No full textโครงการศึกษาวิจัย คุณค่าของสถาปัตยกรรมบ้านไทเลยโบราณ บ้านนาอ้อ ตำบลนาอ้อ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย ดำเนินการโดย เครือข่ายประชาสังคมจังหวัดเลย สำนักข่าวเด็กและเยาวชนจังหวัดเลย สำนักงานวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเลย สภาวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดเลย ศูนย์วัฒนธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎเลย ศูนย์ประสานงานการท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดเลย ศูนย์การศึกษานอกโรงเรียนจังหวัดเลย และได้รับงบประมาณสนับสนุนจากสถาบันพิพิธภัณฑ์การเรียนรู้แห่งชาติ (สพร.) โดยมีระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน 6 เดือน การจัดทำรายงานการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาสถานการณ์และแนวโน้มที่เปลี่ยนไปของสถาปัตยกรรมบ้านไทเลยโบราณ บ้านนาอ้อ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทาง ทิศทางการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลรักษาสถาปัตยกรรมบ้านไทเลยโบราณ การดำเนินการวิจัยภายใต้ฐานคิดเรื่อง การเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน (Social Learning) และสร้างภาวะของกลุ่มคนที่หลากหลาย (Civic group) ในพื้นที่เข้ามาร่วมในการกำหนดนโยบายและกิจกรรมที่ใช้แหล่งข้อมูลที่หลากหลาย รวมทั้งแหล่งข้อมูลที่เป็นบุคคล ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า การให้คุณค่าต่อสถาปัตยกรรมบ้านไทเลยโบราณ บ้านนาอ้อ ส่วนมากจะเป็นเจ้าของบ้านที่มีอายุมากกว่า 60 ปีขึ้นไป และสถาปัตยกรรมบ้านไทเลยโบราณกำลังจะหมดไปพร้อมกับอายุที่มากขึ้น ส่วนชาวบ้านทั่วไปร้อยละ 60 ยังไม่เห็นความสำคัญของบ้านไทเลยโบราณต่อชุมชนนาอ้อ ฉะนั้น การดำเนินโครงการเรื่อง คุณค่าของสถาปัตยกรรมบ้ายไทเลยโบราณ จำเป็นจะต้องมีกลไกที่จะขับเคลื่อนให้ความรู้เรื่องสถาปัตยกรรมบ้านไทเลยโบราณอย่างต่อเนื่อง จากผลการจัดเวทีวิชาการในชุมชน ทำให้ผู้เข้าร่วมเวทีทราบถึงแนวโน้มเรื่อง การอนุรักษ์ พัฒนา และสืบสาน เกิดขึ้นกับหลายๆ คนในชุมชน แต่ยังไม่มีความมั่นใจในทิศทางที่จะเกิดขึ้น และเจ้าของบ้านไม่อาจจะรับมือกับแระแสการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคมโดยลำพังได้
โครงการศึกษาวิจัย คุณค่าของสถาปัตยกรรมไทยบ้านไทเลยโบราณ บ้านนาอ้อ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย ควรถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบร่วมที่จะช่วยผลักดันให้สถาปัตยกรรมอันทรงคุณค่าไว้ให้ลูกหลายในอนาค

No full textการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารวบรวมข้อมูลและสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้จากพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นและแหล่งเรียนรู้ใกล้เคียง กรณีศึกษาพิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าทอไทครั่งบ้านเนินขามให้เป็นระบบโดยศึกษาเกี่ยวกับประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นของชุมชนไทครั่งบ้านเนินขาม, ประเภทของผ้าทอ, ลักษณะ และประโยชน์ใช้สอย, วัตถุดิบที่ใช้, ลวดลาย และเทคนิคการทอ อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการเรียนรู้ การศึกษา และการอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาด้านการทอผ้า และประเพณีวัฒนธรรมของกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ไทครั่ง
คณะผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาและเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์, การบันทึกเสียง, การถ่ายภาพ และการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากหนังสือและเอกสารต่าง ๆ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าพิพิธภัณฑ์ผ้าทอไทครั่งบ้านเนินขาม เป็นงานของเอกชนที่ไม่ได้สังกัดองค์กรใด ๆ และไม่ได้รับทุนอุดหนุนจากหน่วยงานใด ๆ ของรัฐ แต่จัดตั้งขึ้นด้วยความรักและความผูกพันในภูมิปัญญาของบรรพบุรุษชาวไทครั่ง เพื่อเป็นการเผยแพร่แบ่งปันความรู้เรื่องราวทางวัฒนธรรมให้กับสังคม รูปแบบของการทอผ้าของชาวไทยครั่งได้มีการพัฒนาและการเปลี่ยนแปลงมาใช้วัสดุสมัยใหม่ เช่น การประยุกต์อุปกรณ์อิเลคโทรนิคส์มาใช้กับเครืองมือทอผ้า และการใช้เส้นใยวิทยาศาสตร์ทอแทนเส้นใยธรรมชาติ (ฝ้าย,ไหม) การใช้สีเคมีแทนการใช้สีธรรมชาติ และภูมิปัญญาการทอลวดลายบนผืนผ้าที่โดดเด่นและสวยงานแบบดั้งเดิมของชาวไทครั่งกำลังจะสูญสิ้นไปกับช่างทอผ้ารุ่นเก่า เนื่องจากขาดผู้สืบทอด การจัดตั้งพิพิธภัณฑ์เป็นการเก็บรักษาผลงานที่เป็นภูมิปัญญาของบรรพบุรุษ แต่เหนือสิ่งอื่นใดการเก็บรักษาทักษะการทอผ้าแบบดั้งเดิมจะเป็นการสืบทอดภูมิปัญญาให้คงอยู่ต่อไป
คณะผู้วิจัยจึงมีความเห็นว่าควรมีการกระตุ้นให้หน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเร่งดำเนินการเพื่อการอนุรักษ์ และสืบทอดภูมิปัญญาการทอผ้าของชาวไทครั่งซึ่งเป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของชาติพันธุ์สืบไป เนื่องจากสิ่งทอในวัฒนธรรมไทครั่งนั้นคงมิใช่เป็นแต่เพียงมรดกของชาวไทครั่งเท่านั้น แต่ยังคงเป็นสมบัติและมรดกของชาติ และเป็นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของโลกที่ทุกคนควรหวงแหน
The propose of this study is to ascertain and synthesize knowledge and know-how of fabric weaving heritage collected from local museums and related knowledge-based resources, Tai-Khrang Textile museum of Baan Neon Kham is used to be a case study. The study approaches deals with local history of Tai-Khrang community of Baan Neon Kham as well as categories, characteristics and utilities of their woven fabric, of which raw materials, designs and weaving techniques are major factors. It also aims to bring out their arts, culture and tradition to the learning process and to support the preservation of folk wisdom of fabric weaving skill of Tai-Khrang tribes.
The researcher used various types of method to obtain data such as interview, sound and photo record and documentary study.
From the study, the researchers find that the Tai-Khrang Textile museum of Baan Neon Kham has been established by private sector, inspired by love and interest in folk wisdom of Tai-Khrang's ancestors without any financial support from government sector, in order to maintain and disseminate knowledge and know-how of local intellect to the public. Since modernization era Tai-Khrang's fabric weaving process and its symbolic designs have been changed and influenced by new technologies. The disappearance of manual weaving machine, natural fibers and natural color are replaced by the introduction of electronic fabric weaving machine, synthetic fibers and chemical color. This valuable intellect of Tai-Khrang's ancestors have continuously disappeared without intellectual transfer from generation to generation. The establishment of Tai0Khrang Textile museum aims to preserve masterpieces, arts, culture and tradition inherited from the ancestors. Most of all the preservation of fabric weaving skill of Tai-Khrang tribes is one way to keep folk wisdom in existence.
For the recommendations, the researchers believe that Thai people should be encouraged in realizing the value and heritage of folk wisdom of Tai-Khrang tribes, supporting the cultural and traditional preservation, making the concrete planning in terms of national cultures and providing the sufficient budget in response to the plan. วิธีการศึกษาผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนบ้านไหล่หิน วัดไหล่หิน ตำบลไหล่หิน อำเภอเกาะคา จังหวัดลำปาง โดยศึกษาและสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลในต้าน่าง ๆ แยกเป็นส่วน ๆ ดังนี้
1. ศึกษาและสังเคราะห์เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านกายภาพของชุมชน ประกอบด้วยแผนที่ การติดต่อของชุมชนในอดีตและปัจจุบัน
2. ศึกษาและสังเคราะห์เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านวิธีชีวิตของผู้คนในไหล่หินทั้งในอดีตและปัจจุบัน ประกอบด้วย รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต อาหารการกิน ความเป็นอยู่ ภาษาถิ่น การประกอบอาชีพในอดีตและปัจจุบัน
3. ศึกษาและสังเคราะห์เก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลด้านข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นจากเอกสาร คำบอกเล่า บันทึกหลักฐาน ตำนานต่าง ๆ ที่มีอยู่
4. ศึกษาและสังเคราะห์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะของไหล่หิน ภูมิปัญญา ด้านศาสนา ความเชื่อ พิธีกรรม ประเพณีวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนถึงประวัติครูภูมิปัญญาผู้รู้ในท้องถิ่น
4. ศึกษาและสังเคราะห์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านพิพิธภัณฑ์ของชุนชนในด้านความเป็นมาและแรงบันดาลใจในการเกิดพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น ข้อมูลวัตถุโบราณชิ้นสำคัญ รูปแบบการจัดแสดงตลอดถึงกระบวนการเรียนรู้ในชุมชนไหล่หิน
ผู้วิจัยเห็นว่าท้องถิ่นไหล่หิน ประกอบด้วยหมู่บ้าน วัด และโรงเรียน(บวร)เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนกระบวนการพัฒนาพิพิธภัณฑ์ในท้องถิ่นในการตระหนักถึงชุดความรู้ที่มีอยู่ของท้องถิ่น เป็นพื้นฐานของการพัฒนาองค์วามรู้ที่มีอยู่ในเป็นแหล่งศึกษา ค้นคว้า สืบทอดจากรุ่นปัจจุบันสู่รุ่นอนาคตได้เป็นอย่างดี ชุมชนมีความพร้อมในการขับเคลื่อนองค์ความรู้ที่มีอยู่ สามารถถ่ายทอดออกมาเป็นนิทรรศการ การจัดแสดงในพิพิธภัณฑ์ การจัดการด้านเอกสาร งานทะเบียนกับวัตถุโบราณที่มีอยู่อย่างมีระบบ จนก่อให้เกิดพิพิธภัณฑ์อันเป็นศูนย์รวมข้อมูลในด้านต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการจัดการองค์ควมรู้ที่มีอยู่ในคงอยู่ตามแบบแผนวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิมที่เคยปฏิบัติThe purposes of this research are to promote the study and data collecting of the knowledge body of Wat Laihin Luang Museum. To develop the ancient object registration system to meet the international standard system. To encourage the local researchers to organize the local knowledge body by themselves. To develop the local museum to be the conservative resource for lifelong and sustainable learning int eh local community and outside. And to spread the knowledge body of the local museum of Wat Laihin Luang into outside society.
This study utilized the local participation of Laihin community at Laihin Village, Laihin Sub-district, Ko kha District, Lampang Province, by studying and data synthesis in some ways as follows:
1. Stud, synthesis and data collecting about physical community aspects in the past and the present
2. Study, synthesis and data collecting about the way of life of Laihin community which consists of the life-style, residence, dialect and working life in the past and present.
3. Study, synthesis and data collecting about the local history from documents, folklores, chronicle and local legends.
4. Study, synthesis and data collecting of the unique local culture, local wisdom, religion, customs, traditions including biographies of the local wise-men
5. Study, synthesis and information collecting about the community museum which is original and emotional participation to build this local museum. The data of master pieces displayed in the style through the learning process of Laihin community.
The researcher's opinion about the Laihin community consisting of Village, Temple and School (VTS) is the very important mechanism to run the developing process of local museum. And to realize in developing the local knowledge to be learning and researching resource to inherit from the present generations to the future generations. No full textการทำวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นโครงการวิจัยพัฒนาองคืความรู้ในพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะพื้นบ้าน โรงเรียนสองพิทยาคม อำเภอสอง จังหวัดแพร่ การดำเนินงานจำแนกออกเป็น 2 ตอน ตอนแรก เป็นการจัดการกับระบบการจัดเก็บ การลงทะเบียนวัตถุในพิพิธภัณฑ์ จัดองค์ความรู้ต่าง ๆ ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากหลายฝ่าย ทั้งคณะครู นักเรียนและชุมชน เพื่อทบทวนข้อมูล รวมทังศึกษาจากเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ผู้รู้ในชุมชน จนได้บทสรุปออกมาเป็นอค์ความรู้โดยการมีส่วนร่วม ตอนที่ 2 เป็นการศึกษารวบรวมข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ของชุมชนในอำเภอสอง มีการวิเคราะห์ การตีความ การตรวจสอบองค์ความรู้ การประชุม การสนทนากลุ่มย่อย การใช้แบบสอบถาม หรือสัมภาษณ์จากผู้รู้
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ความรู้ในพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะพื้นบ้านโรงเรียนสองพิทยาคม เป็นเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับวิถีชีวิตของชุมชน ทั้งในอดีตและปัจจุบัน ทำให้ทราบถึงการดำเนินชีวิต ภูมิปัญญาของชุมชน ทำให้ชุมชนอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสงบสุข รวมถึงวัฒนธรรมประเพณี การกินอยู่อันมีเอกลักษณ์ของชาวอำเภอสองบทคัดย่อ--กิตติกรรมประกาศ--คำนำ--สารบัญ--สารบัญภาพ--บทที่ 1 สภาพภูมิศาสตร์และสังคม--บทที่ 2 ศาสนา วัฒนธรรม ประเพณี ความเชื่อ และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น--บทที่ 3 ข้อมูลพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะพื้นบ้านโรงเรียนสองพิทยาคม--บทที่ 4 สรุปและข้อเสนอแน
