Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan Syariah Setelah Pandemi Covid-19
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to find out about the strategies used by Islamic Banking in Indonesia to remain competitive in the post covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a literature review and observation of phenomena that are happening at this time. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of observations made by looking at financial performance data at the OJK in 2020-2022 state that there has been and increase in revenue (total asset) from year to year after the covid-19 pandemic. The strategy that has been implemented by Islamic banking in improving financial performance after the covid-19 pandemic is issuing various regulations that accelerate digital transformation and synergy in the banking sector. In addition to digital transformation, Islamic banks are required to innovate as a strategy to improve financial performanceTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengenai strategi yang digunakan oleh Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia agar tetap kompetitif di masa pasca pandemic covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literature review serta pengamatan fenomena yang terjadi saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF JERUJU PLANT EXTRACT (ACANTHUS ILICIFOLIUS) AS ANTICANCER: LITERATURE REVIEW
Get PDFOne of the plants that live in Indonesia and has many benefits is Acanthus ilicifolius or jeruju. The jeruju plant is included in the Acanthus family plant which is used for traditional medicine. One of the benefits of the jeruju plant is as an anticancer. The literature search process related to Acanthus ilicifolius and anticancer was carried out using an electronic data base. The purpose of this literature review is to determine the effectiveness of jeruju plant extracts as anticancer and research methods used in previous studies. Jeruju plant extract can be used as an anticancer and has the potential to inhibit the proliferation of HeLa cervical cancer cells. In jeruju leaf extract contained flavonoids, saponins and terpenoids as anticancer compounds with cytotoxic activity values in isolates showed an IC50 value of 88.89 ug/mL. Get PDFBencana alam merupakan serangkaian peristiwa yang disebabkan oleh faktor alam yaitu berupa gempa, tsunami, gunung meletus, banjir, kekeringan, angin topan, tanah longsor dan kebakaran. Untuk mengurangi resiko bencana, salah satunya yaitu dengan penerapan manajemen bencana. Manejemen bencana merupakan serangkaian upaya yang meliputi penetapan kebijakan pembangunan yang berisiko timbulnya bencana, kegiatan pencegahan bencana, tanggap darurat, dan rehabilitasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendidikan dan pelatihan kesehatan, Upaya Menumbuhkan Budaya Siaga Bencana Dengan Pemberian Pelatihan Manajemen Bencana di Desa Jati Kabupaten Karanganyar dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – Mei 2023. Hasil evaluasi setelah penyuluhan sebagian besar peserta memahami permasalahan yang dihadapi. Terjadi perubahan bahwa sebelum diberikan pelatihan manajemen bencana, tingkat pengetahuan responden dengan kategori baik (40%), cukup (45%) dan kurang (15%). Sedangkan setelah diberikan pelatihan manajemen bencana didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat perubahan yang signifikan yaitu 100% memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik. Kesimpulannya terdapat peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat yang signifikan setelah diberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan
OLIVE OIL TOWARDS TODDLERS’ WEIGHT GAIN
Get PDFBackground : Children's growth is influenced by several things, one of them  is the nutritional intake of the food they consume. When the child has received MPASI, the composition in it must be in accordance with the recommendations from IDAI. That is the proportion for carbohydrates as much as 35-55%, protein which is preferably animal protein as much as 15-20%, fat as much as 35-60%, and fruit or vegetables only as an introduction. Objective: the effect of giving olive oil on the weight gain of toddlers. Methodology: This research is a type of descriptive research. The subjects of the research were toddlers aged 6-24 months in Kemiri KebakkramatKaranganyar. The total population in this study was 109 people with 15 people as samples. This research was conducted in March-June 2021. Results: Most of the respondents gave olive oil regularly every day as much as 86.6%. Most of the people who gave olive oil on a daily basis experienced an 80% weight gain. Conclusion: Giving olive oil as fat in the composition of  MPASI according to the portion of the dose has an effect on weight gain of toddlers
Evaluation of Early Screening for Mental Emotional Problems after the Covid-19 Pandemic in Preschool Children

The Covid-19 pandemic from 2019 to 2022 affects the growth and development of preschool children. Growth and development are influenced by mental and emotional problems of children so the importance of early screening to detect in children aged 36-72 months. This study aimed to determine the description of early screening for mental-emotional problems in preschool children at Margo Utomo Kindergarten, Puntik Dalam Village due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The design of this research was descriptive-quantitative. The screening was carried out on 40 children by interviewing with parents based on guidelines of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2016 regarding the Mental Emotional Problem Questionnaire with totaling 14 questions, answer choices "yes" and "no". Total sampling technique with descriptive data analysis. The results showed that most of the preschool children experienced the possibility of having mental-emotional problems (suspects) with a total of 26 children (65%). The important of periodic screening is carried out on children to detect developmental deviations in school children so that appropriate and early intervention can be given
Overcoming Problems Combination of Server and Client Side Encryption on Web Code Security Using the Slice Code Method

Combining these two encryption technologies is a problem for web developers. If using server side encryption, the client side source code is not protected. However, if you use client-side encryption, the server source code becomes unreadable by the web server. This study aims to overcome the problem of the combination of these two encryption technologies, so the Slice Code method is used, which is a method that the researchers themselves have developed and used to encrypt server and client source code simultaneously and combine the two. With this method, the original source code is separated into 2 parts, then the pure client source code is encrypted using client encryption technology, then embedded into the pure server source code. The next step is to encrypt the pure server source code. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the analytical method. The results showed that the current ratio has a positive effect on firm value, the quick ratio has a negative effect on firm value, and the cash ratio has a positive effect on firm valuePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh current rasio, quick rasio dan cash rasio terhadap nilai perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2019 – 2022. Analysis of Hand Hygiene Compliance and Official Personal Protective Equipment Compliance on the Incidence of Nosocomial Infection In Outpatient Karanganyar Regencyhospital to Support of Hospital Accreditation
Get PDFBackground: A nosocomial infection is an infection acquired or acquired in a hospital related to the provision of health services in health care facilities, where caregiver behavior includes hand washing, the use of protective equipment, the handling of medical equipment, the disinfection of the action site, the prevention of care and treatment, wound closure, and waste management.
Objective: To assess officers' compliance with hand hygiene and use of personal protective equipment on the incidence of nosocomial infections in outpatients at Karanganyar District Hospital in support of hospital accreditation.
Methodology: This study uses a type of quantitative research. The sample technique used total sampling with a population of all outpatient employees at Karanganyar District Hospital.
Result: Compliance with hand hygiene and adherence to the use of personal protective equipment by officers affected the incidence of nosocomial infections where the F count exceeded the F table (47.313 > 3.10). Meanwhile, partially, handwashing compliance and compliance with the use of personal protective equipment for officers had an effect on the incidence of nosocomial infections.

INTERPROFESSIONAL COLLABORATION AND TEAMWORK PRACTICES IN POST-OPERATIVE WOUND CARE MANAGEMENT AT HOSPITAL OF BANDA ACEH
Get PDFThe practice of surgical wound care requires teamwork of wound nurses and interprofessional collaboration in developing quality wound care procedures. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between interprofessional collaboration practices and nurse teamwork on the quality of wound care management in postoperative patients at RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh (RSUDZA) in 2022. This research is a quantitative study with a correlative approach by making cross-sectional observations with a sample size of 52 nurses in 6 inpatient rooms at the Regional General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The practice of interprofessional collaboration and team work of nurses in RSUDZA are mostly in the fairly good category and most are in the moderate level. However, there was a significant relationship between Interprofessional collaborative practice and the quality of postoperative wound care management (p = 0.0001) and there was a significant relationship between Team Nurse Practice and the quality of postoperative wound care management (p = 0.014). The conclusion of the study was that there was a relationship between the medical team's interprofessional collaborative practice and the nurse's teamwork practice with the quality of postoperative wound care management in the postoperative inpatient ward of RSU dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. it is suggested that there is an increase in collaboration practices, teamwork and better management of surgical wound care in the service
Effect of Quadriceps Set and Manual Traction on Pain in Osteoarthritis
Get PDFBackground: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a joint disorder in which progressive loss of articular cartilage occurs and can lead to disability. The most common symptom of osteoarthritis is pain. Usually the pain is exacerbated by use of the joint and relieved by rest. treatment is only aimed at relieving pain, maintaining or increasing mobility, minimizing disability, and improving quality of life.
Objective: To determine the effect of quadriceps sets and manual traction on pain in knee osteoarthritis. Methods: This study used a pre-experimental method with a one group pretest and posttest design. Pain measurement was performed using a visual analogue scale (VAS). The data normality analysis test will use Shapiro Wilk while the bivariate analysis uses the paired sample t test, and the multivariate analysis uses a linear regression test.
Results: The results obtained from this study, there was a significant effect of manual traction and quadriceps sets on pain p=0.000 (p <0.05) and there was no significant relationship between changes in pain with age (p=0.266) and BMI (p=0.241).
Conclusion: There is an effect of giving quadriceps sets and manual traction on the incidence of reducing pain in knee osteoarthritis
