    ANAK BUKAN ROBOT: PERSPEKTIF GURU PAUD TENTANG TEKANAN AKADEMIK DI USIA DINI

    This research aims to investigate the views of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers on the academic pressure experienced by children at a young age. This research is based on the phenomenon of increasing academic pressure on young children, which has the potential to overlook their holistic developmental needs. This research is a qualitative study that uses a phenomenological approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with ten early childhood education teachers from various institutions in Jember Regency, who were deliberately selected. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and central themes that emerged from the informants' narratives. Research shows that many teachers feel pressured to meet academic targets set by the curriculum or parental expectations, even though they realize that young children need meaningful play stimulation more than academic demands. Teachers also expressed a conflict between the idealism of early childhood education and the reality of institutional or societal demands. This study suggests the importance of formulating early childhood education policies that focus on children's developmental needs and continuous training for teachers to strengthen their role as protectors of children's rights in education. This study is expected to contribute to strengthening the paradigm of early childhood education that is humanistic and holistic in nature

    Pemberdayaan Literasi dan Numerasi pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Dasar di MI 1 Jombang

    Kemampuan literasi dan numerasi merupakan fondasi penting dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama pada mata pelajaran matematika dasar di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Namun, hasil Asesmen Nasional tahun 2022 menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa MI masih berada dalam kategori “perlu intervensi khusus” dalam aspek literasi dan numerasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa kelas IV MI 1 Jombang melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Kegiatan dilakukan dalam tiga siklus yang mencakup perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi secara kolaboratif antara tim pengabdi dan guru. Siklus pertama menekankan pada penggunaan media visual dan soal kontekstual untuk menarik minat siswa. Siklus kedua memperkuat kolaborasi siswa melalui diskusi kelompok, sedangkan siklus ketiga mengintegrasikan permainan edukatif “Matematika Keliling” untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa secara menyenangkan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: dari 28% siswa yang mampu menjawab soal dengan benar di awal, meningkat menjadi 84% pada akhir siklus ketiga. Selain peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, kegiatan ini juga mendorong transformasi positif dalam peran guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran yang reflektif dan kreatif. Dengan demikian, pendekatan PAR terbukti efektif dalam memberdayakan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa serta meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika dasar secara berkelanjutan

    Implementasi Kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak sebagai Pencegahan Bullying di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pendidikan dan strategi pencegahan perundungan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Dairi yang dikenal sebagai sekolah bebas perundungan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, dan siswa sebagai sampel melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pencegahan perundungan tidak muncul secara kebetulan, melainkan merupakan hasil integrasi nilai-nilai agama, keteladanan guru, pembiasaan karakter, keterlibatan orang tua, dan tata kelola madrasah yang efektif. Program-program seperti kegiatan rohani sehari-hari, pendekatan Keadilan Restoratif, Sahabat Tanpa Batas, dan komunikasi intensif antar elemen sekolah telah terbukti mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan suportif. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan terkait aspek perundungan siber yang belum tereksplorasi dan keterbatasan konselor profesional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran dan melibatkan lebih banyak madrasah untuk memperluas generalisasi temuan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa budaya sekolah yang religius, humanis, dan kolaboratif merupakan landasan penting dalam pencegahan perundungan di madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebijakan pendidikan dan strategi pencegahan bullying di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Dairi yang dikenal sebagai sekolah bebas perundungan.     Analisis Kritis Atas Pengakuan Pendapatan dalam PSAK Syariah: Studi Literatur Perdebatan Fikih dan Praktik Akuntansi

    Penelitian ini melakukan analisis kritis terhadap pengakuan pendapatan dalam Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) Syariah di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada studi literatur yang membahas perdebatan fikih Islam dan praktik akuntansi kontemporer. Latar belakang masalah muncul dari ketegangan antara prinsip fikih tradisional seperti qabd (penguasaan aktual), penghindaran gharar (ketidakpastian), dan riba (bunga) dengan pendekatan accrual basis dalam PSAK 59 dan 101, yang mengadopsi elemen IFRS 15. Metode penelitian berupa tinjauan literatur mendalam terhadap beberapa sumber, termasuk fatwa DSN-MUI, jurnal seperti Jurnal Akuntansi dan Keuangan Islam, dan karya fikih klasik serta kontemporer Temuan utama mengungkap inkonsistensi signifikan: perdebatan fikih menunjukkan pendapat mayoritas (Syafi'i dan Hanbali) menuntut pengakuan berdasarkan transfer risiko nyata, sementara praktik empiris di lembaga keuangan syariah (LKS) sering hybrid, menyebabkan overstatement laba pada akad murabahah dan ijarah (data OJK 2022: 25% kasus inkonsistensi). Kritik kritis menyoroti kelemahan PSAK Syariah dalam harmonisasi substansi fikih dan bentuk akuntansi, berpotensi "syariah washing" dan menghambat pertumbuhan aset LKS (15% tahunan). Kesimpulan menekankan urgensi reformasi PSAK melalui kolaborasi DSN-MUI, OJK, dan AAOIFI, termasuk integrasi verifikasi digital untuk maqasid syariah (keadilan dan transparansi). Rekomendasi mencakup penelitian empiris lanjutan untuk menjembatani gap teori-praktik, memastikan pengakuan pendapatan syariah mendukung ekonomi Islam inklusif

    In making a decision, the Religious Court Judge should have certain considerations in deciding the hadhanah case accompanied by dwangsom. The cumulative hadhanah divorce suit accompanied by the dwangsom determination has been granted by the panel of judges in case Number 792/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Kla. This type of research is library research, namely legal research conducted by means of literature study. By using primary legal materials in the form of Decision on Case Number: 792/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Kla, secondary legal materials in the form of documents related to the research, and tertiary legal materials as a complement. Data management techniques through several stages, namely data examination (editing), data marking (coding), data reconstruction (reconstructing), and data systematization (systematizing). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Decision Number: 792 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PA.Kla concerning Dwangsom in Divorce Cases of Hadhanah Compulsion Lawsuits shows that there will be a Contribution of Dwangsom as a manifestation of the values ​​of welfare and justice in the Renewal of Islamic Family Law in Indonesia. Because in cases of child custody, children as objects of lawsuits cannot be executed on the grounds that the child's position is different from property or objects. Thus, the hadhonah lawsuit accompanied by dwangsom in Decision Number: 792 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PA.Kla is an effort to prevent harm and injustice to the defendant not to hand over the child. &nbsp

    BIMBINGAN LITERASI KEUANGAN SEJAK DINI SEBAGAI UPAYA MEMBANGUN BUDAYA MENABUNG PADA SISWA DI DESA BULU SUGIHWARAS BOJONEGORO

    This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of early financial literacy guidance activities in fostering a saving culture among elementary school students in Bulu Village, Sugihwaras, Bojonegoro. Using a descriptive-quantitative approach, the study measures changes in students’ knowledge, attitudes, and saving behavior after participating in the program. Data were collected through observation, pretest–posttest questionnaires, and teacher and parent assessments using a Likert scale. The results show a significant increase in students’ knowledge and attitudes toward financial literacy, with the average pretest score rising from 62.8 to 83.5 in the posttest (p-value = 0.001 < 0.05). This indicates that the guidance activities positively influenced students’ understanding and attitudes in managing their pocket money. In terms of saving behavior, 78.3% of students began saving regularly with an average weekly balance of IDR 12,000. This behavioral change is also reflected in the increased frequency of saving, consistency in maintaining savings, and the ability to set simple financial goals. In addition to the impact on students, the program also received positive responses from teachers and parents. The average teacher satisfaction score reached 4.47, while parental support scored 4.04. The highest-rated aspects among teachers were the material (4.83) and the program’s results (4.76), while parents gave the highest score to the results (4.59). These findings indicate that the financial literacy guidance was perceived as relevant, engaging, and impactful in changing students’ behavior. The implications of this study show that early financial literacy education not only enhances knowledge but also fosters responsible financial character through sustainable saving habits. The program’s success was supported by collaboration among schools, teachers, and parents, contributing to the strengthening of economic character education in elementary schools. Evaluation through weekly savings monitoring, pretest–posttest comparisons, and reflections from teachers and parents showed that the program effectively instilled values of discipline, responsibility, and financial awareness in children. Thus, the activity successfully established a sustainable saving culture as the foundation for healthy economic behavior among the younger generation

    Nilai-Nilai Toleransi dalam Film My Name is Khan Perspektif Pendidikan Multikultural

    The film My Name is Khan (2010) presents a powerful narrative about a Muslim man's struggle against discrimination in post-9/11 America. This study aims to explore the values of tolerance and peace embedded in the film and their relevance to the context of multicultural education. Using a qualitative content analysis method and a hermeneutic approach, this research identifies several core values such as respect for diversity, rejection of violence, interfaith empathy, and a commitment to truth and justice. These values are strongly embodied in the character of Rizwan Khan, an autistic Muslim who conveys a message of peace and compassion to all of humanity. The findings reveal that My Name is Khan can serve as an effective educational medium to reinforce character building, tolerance, and multiculturalism among students. The study suggests that educators can utilize films as a tool to instill humanistic values in the learning process

    Character Education: Cultivating Students' Religious Character Based on Madrasah Culture

    Character cultivation is a critical component of educational systems worldwide. Character education needs to be instilled through curriculum frameworks that align with national educational goals by developing cultural values and national character. This research aims to describe and analyze the cultivation of students' religious character, identify supporting factors, and examine inhibiting factors in the cultivation of students' religious character through madrasah culture at an Islamic elementary school in Lamongan, East Java. This qualitative research collected data through observation, documentation, and interviews. The analysis employed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. The research findings reveal that the cultivation of religious character in students based on madrasah culture is implemented through planning aspects, implementation (physical artifact layer, non-physical artifact layer or behavior, and verbal artifact layer or values and beliefs), and evaluation. Supporting factors in instilling religious character in students based on madrasah culture include supportive facilities and cooperation from the school community. The inhibiting factors in cultivating religious character in students based on madrasah culture are students' different family backgrounds and lack of parental supportPenanaman karakter merupakan bagian penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Pendidikan karakter perlu ditanamkan melalui kurikulum merdeka yang dapat ditanamkan sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional dengan mengembangkan nilai-nilai budaya dan karakter bangsa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penanaman karakter religius siswa, faktor pendukung, dan faktor penghambat dalam penanaman karakter religius siswa melalui budaya madrasah di MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan Lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang datanya dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisisnya menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, sajian data, dan verifikasi dan atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penanaman karakter religius siswa berbasis budaya madrasah dilakukan berdasarkan aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan (lapisan artefak fisik, lapisan artefak non-fisik atau perilaku, serta lapisan artefak verbal atau nilai dan keyakinan), dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung dalam penanaman karakter religius siswa berbasis budaya madrasah ini adalah fasilitas yang mendukung dan adanya kerjasama warga sekolah.     In recent years, global educational discourse has shifted towards competency-based curriculum (CBC) models, advocating for learner-centred, skills-driven instruction that prepares students for 21st-century realities. Nigeria, responding to this momentum, initiated a reform of its basic education curriculum between 2015 and 2024. However, despite widespread policy revisions, questions remain about how deeply these reforms have penetrated elementary school practices. This research was conducted to critically assess the extent to which CBC principles have been implemented in Nigerian primary schools and to examine the systemic factors that influence or inhibit their success. To achieve this, the research employed a qualitative secondary data analysis approach, drawing from national curriculum documents, official policy briefs, education sector reports, statistical bulletins, and peer-reviewed studies spanning nearly a decade. Thematic content analysis was used to identify patterns in curriculum alignment, pedagogical practice, teacher preparedness, and assessment outcomes. The findings revealed a significant gap between policy aspirations and classroom realities. While CBC-aligned documents articulate clear goals such as critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving, practical implementation has been marred by limited teacher training, infrastructural inadequacies, and continued reliance on rote-based assessments. Teachers often demonstrate surface-level compliance with CBC strategies without meaningful instructional transformation. The research concludes that meaningful reform requires more than policy innovation; it demands investment in teacher capacity, assessment redesign, and system-wide coherence. By providing a longitudinal and documentary synthesis, this research contributes a grounded framework for understanding curriculum reform in resource-constrained contexts and highlights pathways for sustainable implementation in Nigerian basic education

    Pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam pembentukan karakter generasi masa depan. Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) Indonesia telah meluncurkan aplikasi berupa penggunaan platform digital dalam pendidikan, yaitu Ruang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK). Ruang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) dapat berfungsi sebagai media untuk Asesmen, Inovasi, dan Pendidikan Multikultural dalam Pendidikan. Sebuah ide yang sangat relevan dizaman ini yang diluncurkan pemerintah adalah Ruang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK). Tujuan dari penelitian  ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan fitur dalam Ruang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) yang dapat berfungsi sebagai media untuk Asesmen, Inovasi, dan Pendidikan Multikultural dalam dunia Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan  Kepustakaan (Library Research).
