Competencias tecnológicas instrumentales de los docentes de educación primaria, en el uso del software libre Canaima de las instituciones públicas
Get PDFThe present article developed from a research, center its purpose in the study of the instrumental technological competences of primary education teachers, in the use of Canaima free software of public institutions. To do this, we went to the theoretical references of González (2003), Berral (2010), Badía (2006), Bermúdez (2010), among others. Methodologically it is a descriptive, field study, non-experimental in which a total of 36 teachers belonging to three educational institutions were taken as a population. An instrument consisting of 6 items, duly validated and with high reliability, was also developed. The results show that professional technological competences are presented at a medium level of development. This indicates that the teachers of these institutions know about computer programs and know about applications of online computer programs, but they must improve since the result reflected according to the scale It is not the most satisfying. While in methodological didactic technological competences they have a high level of development of them.El presente artículo desarrollado a partir de una investigación, centro su propósito en el estudio de las competencias tecnológicas instrumentales de los docentes de educación primaria, en el uso del software libre Canaima de las instituciones públicas. Para ello se acudió a los referentes teóricos de González (2003), Berral (2010), Badía (2006), Bermúdez (2010), entere otros. Metodológicamente se trata de un estudio de descriptivo, de campo, no experimental en el cual se tomó como población un total de 36 docentes que pertenecen a tres instituciones educativas. Se desarrollo además un instrumento conformado por 6 ítems debidamente validado y con una alta confiabilidad. Los resultados demuestran que las competencias tecnológicas profesionales se presentan en un medio nivel de desarrollo esto indica que los docentes de estas instituciones saben de programas informáticos y saben de aplicaciones de los programas informáticos en línea, pero deben mejorar ya que el resultado reflejado según el baremo no es el más satisfactorio. Mientras que en las competencias tecnológicas didáctico metodológicas tienen una alto nivel de desarrollo de las mismas

Get PDFThe research was carried out in the companies dedicated to the commercialization of memorials, whose objective was: to establish the relationship that exists between the systems of sales applied by companies and the levels of profitability; for which a qualitative type methodology was applied with a basic approach that allowed to know the behavior of the variables, using a statistical analysis based on the use of a technique like the survey, applied to the managers of the companies and the clients and possible customers; which allowed to conclude that the administration and sales system of the companies negatively affects the profitability of the organization, because they do not have adequate strategies to attract more customers, which does not allow the achievement of sales targets, in addition, the market in which the activities of commercialization of the memorials products in Babahoyo are located, is limited because the potential customers have an aversion for the products that are offered, the prices are considered high, and one of the factors that most limits the market is the lack of prevention culture.La investigación se desarrolló en la empresa Parque de la Paz dedicada a la comercialización de productos memoriales, cuyo objetivo fue: establecer la relación que existe entre los sistemas de ventas aplicados por empresas y los niveles de rentabilidad; para lo cual se aplicó una metodología de tipo cualitativa con un enfoque básico que permitió conocer el comportamiento de las variables, empleando un análisis estadístico basado en el uso de una técnica como la encuesta, aplicada a los gerentes de las empresas y los clientes y posibles clientes; que permitió concluir que el sistema de administración y de ventas de las empresas incide en forma negativa en la rentabilidad de la organización, debido a que no poseen las estrategias adecuadas para captar más clientes, lo cual no permite alcanzar las metas de ventas, al no colocar el producto el índice de cobranzas y de efectivo se ve disminuido, además el mercado en el que se desenvuelven las actividades de comercialización de los productos memoriales en Babahoyo, es limitado porque los clientes potenciales tienen una aversión por los productos que se ofrecen, los precios son considerados altos, y uno de los factores que más limita el mercado es la falta de cultura de prevención

Get PDFThis study considers the term "learning difficulties" as a complex unit of analysis since there may be different factors that affect its manifestation. In order to understand its nature, research related to learning and some of its faculties are taken up according to Claxton (2001) and Schunk (2012), mathematical knowledge, learning difficulties in mathematics and evaluation.
As qualitative research, it uses grounded theory (Strauss and Corbin, 2016) for data collection, analysis and theory construction from them and analyzed with the support of Atlas.ti software; It is developed in the field of mathematics education to make contributions to the understanding of the difficulties that students present with respect to learning the integer. Este estudio considera el término “dificultades de aprendizaje” como unidad compleja de análisis ya que pueden ser diferentes factores los que inciden en su manifestación. Con el propósito de comprender su naturaleza, se retoman investigaciones relacionadas con el aprendizaje y algunas de sus facultades de acuerdo con Claxton (2001) y Schunk (2012), el conocimiento matemático, dificultades de aprendizaje en matemáticas y evaluación.
Como investigación cualitativa emplea la teoría fundamentada (Strauss y Corbin, 2016) para la recolección de datos, el análisis y la construcción de teoría a partir de los mismos y analizada con el apoyo del software Atlas.ti; se desarrolla en el campo de la educación matemática para realizar aportes en la comprensión de las dificultades que presentan los estudiantes respecto al aprendizaje del número entero
Actuación del trabajador social como agente de cambio en la comunidad
Get PDFThis article consists in knowing the performance of the social worker as an agent of change in the community and their respective interventions allowing evaluations to be made to the needs that families present. In the investigation, ideas of the members were used, the corresponding parts of the article were distributed and collected; The objectives were worked on where it was carried out through conferences by Google Meet, through this it was possible to discuss the research allowing us to know the different interventions of the social worker, elements of a community, background among others; We can affirm that the importance of the social worker as an agent of change in a community is to contribute by supporting low-income people, helping them to cope with the problems they present through training. The results obtained prove the importance of the social worker is a fundamental key to ensure the welfare of the society where he presents necessary tools to be promoters of change to the affected families in the community. Finally, it is found that the social worker is an agent of change since he is the main one to transform and improve the quality of life of the families of the communities.Este artículo consta en conocer la actuación del trabajador social como agente de cambio en la comunidad y sus respectivas intervenciones permitiendo realizar evaluaciones a las necesidades que presente las familias. En la investigación se utilizaron ideas de los integrantes, se distribuyeron y recolectamos las partes correspondientes del artículo; se trabajaron los objetivos donde se llevó a cabo mediante conferencias por Google Meet, a través de este se pudo discutir la investigación permitiéndonos conocer las diferentes intervenciones del trabajador social, elementos de una comunidad, antecedentes entre otros; podemos afirmar que la importancia que tiene el trabajador social como un agente de cambio en una comunidad es contribuir mediante el apoyo a las personas de bajos recursos, ayudarlos a sobrellevar los problemas que presenten mediante capacitaciones. Los resultados obtenidos comprueban la importancia del trabajador social es clave fundamental para asegurar el bienestar de la sociedad donde este presenta herramientas necesarias para ser promotores de cambio a las familias afectadas en la comunidad. Finalmente se consta que el trabajador social es un agente de cambio ya que es el principal para transformar y mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias de las comunidades

This research assesses the profit margins produced after deducting all the expenses involved in implementing such production, in other words, the profitability of the project is measured; these calculations were made by means of a financial study, taking into account each of its valuable economic resources (assets and capital). Cold Orange Juice is located in one of the most populated and crowded areas of the province of Panama Oeste as is the district of Arraijan additional to this, there is only one branch and the same keeps defined its organizational structure following the parameters of the hierarchical order according to functions, that is, it starts with the establishment of a general manager up to the staff in charge of the production department.Tras la llegada de la Pandemia por el COVID-19, en la República de Panamá, son muchas las personas que tomaron la decisión de abrir nuevos negocios denominados como “emprendimientos”, es por ello que, en esta ocasión, se estará desarrollando el tema de inversión bajo el nombre “Cold Orange Juice”. Dentro de esta investigación se evalúa los márgenes de ganancias producidos después de deducir todos los gastos que conllevó implementar dicha producción, en otras palabras, se mide la rentabilidad del proyecto, dichos cálculos se realizaron mediante un estudio financiero, tomando en consideración cada uno de sus valiosos recursos económicos (activos y capitales). Get PDFThe main purpose of this investigation was to carry out an assessment of the latest advances in forensic scientific analytical techniques that have been implemented in the Biomolecular Analysis Unit, in cases of Crimes Against Modesty and Sexual Integrity and the importance of immediate action of the Criminalistics and Legal Medicine team for the search and collection of indications and samples of biological fluids, both at the scene of the events and in the victim himself and in this way the expert of the Forensic Laboratory can obtain efficient and effective results in his Forensic scientific expert evidence endorsed by the specialist community and that can serve as probative material that connects the victim with the sexual offender and be an auxiliary entity to the administration of justice and thus to prove the punishable act. A description of current forensic technical-scientific methodologies was made, used for the search and identification of human semen as well as the great importance that these forensic scientific expert opinions have before a Court of Justice.El objetivo principal de la presente investigación consistió en realizar una valoración de los últimos avances de las técnicas de análisis científico forenses que se han implementado en La Unidad de Análisis Biomolecular, en casos de Delitos Contra El Pudor y la Integridad Sexual, y la importancia que tiene la actuación inmediata del equipo de Criminalística y Medicina Legal para la búsqueda y recolección de indicios y muestras de fluidos biológicos, tanto en el lugar de los hechos como en la propia víctima, y de esta manera el perito experto del Laboratorio forense pueda obtener resultados eficientes y eficaces en su pruebas periciales científicas forenses avaladas por la comunidad de especialistas y que puedan servir como material probatorio que relacionen a la víctima con el agresor sexual y ser un ente auxiliar a la administración de justicia mediante la acreditación del hecho punible. Para los fines de la valoración, se realizó una descripción de las metodologías técnico-científicas forenses que emplea actualmente el Laboratorio para la búsqueda e identificación del semen humano, así como también se destacó la gran importancia que tienen estos peritajes científicos forenses ante un Tribunal de Justicia
Investigación educativa: Un reto para los agentes educativos innovadores

To contribute, then, to a formation that is relevant to the realities of the context and the demands of today’s society, becomes one of the main objectives of education. Teachers and training institutions should ensure the development and consolidation in students and future professionals of a reflective attitude that is oriented towards the construction of a critical posture that allows them to value, to discern and question all the knowledge presented through different channels and media, as well as to understand the reality of the context that surrounds them, their own reality and the role they play within it. This is the path to transcend the obvious towards the discovery of new ideas, concepts and knowledge (Freire, 1988, as cited in Puebla, 2014).En la actualidad, la gran variedad y cantidad de información que circula, el fácil acceso a esta, resultado de la migración masiva al mundo tecnológico y la diversidad de paradigmas presentes suponen, sin duda alguna, un reto para el campo educativo. Aportar entonces, a una formación que sea pertinente ante las realidades del contexto y las demandas de la sociedad actual, se convierte en uno de los principales objetivos de la educación. Docentes e instituciones de formación deben velar por el desarrollo y la consolidación en los educandos y futuros profesionales de una actitud reflexiva que se oriente hacia la construcción de una postura crítica que les permita valorar, discernir y cuestionar todo el conocimiento presentado a través de diferentes canales y medios, así como comprender la realidad del contexto que los rodea, su propia realidad y el rol que cumplen dentro de la misma. Este es el camino para trascender de lo evidente hacia el descubrimiento de nuevas ideas, conceptos y conocimientos (Freire, 1988, como se citó en Puebla, 2014)
La didáctica crítica como parte de las estrategias pedagógicas para hacer frente al fenómeno de la deserción escolar
Get PDFSchool dropout or dropout is one of the main obstacles to the achievement of educational purposes of both the institutions and the educational systems that represent them, hence the aim of this essay is to make an approach towards critical didactics as part of the strategies to deal with the phenomenon of school dropout. In this sense, this pedagogical perspective seeks to investigate the elements that allow preventing school dropout from classroom practices, locating itself in aspects such as situated learning, the sociocultural context, failure or bullying. In this order of ideas, advocating critical didactics within pedagogical practice is to maintain attention on the student as an active subject, that is, an individual who must be involved at all times in the ways of building knowledge in the classroom. Clearly, to advocate for an education away from school dropout is to advocate for a student-centered system, which implies leaving behind the traditionalist forms of education, where the static and passive character of the student prevails. Thus, it is important to move to much more humanistic approaches to education, where the voices as well as the experiences and socio-cultural conditions of the learners are taken into consideration.La deserción o el abandono escolar se sitúa como uno de los principales obstáculos para el alcance de los propósitos educativos tanto de las instituciones como de los sistemas educativos que las representan, de allí que en este ensayo se pretende realizar un acercamiento hacia la didáctica crítica como parte de las estrategias para hacer frente al fenómeno de la deserción en las escuelas. En este sentido, esta mirada pedagógica busca indagar acerca de los elementos que permiten prevenir el abandono escolar desde las prácticas de aula, ubicándose en aspectos como el aprendizaje situado, el contexto sociocultural, el fracaso o el acoso. En este orden de ideas, abogar por una didáctica crítica dentro de la práctica pedagógica es mantener la atención en el estudiante como un sujeto activo, es decir, un individuo que debe ser participe en todo momento de las formas de construir conocimiento en el aula. Claramente, abogar por una educación alejada de la deserción escolar, es propender por un sistema centrado en el estudiante, lo cual implica dejar atrás las formas tradicionalistas de educación, donde impera el carácter estático y pasivo del estudiante. De este modo, es importante pasar a enfoques mucho más humanistas de educación, donde se ponga en consideración tanto las voces como las vivencias y condiciones socioculturales de los educandos
