    東日本大震災の津波被災地域から発生するユスリカ類 : 2013年における宮城県仙台空港周辺地域,ならびに福島県南相馬地域に焦点をあてて

    The aftereffects of the Tsunami on the chironomid fauna were studied in the suburban Sendai area in Miyagi Prefecture and Minami-Souma area in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan during June 4–6 in 2013. A total of 31 individuals of 7 species were collected at 13 sampling stations. At the suburban Sendai area, we could mainly collect the larvae of Chironomus biwaprimus in small swamps. Moreover, Pseudosmittia sp. which is semi-terrestrial species, and Polypedilum nubifer were also collected there. The larvae of Chironomus salinarius inhabit halophytic swamps or small water bodies formed in grassy areas affected by the seawater in both investigated areas. Almost all chironomid species larvae collected in this study were preferred sandy mud conditions. Especially, C. salinarius may be regarded of a wide range of saline conditions. C. salinarius larval brackish and sandy mud habitat had expanded in that area two year after the Tsunami.Article衛生動物.67(1):61-65(2016)journal articl

    Distribution of benthic insects in a riffle/pool section of the middle reaches of the Shinano River, Japan, with emphasis on Trichoptera

    We investigated the density and taxonomic composition of benthic insects in a 300 m section of riffle / pool habitat in the Shinano River, Japan. The most abundant taxa were Chironomidae, followed by Trichoptera. The total density of caddisflies and their contribution to the total density of benthic insects ranged from 56 to 21,744 (mean 11,644) ind. m-2 and from 2.6 to 44.6 (mean 29.4) %, respectively. We conducted a canonical correspondence analysis using current velocity, depth, and the ash-free dry mass of epilithon as the main factors. Benthic insect assemblages were significantly associated with the longitudinal gradient of the riffle/ pool structure. Stenopsyche marmorata and hydropsychid species were abundant in the riffles whereas Psychomyia acutipennis were abundant in the pools.Article日本環境動物昆虫学会誌.22(1):17-22(2011)journal articl

    We examined the effect of utilizing PC in teaching hand sewing in home economics education with students enrolling in the “primary home economics teaching method” class in teacher training course. We presented students with pictures of sewing processes for making small articles. The results showed that the willingness to produce was improved.     In this research, the effect of long-term lodging experience on self-efficacy of children was examined. Children attending Tateshina Nursing school, the long-term boarding program answered the “GSESC-R” survey. The results showed that self-efficacy of children could be improved through long-term lodging experience. It seems that the experiences of living in an environment that is different from what he/she is used to such as his/her parents' home for 70 days at Tateshina Nursing School had an influence on the improvement of self-efficacy of child.     退院支援に関する看護師の意識調査 : 5年前からの意識の変化と課題

    入院患者の高齢化、在院日数の短縮化により医療依存度が高い状態で退院になるケースも多く、退院支援は複雑・多様化してきている。そこで2011 年に退院支援専従看護師の配置、退院支援委員会を立ち上げ、現場の看護師が、退院支援における看護師の役割について理解し、実践に繋がるように取り組んだ。また2010年から取り組み始めた新看護体制(総リーダーを配置した固定チーム継続受け持ち制) の中で総リーダーを退院支援のキーパーソンとして、役割が果たせるよう活動を開始した。今回、5年間の取り組みの評価として、看護師の意識変化と現在の課題を明らかにした。その結果、退院支援に対する看護師の意識は高まっており、全体でみると、師長、副師長、ラダーⅣ、ラダーⅢ、ラダーⅡ、ラダーⅠ、ラダー0 の順に意識が高かった。しかし、「自宅退院に向けた準備」の平均値は4つのカテゴリーの中で一番低く、さらに5年前より下がっており、課題となった。Article信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録 46(1):10-14(2018)departmental bulletin pape

    開頭術における下肢周径の変化 : 下肢周径変化率はDタイマー値を反映するか

    脳神経外科における関頭術と術後の臥床安静は深部静脈血栓症(deep vein thrombosis: DVT) の危険因子といわれている。A病棟では術前術後に下肢周径の測定など観察を行い、DVT対策を行っている。今回、開頭術における下肢周径の平均変化率と影響を及ぼす要因、術後Dダイマー値を反映するのかについて調査を行った口その結果、開頭術後、大腿周径・下腿周径とも年齢や性別とは関連なく術後は減少していた。術前の立位などによる静脈還流のうっ滞や弾性ストッキング着用が下肢周径に影響を及ぼしていることが考えられた。また下肢周径変化率とDダイマー値は相関しないが、術後下肢周径が増加している場合、DVTに対する観察を強化するようスタッフに啓発を行っている。Article信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録 46(1):15-18(2018)departmental bulletin pape

    Developing a System to Report Levels of Understanding from Educational Data

    We developed a system to automatically analyze educational data from individual elementary and junior high students and to graphically represent trends in student understanding for teacher use. With this tool, teachers could see the percentage of questions answered correctly and trends in errors by analyzing students’ learning records.
