării unui regim deschis de informare și conlucrare între mediul de afaceri în agricultură, cercetarea științifică și învățământ/instruire prin crearea unei platforme unice de comunicare. Importanța investigațiilor este condiționată de tendința de integrare a sistemului normativ al Republicii Moldova exigențelor cadrului legislativ internațional, instituit și în spațiul economic european. Problemele contabilității de gestiune (în continuare – CG) în agricultură (inclusiv și avicultură) nu sunt investigate suficient în literatura de specialitate autohtonă, lipsește actul normativ care ar reglementa CG. Studierea categoriei economice „contabilitatea de gestiune” este impusă de faptul că unele surse bibliografice tratează CG ca un sistem de informații acumulate pentru întreaga activitate a unei entități, altele – ca parte componentă a acestui subsistem, lipsește opinia unanimă aferentă conținutului și sferei de cuprindere a acesteia. Nivelul de dezvoltare al CG condiționează semnificativ calitatea deciziilor manageriale adoptate în baza informației furnizate de ea și prin care: a) se constituie suportul informațional al perfecționării managementului entității și atingerea obiectivelor trasate de acesta; b) sporește importanța decizională în scopul identificării și analizei situațiilor incerte și confuze la orice nivel ierarhic

ISBN 978-9975-3590-2-3 (PDF).The latest statistics show that Germany continues to be the main destination country for migration and has become significantly more attractive in comparison to other European states in recent years. Its attractiveness can be defined by the country's level of development, with the German economy ranking first in Europe and the fifth largest in the world in terms of Purchasing Power Parity. Migrants make an important contribution to its social and economic development, therefore we can find two opposite poles of the German migration process: the advantageous and the disadvantageous. First of all, this article will bring more clarity regarding the migration of the German state the migration process, seen largely from the perspective of immigration, its migration flows, and most importantly I will illustrate in depth the demo- economic effects of this process. I will also analyze the aspects of German migration as an immigration state, using comparative and statistical analysis. Given the active implementation of information and communication technologies, social networks, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and rapid economic development, companies can not stay out of progress, and are forced to change business practices, implement digitalization, automate processes. The aim of the article is to study the benefits and directions of the impact of digital technologies on business structures. To achieve this goal, a review of the scientific literature and reports of international companies that studied the impact of IT technologies on enterprises was conducted. It is established that the concepts of digital economy and digital transformation do not have a well-established definition at this time. The business goals that the company plans to achieve in the process of digitalization are systematized. The article identifies the areas of focus in digital transformation. The article systemizes the goals of digital transformation, which are carried out in the direction of changing the strategy, the transformation of business processes, the introduction of intelligent systems and cloud technologies, the transfer of employees to remote working conditions. Integrated reporting nowadays effectively integrates financial and non-financial variables and fosters integrated corporate thinking. As a result, the integrated report emerges as a reporting trend that should not be overlooked, with the goal of this work being to look into the theories and future research prospects of this reporting modality.
