Get PDFThe use of instructional media significantly influences the learning outcomes and motivation of each student. In the implementation of Islamic jurisprudence (fikih) learning at MI Baitul Makmur Bangsalsari Jember, it was found that only some students were able to practice and read aloud the words of the call to prayer (adzan) and the call to commence prayer (iqomah). The purpose of implementing visual media is to enhance the spirit and motivation of the students in the MI Baitul Makmur Bangsalsari class. The method used in the application of this visual media is classroom action research, which involves describing real incidents that occur within the classroom. The results of this research indicate an increase in the enthusiasm and motivation of the students in the 2nd grade of MI Baitul Makmur Bangsalsari, as evidenced by their active participation in the classroom, such as confidently stepping forward to practice reciting the adzan and iqomah and reading and writing the Quran

Which can be used as further information providers such as administrative staff and students. Data collection techniques used in this study were through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study used data collection techniques that were carried out by observation, interviews and documents. Qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that (1) the role of the principal in fostering teachers at MI Plus Istiqomah, Ambulu Subdistrict, is as follows (a) The actions of the Head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Istiqomah in empowering the teacher council by always advising teachers to always be enthusiastic in carrying out teaching and learning activities. (b) The Principal of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Plus Istiqomah does not tolerate delays in completing assignments and work. The Madrasah head always sets a deadline and requires all teachers to comply with the set time. The Madrasah head also provides direction and guidance and helps teachers to use the facility. (2) Obstacles to the role of the Madrasah Head in fostering teacher performance at MI Plus Istiqomah are related to: (a) Lack of facilities and infrastructure to carry out every decision that has been made. (b) Low skills, especially computer mastery. (c) The responsibility of the teacher council can still be said to be low in carrying out the mandate given by the Madrasah Head. (3) Solutions to overcome obstacles in fostering teacher performance at MI Plus Istiqomah Ambulu District are carried out by involving school residents, parents of students, the government and various parties concerned with collaborative education. Get PDFBusiness dynamics progress shows some data that lead to more riba for businessmen, even though this advancement succeeds the nation's economic development, but the illegality of riba is undeniable based on several verses in the Qur’an. This research aims to grasp four Madzhab Fiqh (Islamic law ideology) perspectives, particularly about the essence of illat ribawi wealth and the effect of its different views on riba transactions in Islamic economics. Library research is applied through this paper as a documentary is used for data collection while a content analysis technique is taken to analyze it. The paper results showed that there are various Islamic scholar’s perspectives about illat-ribawi on gold and silver which are classified as scale, ghalabah tsamaniyyah, and muthlaqutssamaniyyah. This research is related to the educational interaction between teachers and students from KH.Hasyim Asy’ari’s perspective. Hasyim Asy’ari as stated in the book of Adabul ‘Alim wal-muta’allim. The approachused in this research is descriptive qualitative, this type of research takes the form of library research withcontent analysis used as the analytical tool. The results of the author’s analysis of the book of Adabal ‘Alim waal-Muta’allim, KH. Hasyim Asy’ari really emphasizes the importance of ethics in student interactions withteachers and vice versa. In fact, he quoted the words of the Prophet and the Ulama to emphasize the importanceof moral positions in teachers and students interactions by saying that all good deeds diniyyah (religion), boththose of the heart (my heart) or bodily, or of a nature Qauliyyah and fi’liyyahis not considered or has no value unlessit is surrounded/surrounded/adorned with good and noble morals, the key to success in the teaching andlearning process can only be produced if there is educational interaction (two-way communication) betweenteachers and students and it takes place well and harmoniously in accordance with the rules and mechanismsin the process of teaching and learning activities that are based on morals. Pronunciation of Syafatain in Surah Al-Fatihah: Phonetic Analysis of The Imam of The Mosque
Get PDFArabic has a specific pronunciation and has the potential to change meaning if it is not pronounced correctly. This study oriented to analyze the characteristics of the pronunciation of the Syafatain makhārijul huruf in surah Al-Fatihah by the imam of a mosque in Sukasari sub-district when leading prayers and to identify phonological errors made. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative approach. To collect research data, the methods used were listening methods, interviews, and documentation in the form of recordings of the voice of the imam of the mosque when reciting surah Al-Fatihah. The results of this study indicated that the characteristics of the imam of the mosque in reciting surah Al-Fatihah were quite diverse and there are phonological errors made by the imam of the mosque in reciting the letter ب, especially Al-Fatihah when the letter is in the middle of the word segmentation level. Any Arabic pronunciation needs to follow phonological conventions so that the Arabic sounds occupy the appropriate positions

Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) maka metode pelaksanaan penelitian adalah bentuk yang menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif, dan Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan peniliti ialah secara Normative, dan Yuridis. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah : (1) Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi tersebut hendaknya tidak difahami sebagai pembenaran terhadap hubungan diluar perkawinan. Adapun yang berkaitan dengan kewarisan misalnya, maka hak keperdataannya tidak bisa diwujudkan dalam bentuk konsep waris Islam tapi dalam bentuk lain misalnya dengan konsep wasiat.(2) Kedudukan Ahli Waris Anak Luar Nikah Pasca Putusan MK NO. 46/PUU-VIII 2010 di Pengadilan Agama Jember yakni sama halnya dengan kedudukan anak hasil pernikahan yang sah selama pihak yang berkepentingan dapat membuktikannya, (3) Adapun Proses Penetapan Anak Luar Nikah Pasca Putusan MK NO. 46/PUU-VIII 2010 di Pengadilan Agama Jember yaitu:(a) Melalui akad nikah (b) Permohonan istbat nikah di Pengadilan Agama..(c) Permohonan asal usul anak di pengadilan agama. This research oriented to explain how the process of learning Arabic at MTs Sadamiyyah Jepara by using a jigsaw was in accordance with jigsaw theory and whether it was able to increase students' self-confidence. This type of research was qualitative research. The results of this study found that the application of jigsaw in Arabic learning was in accordance with the theory and could prove that the application of jigsaw in Arabic learning was able to increase students' self-confidence. Al-Qur'an Literacy Program: A Solutive Effort To Strengthen Students' Interest In Learning
Get PDFThe focus of this research lies in strengthening students' interest in learning through the Al-Qur'an literacy program at MAN 1 Tapin. As a school intracurricular activity, the Al-Qur'an literacy program has contributed to strengthening students' interest in learning. Based on Hellmut W. Krapp's cognitive theory, this research relies on a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study concluded that MAN 1 Tapin has a Qur'an literacy program that is capable of being an alternative solution in increasing students' interest in learning, based on two things. First, the form of Qur'an literacy activities that are easy and relevant for students, and second, the presence of consistent supporting activities for the Qur'an literacy program, namely "Jum’at Taqwa" and "Tajwid training".
