Didactics of Olga Graumann's integration － Focusing on the open class －
Get PDFapplication/pdfIn this research, the pedagogy by Olga Graumann, who has researched integration in modern Germany, is considered, especially at open class and the meaning of learning in different groups. First, the awareness of the Graumann's integration is studied. Second, the characteristics of Graumann's open class are clarified. The meaning of the integrated open class, the mistaken cases of open class, and the model of the pedagogy are considered. As the result, the meaning of heterogeneity, the mistakes to make the model of the classes by focusing on "the average children", and the model of open class are clarified

The ADDIE instruction model for this design is outlined by Smith and Ragan (1995) in their book entitled Instructional Design. The focus is on 5 points: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The analysis proved that there was a need to implement a program that would give college students the opportunity to learn and develop basic compositional skills. The author developed a carefully thought out plan of action based on this analysis. The complete design is detailed in this report

An open class is performed in each faculty in order to improve the lesson of a junior college. Every year, the lecture which is the subject of observation is specified at each semester. All teachers of a faculty visit the lecture and submit an observation record. After that, they hold a review meeting and debate about contents and method of the lecture. In the secretarial course, the "Practical Law" was held as an open class in the first semester in this year. Misunderstanding of Maslow's Theory in Management
Get PDFapplication/pdfThe purpose of this paper is to clarify the essence of the misunderstanding of the Maslow's theory in management. There were greatly two arguments up to now over the misunderstanding of the Maslow's theory. The first is an argument of "The self actualization is not a problem of the motivation," and the second is an argument of "The self-actualization is not egocentric." On the other hand, Yamashita (2008) insisted, that is, "The Maslow's theory is not a motivation theory." The following two points are clarified in this paper. First, understanding of "The Maslow's theory is not a motivation theory" is a focus to clear up the misunderstanding of the Maslow's theory. Second, this understanding is fundamentally different from understanding of "The self-actualization is not a problem of the motivation." On the basis of the above-mentioned examination, I finally show what kind of significance this idea has for management

An open class is performed in each faculty and each semester in order to improve the lesson every year. In the Department of Business Administration, open classes of "Kiso-Enshu I " and "Enshu II " were held last year. This paper is the record of the latter. In "Enshu II (accounting course)," we teach the basic accounting using business simulation
