Career-building education and job hunting support for Chinese overseas students

With the globarization of the enterprises, Japanese Government regards overseas students as ʻhigh-grade talented foreignersʼ in the so-called ʻ300 thousand overseas students projectsʼ and with the help of cooperation between industry and the academic
and official world has started to help them find employments in Japanese enterprises.
However, although the number of overseas students who want to find employments in the Japanese enterprises has been increasing year by year, an employment rate is only about 30 per cent. Moreover it is said that the stability of the work force is not so good, because many of the overseas students who have found jobs in Japan with considerable effort are said to be leaving their jobs within a couple of years.
Many causes are pointed out for the overseas students not to be successful in finding jobs in Japanese enterprises.
In this essay the main focus is placed on the recognition gap between the Japanese enterprises and the overseas students. And on the basis of the questionnaire surveys done on the Chinese overseas students who have found employments in Japanese enterpises, it is described how the career-building education and job hunting support for the Chinese overseas students should be
Elementary School Social Studies Lessons Based on the Recognition of Equality Under the Law and Discrimination: An Educational Approach Utilizing the "Veil of Ignorance"
Get PDFapplication/pdfIn the 2017 revision of the Course of Study for Elementary Schools, the goal of social studies education is to develop the ability to solve problems using "social perspectives and ways of thinking." Particularly in the study of equality under the law (Article 14 of the Constitution), it is important to have perspectives on history and social structures. Equality under the law means that both the application and content of the law must be equal, and it is necessary to consider both formal equality and substantive equality. Additionally, the elements of discrim-ination include prejudice, denial of subjectivity, a lack of perspective on structural issues, and negative values and emotions. To eliminate discrimination, it is essential to establish fair laws and rules and design appropriate social systems, and not just to rely on kindness and compas-sion.
Based on these fundamental recognitions, teaching equality under the law in elementary school social studies classes can be carried out effectively through lessons utilizing John Rawls' "veil of ignorance." This is a thought experiment in which students consider fair social rules without knowing their own attributes, allowing them to think about social structures from the perspective of others. This method helps cultivate a viewpoint aimed at respecting fundamen-tal human rights and realizing a fair society without discrimination

In the practical exercise, the topic of making kendama using paper cups was used to allow students to engage in hands-on activities and play. At the same time, the various childcare processes based on children’s ages and developmental stages were explained. By doing so, it was possible for students to reflect on both the childcare worker’s perspective and the children’s experiences, helping them become more aware of the intentions and considerations behind the support provided by childcare workers. Quality Assurance of Teacher Training Systems Based on Professional Standards for Teachers in New York State －Focusing on Professional Learning－

In particular, this paper focuses on professional learning, which is a new trend in teacher training systems. First, an overview of the teacher training system in the state of New York is provided and the background and characteristics of the professional learning standards is examined. Next, using the Rochester City School District as a case study, the characteristics and challenges of the teacher training system in relation to professional learning standards is analyzed and discussed. The findings from this study are as follows. First, the state has established various standards for teacher training and has built a system to ensure the quality of teacher training. Second, the state is attempting to establish a teacher training system that reflects the concept of professional learning. The Impact of Flaming on Share Price and Corporate Performance:A Quantitative Analysis Using Share Price Data, Quarterly Financial Information, and Apology Statements
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis paper classifies types of flaming based on previous studies and examines the impact of each type on the stock prices and corporate performance of the companies involved. It also analyzes differences in the content of corporate responses using text mining. The analysis revealed that flaming negatively affects the stock prices of the involved companies but does not significantly impair their corporate performance. However, in cases of flaming by part-time workers, the negative impact on stock prices is more pronounced than for other types of flaming, and it was also found to adversely affect corporate performance. Regarding the content of the corporate responses, different trends were observed depending on whether the stock price declined and whether the flaming was caused by part-time workers or not

Modern techniques that can be easily expressed by anyone are widely used in early childhood education today. This is not a tecnipque of painting with intention, but an unexpected expression that can be created by chance, which induces excitement and joy in children.
This class is already in its third hour of production, and there is a mixture of students some are advanced in production and others are behind in production. Therefore, it was necessary to give careful advice to each student
