Teaching the Use of English-Japanese Dictionaries in Junior High School English Classes
Get PDF『中学校学習指導要領解説 外国語編』における辞書指導に関する記述によると、英語学習において辞書は不可欠であり、3年間を通して常に英語学習のために使用することが求められている。しかし、3社の中学校英語教科書における辞書指導の記述を調べてみると、教科書によって大きな違いがあることが分かる。また、大学生への辞書使用に関するアンケート調査から、英語の辞書の使い方を知りたいと感じている割合が多いことが判明した。共通した問題として、辞書使用に関する学びの場が不足していることが挙げられる。この問題を解消するために、本稿ではICTを利用した辞書活用のための補助教材の提供を提案する。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF近世において地域社会は自権断を保持し、自力解決は制限を加えながらも温存されていた。小稿では日向国延岡藩領を対象に、地域秩序を乱した場合、また乱すと見なされた「徒者」に対して、地域社会がどのような方策を取ったかについて検討した。常日頃から住民相互による「人品」監察が行われており、「人品不宜」者や「徒者」は、村替えや村からの追放が行われた。身内に「徒者」がいる場合は、本人はもとより親類・五人組・村役人たちの障りになる前に、親・親類から勘当・帳外れの申請がなされた。村が主体となって「徒者」を村外に追放した例も少なくなかった。治安を乱しかねない地域外からの往来者については、その宿泊を制限するなど厳しく対処された。藩は領内での行き倒れ人への処理・埋葬法などを細かく定め、後難を蒙らないよう細心の注意を払った。追放となった者も悪事をしていないことを確認し、旦那寺からの歎願という形を取って帰村が認められた。この場合、領主権力と地域社会の間に位置する旦那寺の存在はきわめて大きい。また大赦も帰村の口実が利用された。こうした「ムラ社会」は近代以降も生き続けることになる。departmental bulletin pape

Here exists the reason why he split The Wedding Ring into the two works: The Rainbow and Women in Love. The tragedies of Skrebensky, Gerald, and Clifford mirror the author's irritation against those living unconcernedly in society imbued with established mechanism. That is why we the reader sometimes have a stronger impression in existence from Gerald and Clifford rather than from Birkin and Mellors. Such restiveness of his led him to the creation of the so-called leardership novels: Aaron's Rod, Kangaroo, and The Plumed Serpent. Although his sense of helplessness was intensified against the serious situation under which our life is put, the visit to the Etruscan places inspired him to have a vision of life inherent in us human beings. The life portrayed on pots, urns, vases, or walls of the tombs were filled with vividness and life warmth.
The research efforts here are directed to scrutinizing anew how pessimistically Lawrence looked upon the reality of society and tracing how "tenderness" is described through the characterization of Birkin, Mellors, and Connie.departmental bulletin pape
Marine Education in a Junior High School English Class
Get PDF英語という科目での海洋教育の実践例は極めて少ない。そこで、宮崎の海を舞台にした（ウミサチ・ヤマサチの話しを中心とした）日本神話を、中学2年生向けに英語で書いた文章を教材として使用した。その結果、英語嫌いの生徒たちが英語に興味関心を持つようになり、意欲的に英語学習に取り組む切っかけをつくることができた。郷土愛を育みながら、自国・地域の文化や歴史を英語で発信してみようとする生徒の育成に貢献できる可能性も明らかとなった。また、この授業研究によって、協同学習、ICTの活用、海洋教育に関する課題等が浮き彫りとなった。departmental bulletin pape
The Effects of Archievement Goals on Perceived Cooperation in Elementary and Junior High School Students
Get PDF本研究では、児童・生徒同士の授業場面における協同活動に対する認識（協同志向、個人志向）が学年の違いで変化する原因の1つとして、学習に対する達成目標が変化するためであることを予想し、検討した。小学4年生から中学3年生までの児童・生徒1367名を対象に調査を行い、学年差から達成目標を媒介して協同活動への認識に影響を及ぼす因果モデルを構築し、共分散構造分析により検証した。その結果、協同志向には学年差から課題の熟達を目指す熟達目標を媒介して負の影響を及ぼすことが明らかになった。一方、個人志向には、学年差と学業での失敗を避けることを目指す遂行回避目標が個別に正の影響を及ぼすことが明らかになった。departmental bulletin pape

On the other hand, other researchers suggest that grammar knowledge plays an important role in L2/FL reading. Leaver, Ehrman & Shekhtman (2005) and Grabe & Fredricka (2011) assert that to be able to read well, we need to know a lot of words, and that we also need to know the grammatical rules.
