近代沖縄における風俗改良運動と学事奨励に関する一考察 : 北谷間切を中心として
Get PDFThis study focuses on the review of discussions surrounding school enrollments under the Movement to Improve Social Customs, and the connection and relationship between the Educational Incentives Programs and the Movement itself. Under this Movement, children were enrolled in schools on a mandatory basis, if necessary, with the objective of improving the social customs of Okinawa. The reasons for this were because schools were considered to be key educational establishments that supported the assimilation of Okinawa to Japan, and the attempt to improve the customs of Okinawa was conducted through academic education provided at these schools. Thus, a cooperative relationship between schools and communities formed, as significant weight of importance was placed for the village as a whole to encourage enrollment into schools. The leading groups or organizations that actually led the Movement were the educational research association that was established within the village, or the youth group and the women's association of the community. Later, issues were raised surrounding the need for organizations relating to the enrollment of children into schools, and that led to the establishment of the Educational Incentives Program. The Programs were formed with the village residents as the main constituents, and functioned as the educational organization of the community, where children were encouraged to compete for high attendance rates and given awards for their achievements. The Movement to Improve Social Customs may have caused the gathering of momentum to focus the interests of the prefecture's citizens toward a modern educational system, but essentially, it was the Educational Incentives Program that encouraged school enrollments and supported the scholastic developments.application/pdfjournal articl
Depiction of Hunting Scenes in Persian Art
Get PDFThe paper investigates pictorial representations of hunting scenes in Persian art. Different eras are examined to compare and contrast the manner in which this theme is treated visually. Hunting scenes depicted in diverse art forms reveal the creative elements of design related to environmental landscapes. The study concludes that hunting scenes are depicted in distinctive visual genres, namely as leasure / recreational, sportsmanship / heroism, or ritual / ceremonial. The paper also illustrates through examples from ancient times to more recent times the linkage between rituals, recreation and sport during the hunt.本論文は、ペルシャ芸術における狩猟風景の絵画描写についての研究である。論考では様々な時代の狩猟描写を比較・対照することによって内容の吟味を行った。検証の結果、多様な表現の狩猟風景が周辺風景と関連しながらデザインを構成している事が明らかになった。娯楽や気晴らしの場面、スポーツマン精神や英雄主義の表出、さらに宗教的儀式や式典の様子など多様な場面で狩猟場面が活き活きと描写されている事が本研究で分析された。尚、本研究では、古代ペルシャ時代から近代における狩猟時の儀式と娯楽とスポーツの結合についても具体例を挙げて論述した。application/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape
高校生のセーリング競技への参加動機に関する研究 : セーリング経験年数とスポーツ経験による比較
Get PDF本研究はセーリング競技への参加動機を明らかにすること、特に参加動機の個人差をヨット経験年数とスポーツ経験によって比較することを目的とした。全国高等学校総合体育大会ヨット競技に出場した高校生にアンケート調査を実施し、235名が対象者となった。因子分析の結果、セーリング競技者の参加動機は「技能」「健康・自然」「承認親和」「悔しさ」「爽快解放」の5因子が抽出され、累積寄与率は54.21%であった。対象者全体では、「健康・自然」の得点が最も高く、「爽快解放」が最も低かった。対象者の傾向として自然や海というフィールドの中で技能を競い合うことを重視していると言える。経験年数による比較では3年以上経験している者においては3年末満の者に比べ、「技能」「承認親和」の得点が有意に高く、もっとうまくなりたいという気持ち、期待にこたえたい、認められたいという動機が強いことが示された。スポーツ経験との関係では、高校入学前よりヨット競技を行ってきた者(専属群と並行群)は「技能」の得点が高く、もっとうまくなりたいという動機が強い。さらにヨットと他の種目を並行して行ってきた者(並行群)は他の者よりもすべての因子において得点が高い。特に「技能」「承認親和」「悔しさ」については有意に高く、多様な動機を持ちセーリング競技を行っていることがわかった。The purpose of this study is to clarify the motivations of high school sailors to participate in sailing competitions, particularly focusing on the motivations of individual sailors based on the length of their experience in sailing and in sports generally.Data was obtained from 235 sailors who participated in the Japanese National High School Yacht Regatta in 2010. The major results of the research are as follows: 1)Factor analysis of motivations to participate in sailing competitions revealed five factors, namely "skill" " health and nature" , "recognition and affiliation" , "mortification" ,and "refreshment". Among these five, the influence of "health and nature" ranked the highest, and that of "refreshment" the lowest. 2) Concerning "skill" and "recognition and affiliation" , the sailors with 3 0r more years of experience showed a significantly higher score than those with less than 3 years. 3) The sailors were categorized into 4 groups according to their sporting experience. These were "non-participation , "sailing only" "transfer" (from another sport to sailing), and "sailing and other sports". The groups of "sailing only" and "sailing and other sports" showed a significantly higher score in "skill" than the other groups. The "sailing and other sports" group also showed a significantly higher score in, "recognition and affiliation"and "mortification" than did other groups.application/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape

The Japanese seem to be enjoying their lives at first glance with improvements in their economy compared to those who live in developing countries. However, the current social situation, characterized by the isolation of urban living, an emphasis on competition, a lack of shared vision, and the impersonal nature of modern life, prevent Japanese people from developing intimate human relationships and overcoming a series of social crises. There have been many sociological analyses concerning violence in Japanese society. However, there has been insufficient analysis of this field using conflict analysis and resolution theories. 文学と「母性」 : 高橋和巳『邪宗門』と遠藤周作『母なるもの』から
Get PDF本論は、一九六〇年代後半の文学作品に描かれた「母性」について考察するものである。高橋和巳の『邪宗門』と遠藤周作『母なるもの』を中心に据え、読み解いてゆく。高橋の『邪宗門』は全共闘世代のスターといわれた高橋が、「政治」の季節の終焉を描きつつ、「本物」が行う「真の信仰」という、普遍的な答えを提示していた。そして、その「真の信仰」の内実は、『邪宗門』の語り手の密着度や作品と同年に発表されたエッセイから、女性性、特に「母性」を指したものといえた。「母の子供に対する関係のあり方」を「宗教的感情」の根底に位置づけるものであったのである。同時期、ほぼ同じかたちの「母性」を描き、そこに普遍性を見出した作家が遠藤周作であった。『母なるもの』で提示された「母性」のイメージは「日本の宗教の本質的なものである、母への思慕」とされ、キリスト教の根幹にも通底するものとされた。そして、「日本論」の動きからすると、遠藤の作品を評した江藤淳の『成熟と喪失』を含め、「母性」をどのようにとらえ、提示するかが、この時代の大きな課題となっていたことがわかる。This paper considers the "Bosei (motherhood)" depicted in two novels of the 1960s: Jashu-mon by Kazumi Takahashi and Hahanarumono by Shusaku ENDO. Takahashi was the star of the Zenkyoto generation. In Jashu-mon, he depicts the end of the political season, but also meditates on a universal theme of "true faith." "True faith" for Takahashi means "Bosei (motherhood)" in particular. Takahashi saw "Bosei (motherhood)" as underlying "syukyotekikanjo (religious feeling)." At the same time, Shusaku Endo also attempts to depict "Bosei (motherhood)" in his novel Hahanarumono. Endo finds universality in ''Bosei (motherhood) ." Endo writes that "Bosei (motherhood)" underlies Japanese religion. He sees this feeling as a universal element found even in Christianity. Both works describe "Bosei (motherhood)" as the essence of Japanese religion. 経営系基礎演習のゼミ活動による地域貢献の可能性について
Get PDFこれは，名桜大学国際学群経営専攻で2年次対象に展開されている経営系基演習での，あるゼミ活動による地域貢献について，まとめられた事例報告である。当然のことであるが，学生は学生である前に地域で暮らす住民でもある。その住民の一人として地域で日々暮らす中で，その地域の包える問題について，住民とは別のアプローチである学生という立場で，何ができ，どう貢献できるのか，について正課内活動としてのゼミ活動を通して学んだことをまとめた。名桜大学が位置する名護市には55の地区が存在するが，中には急激に人口が増え続ける地域もあり，その一つである宇茂佐区が今回の舞台である。この報告を通して，人口増加による諸問題，特に公共施設（公園等）のゴミ問題についての解決となるよう，他の地域のモデルとなれれば幸いである。application/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape
