国際財務報告基準導入の課題 : 台湾公開企業へのアンケート調査を手がかりに
Get PDF本稿は,企業活動のグローバル化に伴い,各国及び地域において国際財務報告基準(IFRS)の導入が進められている状況を鑑み,日本に先行してアドプションによるIFRSの導入を決定した台湾を取り上げ,IFRS導入の課題について考察した。台湾公開企業へのアンケートにより明らかになったIFRS導入の主な課題は,IFRSを熟知した会計担当者の不足,IFRSの訓練教材及びカリキュラムの不足であった。日本においては,IFRS導入国及び地域の適用事例を参考することによって,IFRS導入に対する投資のベネフィットを高めることが可能となる。With the globalization of corporate activities, Taiwan has promoted the domestic introduction of lnternational Financial Reporting Standards. In this study, we discuss several issues concerning the IFRS implementation in Taiwan. The main challenges have been the lack accounting personnel who are familiar with the IFRS, together with the lack of training materials and a curriculum. インドネシア南スラウェシ州の学校保健の現状 : 保健室の整備状況と活用の実態
Get PDFインドネシア共和国は,国全体としての国民の生活と福祉の質の向上に努めているが,現在,特に西部と東部の地域間の開発格差が顕在化している。「後進地域」と指定される地域のうち62%が東部に位置し,貧困人口比率も東部(23%)は全体平均(16%)を大きく上回る。教育分野において,東部の中心地域である南スラウェシ州の前期中等教育の総就学率は76%と全国平均を下回り,家庭の困窮・地方政府が提供する行政サービスや地域住民のニーズの相違等が要因とされている。今回JICAの事業の一端として南スラウェシ州の学校保健の現状調査から,保健室の整備状況等と健康意識の向上に向けた学校保健の現状を調査した。南スラウェシ州3県(A, B, C)の中学校における保健室の設置状況は, A県13校のうち7校(53.8%),B県21校のうち3校(14.3%),C県26校のうち17校(65.4%)であった。また学校にベッドが概ね配置されている学校はA県, C県で1校のみであり, B県では配置されているが十分ではなかった。生徒に対する保健研修では,保健所スタッフによる研修や,インドネシア赤十字による救急法研修が実施されていた。インドネシア共和国の学校保健事業は, 2003年保健大臣令により地方自治体の最小限の基準サービスとなったが,実際の整備状況は各地域,学校によって大きな違いがあること,また各学校における保健研修は,地域の保健関係者と共同で実施されていることが明らかになった。This survey on the status of school health at South Sulawesi Province in Indonesia was conducted from 2007 to 2010. The survey consisted of the installation status of school infirmaries,the arrangement status of goods and medical products for school infirmaries, the availability of teachers who could be in charge of school health, the usage status of the school infirmaries, and the implementation status of health education at middle schools in three districts of South Sulawesi Province. The survey found that more than half of the concerned schools had no school infirmaries and had a shortage or lack of health-related goods. The school health project in Indonesia became the minimum, normative service to be provided by the local government on the order of the Minister of Health in 2003. However, the survey revealed that the actual status of school infirmary development and supply of health-related goods varied greatly depending upon provinces, districts, and schools. 「参画型看護教育」の成果と課題に関する研究 : 看護学科卒業生の就職施設の病棟管理者への質問紙調査を通して
Get PDF本研究の目的は,看護学科の教育理念である「参画型看護教育」成果と課題に関する基礎資料を得ることである。今回は，看護学科卒業生の就職先50施設の病棟管理者を対象に，卒業生の強みと看護実践における課題について，独自に作成した質問紙を用いて，無記名自己記入式質問紙調査を行った。その結果，看護実践能力に関連する看護学科卒業生の強みと課題に関する要素を抽出し，参画型看護教育の評価に関する有益な資料が得られたので報告する。The purpose of this study is to find basic data regarding the outcomes and issues of the "SANKAKU Nursing Education" which is the educational principle of the Nursing Department. We conducted a questionnaire survey for the ward administrators of thirty facilities where Meio University Nursing Department graduates (the inaugural and second generation classes) are employed. The survey adopted an anonymous self-entry style using a uniquely created questionnaire and asked about the strength of the graduates and the issues in their nursing practices. We extracted factors concerning the strengths of the graduates and the issues in their nursing practices related to nursing practice abilities and obtained meaningful materials regarding assessment of the "SANKAKU Nursing Education."application/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape
マッサージなど触れるケア技術における看護学生の学びについての文献検討
Get PDF本研究は，国内におけるマッサージなど対象者に直接触れるケアを実施した看護学生の学びについて文献検討を行い，精神科看護における看護技術教育を検討する。文献検索方法は，医学中央雑誌Web版Ver.5を用いた。2014年10月までに発表された文献から「マッサージ」・「教育」をキーワードとし，原著論文・会議録を除く看護文献・内容が確認できるよう抄録がある文献に絞り，51件の文献が検索された。51件の抄録を精読し，そのうち抄録の内容から，マッサージの実施者が看護学生以外である文献は除外し，看護学生を対象にマッサージなど触れるケアについて検討している文献に限定し，7件の文献を研究対象とした。その結巣，マッサージの演習を受けた学生は，「特別な技術がなくても気持ちがよいマッサージができる」「今までマッサージがここまで効果があると思わなかった」など，マッサージを実際に実施することでケアに対する自信を感じ，ケアを実施する動機づけになっていた。そして，実習の場面では，患者との距離が近く親しみを感じ，コミュニケーションの機会となっていた。今回の文献検討では，マッサージのケアを実際に学生自身が演習で体験し，演習で習得したケアを臨地実習で活用することで，学生は様々な体験を通し成長の機会に繋がっていた。近年の学生の特徴から，今後はケアリング力が高い学生を育てるためにも，看護ケアとして非言語的コミュニケーションの方法の一つとしてマッサージなどの触れるケアを看護教育の中に導入する意義は大きいと考えられる。application/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape
An English Translation of Xu Baoguang's Poems on the Eight Views of the Ryukyu Kingdom
Get PDFXu Baoguang (1671-1740), was one of the officials and scholars of the Imperial Academy (Han lin yuan) in the Chinese QING Dynasty. Because he was good at writing poetry and calligraphy, and also was a big man with a good-looking and elegant character, he was appointed as a vice diplomatic envoy to the Ryukyu Kingdom by Emperor Kangxi in 1718. Xu Baoguang stayed in Ryukyu for about nine months from June 1,1719 to February 26,1720. During this period, he wrote 196 poems on Ryukyu's natural scenery, Shuri Castle, the guest house for the diplomatic envoy, the temples, and so on, in the intervals of his official business. Since a lot of previous records and old buildings were destroyed by fire during a war, Xu's poems have become very important historical material for knowing the Ryukyu Kingdom. In this paper, I have chosen Xu's eight poems on Ryukyu's natural scenery, and have translated them into English for those people who cannot read Chinese and Japanese.application/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape
