看護学部・人間福祉学部共通科目「足と健康(基本)」における大学生の学び
No full text科目「足と健康(基本)」を履修した学生13人を対象に足の健康教育を全8回行った。靴の選び方と履き方に関する学びは、「自分の足のサイズを知った上で靴を選ぶ」「つま先は約12〜17mmのゆとりが足趾変形を防ぐことから必要である」「靴の紐を結ぶ際は、足首を90度にしたまま結ぶ」であった。爪切りに関しては、「まっすぐに切ってから、角の部分を切ることを意識したい」「やすりは爪の構造を考え、一方向にかけることがわかった」という発言の一方、「普段どれだけ深爪にしていたのかがわかった」と自身の生活をふりかえり、新たな気づきにつながる学びがあった。全体を通しての学びは、靴選びや履き方を示した到達目標7と爪切りに関する到達目標8の記述が目立った。足や爪のトラブルを抱えている履修者が少なからずいることから、日常生活の中でセルフケアとして普段行われている靴選びや正しい履き方、正しい爪の切り方の知識修得は役立つ内容であった。(著者抄録)departmental bulletin pape
就業看護職が同僚の妊娠に対して抱く意識と関連する要因
No full text就業看護職が同僚の妊娠・出産に対して抱く意識とその要因を明らかにすることが目的である。Case Vignetteを用いた横断的量的記述研究で、関東圏内の400床以上の公的医療施設の看護師・助産師を対象に自己記入式質問紙を配布した。分析は統計ソフトSPSSを使用した。協力が得られた6施設の看護職764名を分析対象とした。同僚の妊娠に肯定的な意識の看護職は704名(92.1%)であった。同僚の妊娠に対する意識には「病棟の雰囲気」(p=.001)、「同僚のサポート」(p=.024)、「自分の健康」(p=.002)、「産休・育児休業取得経験」(p=.000)が正の影響を示した。また、「産休・育休取得経験」(p=.000)、「病棟の雰囲気」(p=.001)は、同僚の妊娠に対し肯定的な意識を高める要因であった。就業看護職が同僚の妊娠に肯定的な意識を持つためには、看護師長の評価的サポートやスタッフとのコミュニケーション機会を意識して作ることの必要性が示唆された。(著者抄録)This study aimed to describe factors of working midwivesʼ and nursesʼ latent recognitions when their co-worker became pregnant. Cross-sectional descriptive study using case vignette questionnaires. Study subjects were midwives and nurses working in public hospitals with more than 400 beds in the Kanto area of Japan. The statistical analysis was accomplished with SPSS ver23. Of the returned questionnaires 764（60%）were useable and analyzed. The majority（92.1%）formed a positive group regarding co-worker's pregnancy. “Ward atmosphere” （p＝.001）, “colleague support” （p＝.024）, “self-health” （p＝.002）and “maternity and childcare leave experiences” （p＝.000）had a positive effect on latent recognition of co-workers pregnancy. The results of the Multinomial logistic analysis revealed that “maternity and childcare leave experiences” （p＝.000）, and “ward atmosphere” （p＝.001）were factors that raised a positive recognition of co-worker's pregnancy. It was also suggested that in order for midwives and nurses to work with a positive recognition of their co-worker's pregnancy, it is necessary to be aware of the evaluative support of nurse manager and the communication opportunities with the staff in the workplace.departmental bulletin pape

国内外の子どもの足部形態異常と靴の適合性を含む関連要因の研究の動向
No full text【目的】日本の小学校では足の健診規定がなく、足の形態異常について情報は十分ではない。そこで国内外の子どもの足部の形態異常と靴の靴適合性を含む関連要因の研究の動向を明らかにすることを目的とした。【方法】海外の文献はMEDLINEでfoot deformity、primary or elementary school、footwear or shoes、fitting、children or adolescents等のキーワード、英語、2001-2021年の条件で検索し19件を分析対象とした。日本の文献は医学中央雑誌WEBを用い、キーワードは小児、児童、足の形態異常などで検索し、21件を分析対象とした。【結果】海外では足の形態異常は足底アーチの異常、扁平足が多く、不適合の靴を履いていた割合は40〜72%あった。日本では足趾変形とその要因に焦点をあてており、また、子どもの靴では足幅、足長の成長にあわせたサイズが乏しいことが報告されていた。【考察】国内では小児の腫骨外反の観察の研究が乏しい。子どもの外反足や足底アーチの測定に海外で広く使用されている指標を検討する必要がある。また、足のトラブル早期発見のために足の健診や足の形状に適する靴の選定の重要性が示唆された。(著者抄録)departmental bulletin pape
国際看護論における演習をオンライン授業と当事者参加型授業で実施して
No full text佐久大学では、厚生労働省(2007)の看護基礎教育課程における国際看護教育の位置付けに伴い「広い視野を持ち、看護を通じて国際貢献できる能力を育成する」を掲げ、4年次生の国際看護論演習(2単位、60時間、選択科目)において、タイ王国国立ブラパ大学での海外研修を行ってきた。2020年度はCOVID-19の世界的流行を受け海外研修は困難となり、今年度(2021)はブラパ大学との授業をメインに、フィリピンのアワレディオブファティマ大学とオンラインで結び、国内でできる「当事者参加型授業」を組み合わせて国際演習を実施した。履修生は2名であった。オンラインでの限界はあるが、メリットは、短期間に複数の国と交流できること、また異文化、他国の看護事情の理解、学習意欲の向上、同じ看護学生として親近感を感じることなどについて学習成果を確認することができた。当事者参加型授業を組み合わせることにより外国人当事者への理解、看護師の役割の認識等が深まり国際演習が効果的に実施された。(著者抄録)At Saku University, the overall goal of International Nursing Study is “to cultivate nursing students who can think of international contributions from an international perspective,” based on curriculum reform of basic nursing education by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Japan（2007）. International Nursing Study is an elective subject, worth 2 credits（60 hours）provided in the fourth year. It has been implemented at Burapha University in Thailand, but no overseas travel was possible in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, a webinar on International Nursing Study was held mainly with Burapha University, along with Our Lady of Fatima University, Philippines, together with participatory students' education for a participant with physical health difficulties. Two students took the subject. Webinars have some limitations, however, but their advantage is the ability to connect with several countries in a short time. Also, webinars provide learning effects such as understanding of other cultures and state of nursing there, enhancement of students' motivation for international study, and a feeling of friendliness among students in other countries. Combining the webinar with the participatory students' education program increased learning effects in understanding foreign participants and developing awareness of the role of nurses.departmental bulletin pape
領域「表現」と小学校「音楽科」の接続に関する一考察:音楽表現活動における環境構成と保育者の援助を手がかりに
No full text本研究では、子どもが音楽に親しむための環境構成や保育者の援助の事例を手がかりとして領域「表現」と小学校「音楽科」の学習指導要領の内容の関連性を明らかにし、幼児教育施設における領域「表現」の指導のあり方について検討した。 環境構成は小学校「音楽科」の器楽及び鑑賞の分野との関連が多く、保育者の援助は、歌唱分野において関連が多くみられた。それらの関連性を踏まえた音楽表現の指導においては、幼児期から音楽を身近に感じながら親しみを持つことのできる環境構成や、保育者の援助として自らが楽しそうに歌ったり楽器を演奏したりすること、子どもの模範となるような歌唱や楽器演奏を行うことが重要であると考える。This study aimed to clarify the connections between the area “expression” and the content found in the teaching guidelines of the elementary school “music department.” To achieve this objective, it examines the environmental composition that can familiarize children with music and presents actual case studies of support for children applications to review the ideal pedagogy for early childhood education facilities to inculcate area “expression.” Connections can be made between the concept of environmental composition and numerous items classified in the teaching guidelines f the elementary school “music department” as elements of playing instruments and music appreciation. Links can also be created between the idea of support for children and many items categorized as singing. Such potential associations underscore the importance of ensuring an environmental composition that allows children to feel the presence f music around them when teaching children about musical expression so they can become acquainted with music from a young age. It is also vital that nursery teachers set a positive example for the children. To do so, teachers should enjoy themselves when they sing or play musical instruments while conducting music lessons.departmental bulletin pape
佐久大学卒業生の看護実践能力に関する看護管理者の評価
No full text佐久大学看護学部は、カリキュラムや教育方法の改善へ向けて、就職先の医療機関・施設の評価を把握できるよう「佐久大学看護学部における看護学教育に関する調査」を実施している。2020(令和2)年は、卒業後の変化をとらえられるように、直属上司(師長等)を対象にして、卒後1年目、2年目から4年目、5年目以上の3群の状況について、同じ質問項目への回答を得る調査方法とした。看護実践能力のディプロマポリシー別の評価では、『専門的な知識』『専門的な技術』の2項目は5年以上の群が「よく発揮している」という高評価であった。『自身のスキルや能力を高める努力』は卒後年数に関係なく高評価であったことから、入職時以降に未熟な知識や技術自覚して自己研鑽できる点が本学卒業生の強みと考えられる。『国際的視野』については、全体的に「発揮できていない」という評価であった。看護管理者による本学の卒業生の看護実践能力の評価では、概ね学士にふさわしい能力を発揮できるよう成長していると評価できた。(著者抄録)departmental bulletin pape
佐久大学看護学部カリキュラム改正のプロセス
No full text本稿は、佐久大学看護学部におけるカリキュラム改正の経過を記録し、今後のカリキュラム継続評価及び次回の改正につながる資料とすることを目的とする。佐久大学看護学部は、2008年の開設時カリキュラムを2012年、2016年に一部変更して運用してきた。この経過を受けて2016年に設置されたカリキュラム検討推進小委員会によって、新カリキュラムが検討された。途中、指定規則の改正と新学部の認可待ちを経て、2021年4月から新カリキュラムの運用を開始できた。この経過について、1.めざすべき人材像の見直し、2.DPの見直し、3.APの見直し、4.CPの見直し、5.カリキュラム評価手法の策定、の5段階に整理した。加えて、6.新規実習の立ち上げに伴う対応、7.検討過程で確認したカリキュラム運用上の課題への対応についても報告する。今後の課題として、組織的なカリキュラム評価の継続を図ることが残されている。(著者抄録)departmental bulletin pape
