Aktiviranje potencijalno velikog broja ljudi koji dostavljaju robu uz učešće digitalnih platformi koje kontrolišu ponudu i potražnju, poznato pod pojmom crowdsourced dostava, jedan je od odgovora na sve veću potražnju za dostavama na zahtev. U radu se analizira trenutni status ove perspektivne forme ekonomije deljenja u oblasti dostave pošiljaka, modeli poslovanja startapova i interakcija sa tradicionalnim dostavljačima. Na bazi postojeće prakse, izdvojeni su i analizirani najznačajniji izazovi implementacije među kojima su izgradnja poverenja između učesnika, koordinisanje ponude i potražnje i radni status vozača – isporučioca
Digital Transformation of the Learning Process - Students’ Attitudes About Online Teaching
The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the process of digital transformation of higher education institutions. In a very short period, teachers and students abruptly switched to digital environments, which they had not used until then. As online teaching is very different from traditional teaching, teachers and students are faced with numerous new challenges. Online teaching requires a specific environment that primarily implies the availability of adequate technology as well as the skills that both teachers and students should have. Some higher education institutions have completely switched to online mode, while others have practiced a combined (online and offline) mode. The aim of this paper is, based on a questionnaire developed by Bernard et al. (2007), to examine the level of online skills, readiness for online learning and learning initiatives, attitudes about online learning, as well as the desire for online interaction with teachers and colleagues by the surveyed students.https://sm.ef.uns.ac.rs/index.php/proceedings/article/view/23

Assessing the Impact of the COVID-19 Crisis on Hotel Industry Bankruptcy Risk through Novel Forecasting Models
In this paper, we assess the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the bankruptcy risk of a sample of 100 hotel companies and, consequently, on the hotel industry in the Republic of Serbia. The assessment applies to the period, 2019-2026, with the use of the data on the financial indicators for 2015-2020. Five novel structural time-series models, which have the indicators derived from Altman's EM Z ''-score model as predictors, were used, and a new conceptual framework for assessing bankruptcy risk is provided. The framework expands the applicability of credit-risk-scoring models to multiyear predictions, and it takes into account the dynamism of the transitions of the firms among Altman's risk zones. The predictions that were obtained when the Springate and Zmijewski scores were applied along with the Altman Z ''-scores demonstrate the fair applicability of the scores for the models that are introduced here. The results of the models were confirmed by 270 artificial neural networks and they were compared to the results of the classical time-series models. The crisis started to have a negative effect on bankruptcy risk in 2020, and this effect is expected to rise until 2023; currently, in 2022, the highest number of hotel companies may be headed for bankruptcy. Amelioration in the position of the companies cannot be expected before 2024; however, even in 2026, the risk of bankruptcy will remain high when compared to the pre-COVID-19 period and, thus, the surviving companies will become more fragile to any further exogenous changes. These results provide a basis for the adaption of state-supported measures and business policies in order to withstand the crisis and to ensure sustainability
Conjoint analysis of green consumer preferences for electronic products
The paper deals with the environmentally friendly consumer behaviour and factors that influence green consumer purchasing. In order to explore the main determinants of green preferences for an electronic device, a choice-based conjoint analysis was applied, due to its power to force respondents to make a trade-off between conflicting attributes. Aggregated results suggest that technical performances are the most important features when purchasing electronic equipment, while environmental characteristics, price and warranty period are rather important, but not crucial. In order to detect subgroups of respondents characterized by heterogeneous preferences that can remain latent in aggregated results, preference-based clustering was performed using k-means procedure. As a result, four clusters were identified, one of which was the subgroup of environmentally aware respondents. Finally, a market simulation was conducted to assess the willingness of consumers to pay for the upgrading of both technical and ecological product features
Application of Voice Assistant Technology to Teaching Software Architecture Design: A Case Study of Amazon's Alexa
Over the last few years, virtual voice assistants have become more widespread in different fields. The purpose of this research is to develop and perform a quality-based evaluation of the model for voice assistant integration in the software engineering classroom to teach software architecture design. The model creation included identification of general software design principles, SOLID software design principles, software design strategies, and software design patterns that consider the software design process from different perspectives and different abstraction levels. As a result, software architecture is created, and the presented concepts can be considered as building blocks of software architecture design. They can be related to the software quality attributes that refer to the non-functional requirements. The design of skills and intents of a voice assistant as well as the creation of a user interaction model was considered through the Amazon Alexa platform. For this purpose, different teaching and learning resources including textbooks, videos, presentations, and source code, were used. Furthermore, in order to investigate possibilities of applying the model in the software design classroom, an experiment was conducted. The experiment included identification of software system architectures as well as their evaluation in the context of software quality metrics. Despite the experiment being limited, preliminary results indicated that the design of the model for voice assistant integration is feasible. Based on the completed evaluation, it was concluded that the implementation of the proposed software design model enables application of generic, general, and stable software solutions that consequently facilitates the maintenance and evolution of software
An approach to agile management of virtual student teams in smart environment development
This paper studies the problem of coordination and supervision of virtual teams and their capabilities. The goal is to develop a model suitable for managing virtual student teams specialized in the development of smart environments. The developed model is based on SAFe and DevOps, which when combined provide us with a framework for the evaluation of team capabilities in an academic environment. Additionally, DevOps principles can be more efficiently leveraged through an agile methodology to provide students with a better understanding of continuous value delivery. Through the application of the proposed model, virtual student teams gained practical experience in self-organization and virtual team management while being efficiently monitored and guided through the project lifecycle. Virtual student teams were likewise encouraged to be more agile, as this change in mindset is imperative in business, and as such must also be adopted in academic environments. By incorporating best practices of the corporate environments into the existing curriculum, we have proven that by adopting the proposed model these changes can be feasibly incorporated to the satisfaction of both the students and their future employers
