台湾流通企業における環境変化とその対応
No full text近年､流通企業における海外進出や参入という問題が注目されるようになって来た｡本論文は､日本の流通企業が多く進出している進出先国の現状とその対応を明らかにすることを試みる｡とくに､日系企業の進出が著しい台湾を対象国として考察していく｡その際に､｢標準化か現地対応化か｣という観点からこの問題を取り扱っていく｡結論としては､台湾は政府主導のもと標準化がすすみ､外資系資本が市場に参入しやすい政策を会計制度においても流通システムにおいても導入している｡また､消費者も外資系企業の提供する商品を好意的に受け入れ浸透していることが明らかになったIn recent years, entry and expansion of overseas distributors are problems that have attracted attention. This paper has attempted to clarify current conditions in regions where numerous Japanese distributors are branching out and the response to their expansion. This research targeted Taiwan, a region where expansion by Japanese-owned firms is particularly marked. To that end, this paper has dealt with the problem from the perspective of "standar dization strategy or adaptation strategy". In conclusions, standardization is proceeding under the direction of the government in Taiwan, and policies to allow foreign-owned capital ready entry into markets are being introduced in the form of both accounting and distribution systems. Moreover, this research clarified the favorable response of Taiwanese consumers to and spread of products offered by foreign-owned firms.departmental bulletin pape
沖縄県名護市屋我地島済井出海岸沖，ウフ島周辺の海底から得られた気体について
No full text沖縄県名護市屋我地済井出海岸沖のウフ島周辺で海底から気体が噴出しているとの情報を得て，その気体について調査を行った。採取調査および噴出量については2003年9月25日および9月30日の2回に分けて行った。噴出口の分布については2004年8月24日に調査した。採取した気体の成分分析を，メタン(CH_4), 窒素(N_2), 酸素(O_2), 二酸化炭素(CO_2), 硫化水素(H_2S), 一酸化炭素(CO)について行った。定量分析はガスクロマトグラフ(GC)法により行った。噴出口はウフ島の東から北側に集中しており，護岸から20m以内に分布していた。噴出口の数は合計49あり，1噴出口当たりの気体の平均量は，30.7ml/分であった。気体は可燃性であった。成分は容積％でそれぞれ，CH_4(58.8％), N_2(35.0％), 0_2(4.3％), CO_2(0.1％), H_2S(0.006％) CO(検出限界以下)であった。メタン発酵により地下で生成されたガスが石灰岩の隙間を通って海底から噴出したと考えられるが，生成過程については更なる調査が必要である。departmental bulletin pape
介入授業の可能性と課題について～詩「はじめて小鳥が飛んだとき」の指導を通して～
No full text介入者は，授業を俯瞰的に眺め，多くの場合的確なことばを投げかける。それによって，授業をコントロールすることが可能となる。しかし授業者がそうした介入を学びの過程にしっかりと位置づけないと，介入は有効に機能しない。授業研究として事中研究は有効であり，また児童の読みの深まりという点でも有効であるが，介入者と授業者の意志の疎通や力関係，といった明らかにしなければならない要素も存在する事が明らかになった。In many cases, those who intervene it put out an adequate instruction. It becomes possible to control the class. However, if those who teach it do not use it well, it is not useful. The communication of those who intervene it and class person's wills is important though the intervention class is effective. 経済政策と消費関数
No full text経済成長を構成する経済政策変数の中で,消費支出は重要な役割を演じている｡消費支出に関する分析は,短期消費関数と長期消費関数との整合性を図るためにいくつかの仮説によってなされた｡しかし,消費関数が経済政策の手段としてどのような意味内容をもっているかについてはあまり研究が進められていない｡本稿は,仮説的消費関数の実態経済への妥当性を見るのではなく,消費関数が政策へ応用された場合の経済へ与える影響を中心に論を進め,消費支出に代表される家計部門の行状の変化に,経済政策が対応していくための基礎分析を試みるものである｡Among the variables which construct the economic growth, consumption plays the main role. Since Kuznets estimation of the long-term rate of saving, reseachers have so far given many hypothetical consumption functions. Now, we must be notified that we tend to overlook the application of them to the economic policy. In this short paper, I do not discuss the consistency of the hypothetical consumption function with the real economy, but rather analyse them to challenge to using the change of expenditure behaviour in economic policy.departmental bulletin pape
A Study of New Graduate Nurses’ Thoughts on Everyday Ethics as Perceived through Practicing Elderly Care in a General Hospital
Get PDF目的：一般病院の新人看護師が高齢者ケアの実践を通して認識する日常倫理に対する思いを明らかにする．
方法： 県内の地域医療拠点病院７施設のうち研究協力が得られた２施設で高齢者ケア実践し，同意が得られた10名の新人看護師を対象に，半構成的面接を行い，質的記述的に分析を行った．
結果： 分析の結果， ［高齢者を尊重したケアをしているか戸惑う］，［立場の違いを超えて協力する難しさ］，［技術力と効率性を身につけることへのプレッシャー］，［患者の話を丁寧に聞きそれに応えるケアはお互いの活力になる］，［実践から生まれた葛藤は問題に気づき解決への方法を学ぶ機会］，［倫理的に気になる事柄を相談し検討することの難しさ］，の６コアカテゴリが生成された.
考察： 高齢者ケアの実践において，新人看護師が感じている葛藤について検討し，日常倫理について振り返り共有する場や雰囲気を作ることが看護倫理教育において重要であることが示唆された．Objective: This study reveals the thoughts about everyday ethics that new graduate nurses in a general hospital perceive through practicing care for the elderly.
Methods : Ten new graduate nurses who practiced elderly care at two of the seven regional medical base hospitals where research cooperation was obtained and whose consent was obtained were analyzed qualitatively descriptively through semi-constructed interviews.
R e s u l t s : As a result of the analysis, the following were found: ［Confusion as to whether the care is respectful to the elderly］， ［Difficulty in cooperating beyond differences in position］，［Pressure to acquire technical skills and efficiency］， ［Listening carafully and providing care in response will energize eche other］， ［Conflicts in practice are an opportunity to learn how to solve problems］， ［Difficulties in discussing and considering matters of ethical concern］，
Discussion: The study examined the conflicts felt by new graduate nurses in the practice of eldercare, and suggested that it is important in nursing ethics education to create a place and atmosphere for reflection and sharing about everyday ethics.departmental bulletin pape
Parallel Comparison: An Intuitive Form of Appreciating Art

Such a comparison provides intuitive associations that focus the perception and enrich the awareness of the viewer. In presenting this view, this paper compares some examples of works by contemporary artists with those of earlier schools of art. アラン人その文化の諸相
No full textアラン人は陽動作戦に長けた騎馬隊を組織して、4世紀～5世紀のローマ帝国ならびに13世紀～14世紀のモンゴル王朝治下の東アジアにおいて活躍した。しかるに、かつて彼らが東西両世界で果たした稀有な役割については、今日のヨーロッパに限らず東アジアにおいてもあまり知られていない。かかる現状を踏まえ、以下にアラン人とその文化に造詣を深める観点から、関係する先行論考を編訳して紹介する。The Alans, who were well known for their skilled horsemanship, appear in both the Roman history of the late 4th and early 5th centuries as well as in the history of the Mongolian empire in the 13th and 14th centuries. However neither Europeans nor Asians today are very much aware of the significant roles once played by the Alans on both sides of the world. Hopefully the partial translations of former articles on the Alans will help further the understanding of the Alans and their cultural identity in antiquity.departmental bulletin pape
