REALITAS PERNIKAHAN BEDA AGAMA PERSPEKTIF IBNU HAZM
Islam emphasizes the virtue of finding a partner who is of the same religion. However, the reality in society is that interfaith marriages are still carried out by Muslims with non-people of the book. Responding to the interfaith marriage, Ibn Hazm allowed if the marriage was carried out by Muslims and people of the book. This study uses a qualitative method (library research). With the results: 1. Muslim women are not allowed to marry non-Muslim men either from among the polytheists or the people of the book. Muslim men may marry non-Muslim women from among the people of the book only. On the grounds that the people of the scriptures are not polytheists, because the religion of the people of the scriptures does not have any teachings about shirk. 2. In the Indonesian context, the opinion of Imam Ibn Hazm cannot be applied. Because interfaith marriages, especially Muslim men with Christian women, are feared to be a means of Christianizing Muslims and there are many benefits and harms than benefits for both parties and their descendants
Religious Moderation Representation in The Movie "My Name is Khan"
This discussion will examine more deeply the forms of religious moderation represented in the film "My Name Is Khan". This is intended to get a clear picture of how to apply religious moderation and its limits in diversity. Religious diversity is a natural trait that cannot be denied. However, how through this moderation can such diversity be accepted and remain peacefully side by side. The figure of Rizvan Khan who is the main character in the film "my name is khan" has displayed a Muslim character with his moderate attitude towards fellow human beings. His struggle to save non-Muslims who were being hit by storms and floods in Wilhelmina, Georgia to firmly fight the heretical teachings of Islamic terrorism who wanted to provoke other Muslim worshipers in a mosque. The film conveys a brief message that religion is not a differentiator that divides people. And Islam is not a religion of cruelty and terrorism, but Islam is a religion that can embrace diversity in moderation. The storyline is so full of conflict and Islamic studies that are quite heavy can be packaged lightly and can be enjoyed by the audience of the film My Name is Khan. The positive side of this film that we can take is how we as individuals must always try to continue to be good people because in this world there are only good people and bad people. To whom we must do good, regardless of race, religion, nation, and skin. And to complete it, we must always have a good attitude towards other people, whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims though

Technology As A Product Of Science Based On Philosophy
Man defines science and philosophy as a genuine endeavor to comprehend a discipline's approach and notion. The periods' and developments' high needs have ushered philosophy into an arrangement by demonstrating how the "Mother of Science" develops effectively from each subject. Of course, being a human person, he will never be pleased with knowledge alone, but rather with knowledge and truth. Because truth is the state of something according to the real object, learning something through knowledge (philosophy) is a method of gaining objective and right knowledge. Furthermore, the job of philosophy in this context is to analyze and research human life from many perspectives. The goal of this research is to look at philosophy as the foundation for the development of scientific products in the form of technology, the function of which is to decide the path of human life itself. The job of technology is not only to solve issues encountered by humanity in certain locations and eras, but also to address many metaphysical concerns. The existence of philosophy and science is very necessary in the midst of the development of science and technology; its presence is demonstrated by the specialization of science, because scientists are expected to be able to realize their limitations by studying philosophy in order to avoid being trapped in an attitude of intellectual arrogance. The community is heterogeneous in this century, so the advancement of technology will produce complex difficulties and can transform the mindset of human life to a more sophisticated life pattern with technical power such as robots and the internet. Philosophy underpins science, which is employed as an axiological milestone in positively directing and controlling the development of science and technology for the benefit of mankind and the environment
