Gatunki wypowiedzi pisemnych w glottodydaktyce a egzaminy certyfikatowe z języka polskiego jako obcego
Get PDFThe article aims to identify Polish speech genres, recommended for active or passive mastery by learners of Polish, the knowledge of which is required for state certificate examinations in Polish as a foreign language. In Standardy wymagań egzaminacyjnych, which are annexed to the regulation of the Ministry of Education and Science of 2016, the Legislator specifies genre envisaged to be mastered at each level of language proficiency. The repertoire of forms of speech provided for each level of teaching is presented in Programy nauczania języka polskiego jako obcego. Poziomy A1–C2 (Janowska et al. 2011). The article presents the repertoire of genres required by the legislation in reference to the concept of genre and genre pattern in Maria Wojtakʼs theory, as well as the frequency of individual forms of utterances in the 2016–2024 exam sheets at B1–C2 levels. The issue of evaluating the various aspects of the genre pattern at the analyzed levels in the context of the elements of the genre pattern is also addressed.Artykuł ma na celu wskazanie polskich gatunków wypowiedzi, zalecanych do czynnego lub biernego opanowania przez uczących się polszczyzny, których znajomość wymagana jest na państwowych egzaminach certyfikatowych z języka polskiego jako obcego. W Standardach wymagań egzaminacyjnych, będących załącznikiem do Ustawy o języku polskim z 1999 r., ustawodawca wyszczególnia wypowiedzi gatunkowe przewidziane do opanowania na poszczególnych poziomach biegłości językowej. Repertuar form wypowiedzi przewidzianych na poszczególne poziomy nauczania przedstawiony jest w Programach nauczania języka polskiego jako obcego. Poziomy A1–C2 (Janowska i in. 2011). W artykule, na tle koncepcji gatunku i wzorca gatunkowego Marii Wojtak, przedstawiony został wachlarz wymaganych przepisami gatunków oraz częstotliwość poszczególnych form wypowiedzi w arkuszach egzaminacyjnych z lat 2016–2024 na poziomach B1–C2. Poruszono także kwestię oceny poszczególnych aspektów wzorca gatunkowego na analizowanych poziomach w kontekście elementów wzorca gatunkowego
Cut-elimination and Normalization Theorems for Connexive Logics over Wansing’s C
Get PDFGentzen-style sequent calculi and Gentzen-style natural deduction systems are introduced for a family (C-family) of connexive logics over Wansing’s basic constructive connexive logic C. The C-family is derived from C by incorporating Peirce’s law, the law of excluded middle, and the generalized law of excluded middle. Natural deduction systems with general elimination rules are also introduced for the C-family. Theorems establishing the equivalence between the proposed sequent calculi and natural deduction systems are demonstrated. Cut-elimination and normalization theorems are established for the proposed sequent calculi and natural deduction systems, respectively. Additionally, similar results are obtained for a family (N-family) of paraconsistent logics over Nelson’s constructive four-valued logic N4

No full textBudapest’s global city network integration determines its future social and economic development regarding every related dimensions. This position is based on its international labour market flows in a specific way. While unskilled labour provides essential but changeable resources, highly skilled labour has much higher added value and create liveable social and cultural environments. Local regulation tries to balance domestic market needs and deeper economic integration by eliminating low skilled workers in vain according to existing experiences. Their spatial concentration, deeper integration and the diversified sources of immigration both contribute to Budapest strengthening global city connectedness. W poszukiwaniu elastycznych epistemologii: niejawne koncepcje w badaniach naukowych
No full textThis theoretical article explores the role of implicit conceptions in scientific research, focusing on how these hidden frameworks influence the design, execution, and interpretation of studies. Drawing on the concept of tacit knowledge (Polanyi 1966; Malik 2023), it examines how researchers’ intuitive and non-verbalizable understandings shape their theoretical, methodological, and collaborative practices. The discussion is structured around four dimensions: tacit knowledge as an epistemological foundation, researcher identity, contextual influences, including paradigmatic and epistemological tensions, and the assessment and monitoring of implicit conceptions. The article emphasizes the need for epistemological flexibility, encouraging researchers to navigate positivist, interpretative, and critical paradigms based on the phenomenon under study. It critiques the “publish or perish” logic, advocating for prioritizing quality and knowledge advancement over market pressures. By adopting interdisciplinary and transversal approaches, researchers can address complex phenomena more comprehensively. Finally, the article highlights the importance of lifelong and cross-disciplinary training to equip researchers for contemporary scientific challenges while fostering innovation and adaptability.Niniejszy artykuł teoretyczny bada rolę niejawnych koncepcji w badaniach naukowych, koncentrując się na tym, jak te ukryte ramy wpływają na projektowanie, realizację i interpretację badań. Opierając się na pojęciu wiedzy ukrytej (Polanyi 1966; Malik 2023), analizuje, w jaki sposób intuicyjne i niewerbalizowalne rozumienia badaczy kształtują ich praktyki teoretyczne, metodologiczne i współpracy. Dyskusja obejmuje cztery wymiary: wiedza ukryta jako podstawa epistemologiczna, tożsamość badacza, wpływy kontekstowe, w tym napięcia paradygmatyczne i epistemologiczne, oraz ocena i monitorowanie niejawnych koncepcji. Artykuł podkreśla potrzebę elastyczności epistemologicznej, zachęcając badaczy do poruszania się między paradygmatami pozytywistycznymi, interpretatywnymi i krytycznymi w zależności od badanego zjawiska. Krytykuje logikę „publikuj lub zgiń”, proponując priorytetowe traktowanie jakości i rozwoju wiedzy ponad presją rynku wydawnictw akademickich. It discusses the functions of pedagogical theories and identifies barriers to their implementation, including the shock of entering the teaching profession, the traditions prevailing in specific institutions, routine approaches to tasks, fear of failure, and work overload. The conclusion proposes action research as a means to integrate theory and practice, emphasizing its potential to generate knowledge that is relevant and useful in educational realities. Such research fosters reflection on practice, enhances teachers’ competencies, and boosts motivation for change, which can contribute to improving the quality of education in the face of contemporary challenges.Artykuł podejmuje problem wdrażania teorii pedagogicznych do praktyki edukacyjnej. Praca ukazuje napięcie między sferą akademicką a codziennymi realiami pracy nauczycieli. Opisano w niej funkcje teorii pedagogicznych, a także zidentyfikowano bariery w implementacji teorii, w tym: szok startu zawodowego nauczycieli, tradycję obowiązującą w danej placówce, podejmowanie czynności w sposób rutynowy, lęk przed niepowodzeniem czy też przeciążenie obowiązkami. W podsumowaniu zaproponowano badania w działaniu jako sposób na integrację teorii i praktyki. Podkreślono ich potencjał w generowaniu wiedzy trafnej i użytecznej w edukacyjnych realiach. Badania te sprzyjają refleksji nad działaniem, wzmacniając kompetencje nauczycieli oraz motywację do wprowadzania zmian, co może przyczynić się do podniesienia jakości edukacji w obliczu współczesnych wyzwań

No full textThe article concerns ILO Convention No. 190 on the elimination of violence and harassment in the world of work. The author analyzes the subjective and objective scope of the Convention, including the concept of violence and harassment at work adopted therein, as well as the obligation to take action in the field of prevention and legal protection of people affected by violence in the work environment. The article also explains the ILO Convention’s obligation to adopt an “inclusive, integrated and gender-responsive approach” to prevent violence at work and protect the worker from its consequences.Artykuł został poświęcony Konwencji MOP nr 190 w sprawie eliminowania przemocy i molestowania w świecie pracy. Autorka omawia zakres podmiotowy i przedmiotowy Konwencji, w tym przyjęte w niej pojęcie przemocy i molestowania w pracy, a także obowiązek podjęcia działań w zakresie profilaktyki i ochrony prawnej osób dotkniętych przemocą w środowisku pracy. W artykule wyjaśniono również zawarty w Konwencji MOP obowiązek przyjęcia „inkluzywnego, zintegrowanego i uwzględniającego aspekt płci podejścia” w celu przeciwdziałania przemocy w pracy i ochrony pracownika przed jej konsekwencjami
Ethical Processes and Dilemmas during Research with Youth on Cyber-Risk
No full textIn this article, we reflect on the ethical processes and dilemmas we encountered in almost a decade of qualitative research with teenagers about digital technologies and cyber-risk. Our research underscores both the opportunities and challenges of teenagers’ engagements with digital technologies, including cyberbullying and image-based sexual harassment and abuse (i.e., non-consensual sexting), on popular social media platforms. Our current research explores teenagers’ experiences with cyber-risk during the COVID-19 pandemic, including managing homeschooling (due to lockdowns), online addiction, mental health challenges, and encounters with disinformation and misinformation. We discuss our experiences with focus group facilitation and one-to-one semi-structured interviews, specifically our reflections on ethical processes encountered in the field, such as fostering rapport with young participants given the significant age gaps and our lack of knowledge at times, regarding digital technologies or topics like image-based sexual abuse. We also discuss our experiences conducting research with teenagers under the new capacity to consent ethical framework, which positions children and youth as often having agency to consent to research independently from their parents or legal guardians. Here, we detail reflections on navigating a new approach and highlight some of the considerations arising from ascertaining assent and consent. Centralizing issues of developing rapport, trust, and ethical processes related to interactional dynamics during interviews, the paper provides insights and possible strategies for those conducting research with children and youth
Francuski podatek od istotnego majątku związanego z rynkiem nieruchomości jako źródło inspiracji dla polskiego ustawodawcy
No full textThis article is a continuation of research on French tax law, which is regulated in principle in one legal act, that is the general tax code. The analysis carried out in this publication concerns the issue of taxation of assets invested in real estate, which is very important from the point of view of the Polish market, where for several years there have been plans to introduce a number of measures aimed at limiting price increases within this segment of the market. The presentation of the structure of the French property tax related to the real estate market may be an interesting point of reference for the Polish legislator, who has often relied on French models in the past. The summary indicates the potential possibility of using French solutions also in Poland, as one of the elements serving price stabilization on today’s real estate market.Niniejszy artykuł stanowi kontynuację badań nad francuskim prawem podatkowym, uregulowanym zasadniczo w jednym akcie prawnym, którym jest generalny kodeks podatków. Analiza dokonana w ramach przedmiotowej publikacji dotyczy problematyki opodatkowania majątku ulokowanego w nieruchomościach, która jest bardzo istotna z punktu widzenia polskiego rynku, ponieważ od kilku lat planowane jest wprowadzenie działań mających na celu ograniczenie wzrostu cen w ramach tego segmentu rynku.
Przedstawienie konstrukcji francuskiego podatku od majątku związanego z rynkiem nieruchomości może stanowić ciekawy punkt odniesienia dla polskiego ustawodawcy, który niejednokrotnie opierał się już w przeszłości na wzorcach francuskich. W podsumowaniu wskazano na możliwość wykorzystania rozwiązań francuskich także w Polsce – jako jednego z elementów służących stabilizacji cenowej na dzisiejszym rynku nieruchomości
