中学生に栽培技術におけるトレードオフの理解を促すシナリオゲーム教材の開発
本研究は,中学校技術・家庭科技術分野を対象に,ゴールベースシナリオ(GBS)理論を用いて,栽培-技術におけるトレードオフの理解を促すことのできるシナリオゲーム教材の開発を目的とした.開発教材は, GBSに基づき,主人公が社長から高収量・高品質かつ環境負荷の少ないミニトマトの栽培を目指すというストーリーで各構成要素を設定し,開発をした.開発した教材を用いて中学校1・2年生203名を対象にした授業実践において評価をした.事前の質問紙および事後ワークシートの記入結果から,開発した教材は,生徒らにトレードオフの理解を促せたことが確認できた.また,事後の質問紙調査の結果から,設定したGBSの構成要素が有効に働いたことが確認できた.以上のことから,目的とした教材が開発できたことが確認された.Article日本教育工学会論文誌.40(Suppl):173-176(2017)journal articl
中学校技術科のゲーム制作において著作権の権利処理を体験させる知的財産学習の効果
本研究では,中学校技術科のゲーム制作において,著作権を積極的に利用し,著作権の権利処理を体験させることにより著作権に対する意識を高める知財学習を試み,その効果を検証した。実践は,N県N中学校3年生65名を対象に,練習課題・グループ課題・最終課題を含む計9時間で行った。その結果,1)制作されたゲームにおいて生徒が適切な引用情報を表記できるようになったこと,2) 実践の前後で「著作権の意識」が有意に高まったこと, 3)グループ学習および著作権の学習に対して多くの生徒が肯定的に捉えたこと,4)契約書を交わすなど,ゲーム制作の中で著作権の権利処理に取り組んだことが「著作権の意識」の高まりに寄与しえたこと等の効果が認められた。Article日本産業技術教育学会誌.52(2):111-118(2010)journal articl
Theophylline suppresses interleukin-6 expression by inhibiting glucocorticoid receptor signaling in pre-adipocytes
Adipose tissues in obese individuals are characterized by a state of chronic low-grade inflammation. Pre-adipocytes and adipocytes in this state secrete pro-inflammatory adipokines, such as interleukin 6 (IL-6), which induce insulin resistance and hyperglycemia. Theophylline (1,3-dimethylxanthine) exerts anti-inflammatory effects, but its effects on pro-inflammatory adipokine secretion by pre-adipocytes and adipocytes have not been examined. In this study, we found that theophylline decreased IL-6 secretion by 3T3-L1 pre-adipocytes and mouse-derived primary pre-adipocytes. The synthetic glucocorticoid dexamethasone (DEX) induced IL-6 expression in 3T3-L1 pre-adipocytes, and this effect was suppressed by theophylline at the mRNA level. Knockdown of CCAAT/enhancer binding protein (C/EBP) δ inhibited DEX-induced IL-6 expression, and theophylline suppressed C/EBPδ expression. Furthermore, theophylline suppressed transcriptional activity of the glucocorticoid receptor (GR) through suppression of nuclear localization of GR. In vivo, glucocorticoid corticosterone treatment (100 μg/mL) increased fasting blood glucose and plasma IL-6 levels in C57BL/6 N mice. Theophylline administration (0.1% diet) reduced corticosterone-increased fasting blood glucose, plasma IL-6 levels, and Il6 gene expression in adipose tissues. These results show that theophylline administration attenuated glucocorticoid-induced hyperglycemia and IL-6 production by inhibiting GR activity. 医療的ケア度の高い重症児(超重症児)の親における教育に関する意識 : 就学前後のインタビューから
重症児の発達保障においては, 就学前からの親の意識形成が重要と思われる. 本研究では, 医療的ケア度が高くかつ重度の脳障害を持つ超重症児2児の親を対象に, 児の就学の前後において半構造化面接法によるインタビューを実施した. 就学前の調査では, いずれの児の親についても, 児の発達や教育の必要性に関して否定的・消極的内容あるいは中立的・希望的内容が多かったが, 就学後の調査ではいずれも肯定的・積極的内容が増加した. 教師から伝えられる児の反応と変化に関する情報の蓄積と, 就学による明確な児の生活の変化の実感が, 発達的存在および社会的存在としての児の認識を促した結果と考えられた. 就学前における親の心理支援, および児の発達保障においても, これらの認識を促す支援が重要と思われた.Article人間学研究.15:65-72(2016)journal articl

A novel splice site mutation of myosin VI in mice leads to stereociliary fusion caused by disruption of actin networks in the apical region of inner ear hair cells
An unconventional myosin encoded by the myosin VI gene (MYO6) contributes to hearing loss in humans. Homozygous mutations of MYO6 result in nonsyndromic profound congenital hearing loss, DFNB37. Kumamoto shaker/waltzer (ksv) mice harbor spontaneous mutations, and homozygous mutants exhibit congenital defects in balance and hearing caused by fusion of the stereocilia. We identified a Myo6(c.1381G>A) mutation that was found to be a p.E461K mutation leading to alternative splicing errors in Myo6 mRNA in ksv mutants. An analysis of the mRNA and protein expression in animals harboring this mutation suggested that most of the abnormal alternatively spliced isoforms of MYO6 are degraded in ksv mice. In the hair cells of ksv/ksv homozygotes, the MYO6 protein levels were significantly decreased in the cytoplasm, including in the cuticular plates. MYO6 and stereociliary taper-specific proteins were mislocalized along the entire length of the stereocilia of ksv/ksv mice, thus suggesting that MYO6 attached to taper-specific proteins at the stereociliary base. Histological analysis of the cochlear hair cells showed that the stereociliary fusion in the ksv/ksv mutants, developed through fusion between stereociliary bundles, raised cuticular plate membranes in the cochlear hair cells and resulted in incorporation of the bundles into the sheaths of the cuticular plates. Interestingly, the expression of the stereociliary rootlet-specific TRIO and F-actin binding protein (TRIOBP) was altered in ksv/ksv mice. The abnormal expression of TRIOBP suggested that the rootlets in the hair cells of ksv/ksv mice had excessive growth. Hence, these data indicated that decreased MYO6 levels in ksv/ksv mutants disrupt actin networks in the apical region of hair cells, thereby maintaining the normal structure of the cuticular plates and rootlets, and additionally provided a cellular basis for stereociliary fusion in Myo6 mutants.ArticlePLOS ONE.12(8):e0183477(2017)journal articl
Conditional Deletion of TAK1 in T Cells Reveals a Pivotal Role of TCR alpha beta(+) Intraepithelial Lymphocytes in Preventing Lymphopenia-Associated Colitis
The kinase TAK is required for the development of conventional and regulatory T cells. We previously reported that mice with conditional deletion of TAK1 in T cells (Lck-cre: TAK1(fl/fl) mice) exhibited severe T lymphopenia, and were nevertheless predisposed to spontaneous colitis with unknown etiology. Here we focused on the immunopathological mechanism in colitic Lck-cre: TAK1(fl/fl) mice. We found that 'leaky' CD4(+) T cells retaining TAK1 acquired inflammatory phenotypes that contribute to disease onset in Lck-cre: TAK1(fl/fl) mice. Furthermore, the gut microbiota-triggered signaling was also a key event leading to the pathogenesis. We discovered that Lck-cre: TAK1(fl/fl) mice were almost completely devoid of TCR alpha beta(+) CD8 alpha(+) intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IELs) and this was largely due to the developmental defect of the thymic precursors by TAK1 deficiency. Remarkably, transfer of TCR alpha beta(+) CD8 alpha(+) IELs from wild-type mice ameliorated colitis in Lck-cre: TAK1(fl/fl) mice. 訪問看護管理者を対象とした在宅療養支援に関する実態調査
要旨:県内の訪問看護ステーションに従事する管理者に対して、サービス提供上の課題、地域全体の在宅療養支援の課題、運営上の課題、およびそれぞれの5 年間での改善を確認した。結果、病院看護師との温度差、災害時の体制、リーダーの育成などが課題としてあげられた。関係者が有益と感じる関係づくりを増やすことや、連携の必要性の醸成を進めるために、自分が何をすべきかを明らかにするアクティブラーニングを取り入れた研修などが必要と考える。また、災害時の体制整備は行政の積極的な介入が必要と考える。Article信州公衆衛生雑誌 14(1): 34-35(2019)journal articl
