The Impact of Service Quality and Merchandise Quality in the Formation of Brand Trust and Behavioral Intention in the Context of Fashion Boutique Houses
This study investigates how consumers’ perception of service quality (SQP) and merchandise quality (MQP) influence brand trust (BT) and, in turn, behavioral intention (BI) within Bangladesh’s boutique fashion sector particularly focusing on Aarong, Yellow, Anjan’s, and Sailor. The research framework draws on the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) model and Signaling Theory. These relationships were empirically examined through a quantitative approach employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected from 324 participants through a structured online questionnaire distributed via Survey Monkey. The analysis revealed that both service and merchandise quality significantly and positively influence brand trust and behavioral intention. Furthermore, higher trust levels enhance consumers’ willingness to repurchase, revisit, and engage in positive word-of-mouth communication. The model has a high level of explanatory power, and the level of R² stands at 0.693 in the case of Behavioral Intention and 0.438 in the case of Brand Trust, which satisfies the strength of the theoretical framework. The findings underscore customer confidence and loyalty to the brand in the case of increasing the tangible and intangible dimensions of service. Future studies might be able to apply this model to other cultural or geographic settings, as well as compare online and offline experiences with boutiques or other mediating (such as customer satisfaction or perceived value) variables for better understand the behavioral processes and formation of trust in the changing retail setting

In the case of Environmental Impact Analysis, we have analyzed the environmental impact of electric vehicles, including reduced air and noise pollution and reduced dependence on fuel.
This report shows that, in life-cycle costing, the overall cost of Green Tiger's electric two-wheeler is lower than that of petrol bikes, including purchase price and maintenance costs. In terms of environmental performance, electric bikes emit zero carbon emissions compared to petrol bikes and significantly reduce noise pollution.
The government needs further to reduce the registration fee for Green Tiger Electric Vehicles, install charging stations in various locations, and provide subsidies for electric vehicles to encourage more people to use them and further reduce harmful environmental impacts
The Adoption of ChatGPT in Bangladesh in the Lens of UTAUT2
The use of AI tools like ChatGPT is growing quickly around the world, including in Bangladesh. This study explores what factors influence people in Bangladesh to accept and use ChatGPT. To understand this, the research uses the UTAUT2 model, which includes important factors such as Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Conditions (FC), Hedonic Motivation (HM), Price Value (PV), Personal Innovativeness (PI), Habit (HT), and how they impact Behavioral Intention (BI) and Actual Usage (AU).
Data was collected from 342 people who have experience using ChatGPT. The responses were analyzed using a method called Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that all the factors had a positive and significant effect on users' intention to use ChatGPT. Also, Habit and Behavioral Intention had a strong and direct impact on the actual use of the tool. The R² values show that the model explains 53.7% of behavioral intention and 64.8% of actual use, which is considered strong.
This research gives useful insights for teachers, developers, and policymakers to understand what encourages people to use ChatGPT. It shows that people are more likely to use ChatGPT if they believe it is helpful, easy to use, enjoyable, and valuable. The study also suggests that people who are curious about new technology or use ChatGPT regularly are more likely to keep using it.
Overall, this study helps explain how and why people in Bangladesh are adopting ChatGPT. It also opens the door for future research to explore more factors like trust, privacy, and personal concerns in the use of AI tools

Internship Report on Supply Chain Practices at HearLife & Hearing Aid Center
The object of this report is to analyze the Hear Life and Hearing Aid Center’s supply chain management activities and find out its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. I worked for ten weeks during this time, collecting data and discussing it with staff and the CEO of Hear Life to develop this report.
This report carries various information about supply chain activities, services, products, and accessories of Hear Life. This report includes information about the hearing aid industry in Bangladesh and the hearing aid market there. The data will help to understand the overall hearing sector positions in Bangladesh, the activities of hearing aid service providers, the services for patients, and the hearing aid devices to cover hearing loss.
The study’s main focus is to learn more about the supply chain management’s regular operations of the hearing aid organization, Hear Life & Hearing Aid Center. The study focuses on how the organization handles its sourcing, procurement, import, storage, inventory, and distribution. How they deliver their hearing aid devices to their nationwide dealers. My ten-week internship period is limited, as the scope of data collection and analysis without confidentiality issues also prevents sensitive data from being widely used.
While Hear Life has established itself as a reliable brand with its global warranty, unique extended warranty options, and free after-sales services, it faces operational challenges due to the absence of automated inventory systems, limited warehouse space, and dependency on third-party logistics. The report highlights how these challenges can impact dealer coordination and customer experience.
Hear Life needs to invest in digital marketing strategies to increase its visibility and clientele, develop a dealer monitoring system, and deploy automation tools to enhance its supply chain. By implementing these adjustments, Hear Life can maintain its high level of efficiency, build consumer confidence, and become a significant player in Bangladesh's growing market for hearing aids

Enhancing Business Assurance through Efficient Supply Chain Management at INTERTEK
This report presents the major findings and conclusions of the study I conducted during my 6-month internship at Intertek Bangladesh. The internship began on 22nd December, 2024. As a Supply Chain Management student, I worked in the Supply Chain and Sales-Operations department at the company's head office in Dhaka. I sought to explore the intrinsic value of successful supply chain management in fostering consumer confidence in Bangladesh's export-driven economy. Intertek Bangladesh was established in 2000, and it is a major player in the Bangladesh quality assurance landscape. The company's structure, aligned with global quality, safety, and sustainability measures, is specialized, especially in the textile and Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industries. They can achieve this through their ATIC system, which stands for assurance, testing, inspection, and certification.
During my internship, I worked across major supply chain functions. I used digital applications, the Global Supply Chain Compliance (GSCC) platform, and Salesforce Lightning, and organized data audits and vendor relationships. I also managed inventory. These instruments were essential for ensuring the smooth execution of audit duties and compliance with the rules. They also provided the customers with a fair picture of their supply networks. This exercise made me understand the prevailing environment of supply chain management within a global corporate environment. Formal communication, time management, and collaboration are just a few of the professional skills I honed. Nonetheless, it must have strategic areas of focus, and this is what I understood during the internship. The company needs to expand its sustainability audit services and hire more programmers to improve employee welfare and reduce workload.
Generally, the internship was meaningful. It provided a clear idea of how an excellent supply chain and quality assurance strategies can be used to expand the company's international business. Intertek has remained fast, accurate, and reliable among players in Bangladesh's industrial development. The company has helped target achieving international quality and product integrity in the country
