Theoretical Study on Intervention for Rational Addiction with Reinforcement and Tolerance
Get PDFapplication/pdfタバコ、酒、ジャンクフードなどいわゆる “sin goods”には強化と耐性という性質があると言われる．本稿は，将来期において健康被害などの被害をもたらす財の需要を，強化と耐性も含めてモデル化し，均衡での介入の意義について述べるものである．ミクロ経済学的な分析の結果，sin goodsの需要を低減する目的で強化を削減する介入を促進するほど，健康被害をもたらす財の需要は減少して通常の財の需要が増加するといえた．また，耐性を増幅させる介入もまた，健康被害をもたらす財の需要を減少させ，通常の財の需要を増加させることが判明した．また，他の消費者によるリスクをもたらす財への評価は，別の消費者の需要に影響を与えないことも判明した．It is said that so-called 'sin goods' such as tobacco, alcohol, and junk food possess the properties of reinforcement and tolerance. This paper models the demand for goods causing harm such as health damage in the future, including reinforcement and tolerance, and discusses the significance of intervention at equilibrium. Microeconomic analysis suggests that interventions aimed at reducing reinforcement to decrease the demand for sin goods lead to a decrease in the demand for goods causing health damage and an increase in the demand for normal goods. Furthermore, interventions that amplify tolerance also decrease the demand for goods causing health damage and increase the demand for normal goods. It was also found that evaluations of goods that pose risks to other consumers do not influence the demand of other consumers.departmental bulletin pape
The Structure of an outcome management model for home nursing agencies involved in dementia group homes

【方法】認知症グループホームとの医療連携に取り組む訪問看護事業所管理者を対象とした半構造化面接を実施した。【Purpose】This study aimed to clarify the structure an outcome management model for home-visit nursing offices, focusing on clinical integration that affects the medical cooperation between nurses and care workers regarding integrated care provided by home nursing agencies in dementia group homes.
【Method】We conducted semi-structured interviews with home nursing agency managers who work on medical collaboration with dementia group homes.
【Result】We organized by "user," "home nurse," and "home nursing agencies," based on the framework of "structure," "process," and "results." We designated this as an "outcome management model for home nursing agencies involved in dementia group homes."
【Conclusion】We created the structural model of integrated care between nurses and care workers. This model contributes to the role and practice of home nurse, measuring the functions of home nursing agencies, continuous quality improvement practices; deepening common understanding among professionals, effective care practices and services development and implementation. Furthermore, considerations were given to further increase the effectiveness of outcome management.departmental bulletin pape
