Considerations on Allowance Volume (AV) Adjustment Techniques in Autonomous Decentralized Database System
Get PDFThe Autonomous Decentralized Database System (ADDS) has been proposed to flexibly cope with company's requirements in the dynamically changing environments. In the ADDS, each node can hold the update allowances called AV for countable data items and it is possible to autonomously perform the update operations based on its decision without getting the permissions from other nodes. When the AV shortage happens at one node, it starts the AV adjustment among other nodes in the system and tries to keep balance of total AV amounts in the system. Two types of AV adjustment techniques are considered, that is, Point to Point (P2P) method and mobile agent (MA) method. No discussion has been deployed regarding which method is adequate in what parameters, such as network capacity, node changing frequency in the system, total AV amounts, etc. This paper discusses the adaptability of the both adjustment methods using the developed simulators.15KJ00004516008論文Articledepartmental bulletin pape

A View on Grief Care Studies and Practice
Get PDF悲しみとグリーフケアについては現在の日本ではまだ、議論しにくい分野である。そこでまずグリーフ研究の動向の実際を確認した。国外では既にピーク時を過ぎ現在は横ばい状態にあるが、国内の場合は増加傾向にある。次にケアの方法論的課題についての留意点をあげ、研究者に求められる視点について言及した。次に今後の展望として、ケアニーズと提供者についてふれた。ケアは情報的、道具的、情緒的そして治療的介入に分類できるが、医療者による提供は、主に情緒的と情報的サポートとなる。共感を持って接することと、緊急度合を見分ける知識と他機間の紹介が主となる。またケアの実際の基本では感情の表出を促し、悲嘆に寄り添って行くことである。最後に病的悲嘆についてのべた。病的悲嘆とは基本的には、程度の強さと期間の長さの異常により社会・生活機能の障害が認められた場合とされる。本来、悲嘆とは正常悲嘆であるが、対人相互の関係と高度な記憶認知の機能が関与し、さらに精神身体機能や社会システムによる影響が付加し、病的な状態に発展する。よって、抱括的に把握して対処して行くことが治療の基本となる。The number of grief care studies has been increasing in Japan in contrast to other countries, but it is not sufficient enough to discuss the issue yet. In this paper, we point out problems in methodology and refer to the necessary attitude in grief care research. Grief care may be classified into four types, which are informational, instrumental, emotional and therapeutic care. The most important thing in grief care is to get the patient to express the sorrowful and complicated emotion to the point of "katharsis" and to identify ourselves with the bereaved person. They expect some knowledge to distinguish normal grief from abnomal grief of medical person. Though grief is a natural reaction to bereavement, but pathological grief is abnormal in the length of time and the level of seriousness.
