Get PDFHampir setiap pelaksanaan walimatul ‘urs tidak lepas dari persoalan pembiayaan. Hadits dan mayoritas ulama sepakat bahwa yang bertanggungjawab atas walimatul ‘urs adalah mempelai pria. Namun faktanya, teori Islam berbeda dengan kebiasaan masyarakat. Banyak masyarakat Desa Jombang yang membebankan pembiayaan walimatul ‘urs kepada pihak mempelai wanita, baik itu dalam jumlah sedikit, sebagian, bahkan keseluruhan. Tradisi pembiayaan walimatul ‘urs oleh pihak orang tua atau wali mempelai wanita terbukti umum terjadi di masyarakat di Desa Jombang. Mereka beranggapan bahwa yang memiliki hajat adalah orang tua atau wali mempelai wanita, sebab acara walimah biasanya berada di kediaman mempelai wanita. Masyarakat juga menerima tradisi tersebut tanpa adanya perselisihan; (2) Tradisi pembiayaan walimah oleh pihak mempelai wanita merupakan ‘urf shohih yang dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar hukum, serta tidak bertentangan dengan syariat. Maka dari itu tidak ada salahnya jika orang tua, wali, atau nahkan mempelai wanita itu sendiri turut membiayai walimatul ‘urs

Jika terjadi perceraian dan terdapat sengketa mengenai harta bersama maka, diselesaikan menurut hukum Islam bagi pasangan suami istri yang beragama Islam dan bagi pasangan suami istri yang beragama non Islam maka penyelesaiannya menurut kitab Undang- Undang Hukum Perdata. Hukum Islam menjelaskan tentang harta bersama secara berbeda dengan sistem hukum- hukum yang ada. Dalam hukum Islam tidak dikenal percampuran harta bersama antara suami istri selama berlngsungnya perkawinan. Islam tidak mengatur secara khusus mengenai harta bersama, baik dalam Al-Qur’an, maupun al Hadits. Dalam kitab fikih klasik pun tidak ditemukan pembahasan tentang harta bersama. Get PDFMemorization is a level of knowledge that is carried out regularly to increase understanding, recitation is one way to attach memorization. At the As-Sunniyyah Kencong Jember Islamic Boarding School, there are several marhalah classes, lower (ibtida'iyah), middle (tsanawiyah) and upper (aliyah). Class 2 tsanawiyah memorizes nadzom tajwid (jazariyah) and nahwu (jurumiyah). The aim of this Community Service activity is to empower the As-Sunniyyah Islamic Boarding School students in memorizing the obligatory nadzom. The students became enthusiastic in memorizing the mandatory nadzom which was carried out in the classes of the assisted participants, apart from that, the students were able to understand the contents of the memorized nadzom. Memorizing an obligation, The result of this mentoring is that by using the lalaran method, the students will easily memorize a nadzom that is required for each marhalah which must be deposited with their respective ustadz council

Get PDFThe focus of this article is to discuss education for women according to KH. Quraish Shihab. The writing of this article is based on the fact that society currently still places women in a low position, even though many Muslim scientist have actually argued that women have the same position as men. In fact, among urban communities, women have become the driving for social, economic and political change. Meanwhile, it is very sad among rural areas, who position women in a low position. This research managed to get some conclusions. First, women’s education should be more emphasized on the principle of sharing to improve their quality, not for competition between losing or winning. Especially for empowering, increasing strengthening with religious material, which starts early. Second, according to KH. Quraish Shihab women’s education is oriented towards material and immaterial elements. And third, the paradigm map of KH. Quraish Shihab is a critique of conservative groups and liberal groups. Which, education should free women from all actions that oppress themselves as a result of discriminatory ideology adopted by society today, as a reflection of society’s religious interpretation of religious teachings, prioritizing concern for acts of social injustice, lawsuits againts gender discrimination, and social issue

Strengthening Religious-Based Character Education In Forming Kamil People In The School/Madrasah Environment
Get PDFCharacter education is a basic education that must be formed from an early age. The initial foundation of character education is in the family. Meanwhile, the school is an educational institution in charge of continuing and developing the character of children. This study aims to determine the application of religious-based character education in the Islamic Education Kencong village at the Elementary School level. This type of research is qualitative research whose data is obtained from observation, open questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that religious-based character education is implemented through the Maqoman Mahmudan program and the Evereday program with Al Quran. Some character education strategies carried out are: 1) Exemplary; 2) Learning; 3) Empowerment and civilization; 4) Strengthening; and 5) Assessment. 6) Communication. Why should character education be integrated into religious education? Because the role of religion can meet human needs in terms of directing, mentoring, and balancing the character of students. Equipped with a strong character education base, students will later become a generation of character and eventually become kamil people, in accordance with educational ideals

Get PDFIkan lele merupakan sumber makanan yang mudah ditemukan dan mudah dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat, bahkan dengan lahan yang terbatas. Mengolah ikan lele menjadi nugget memberikan peluang usaha kepada masyarakat. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat melibatkan kelompok pembudidaya ikan dan anggota PKK Desa di Kecamatan Jombang, Kabupaten Jember, yang merupakan wilayah Pengembangan Kawasan Budidaya Ikan Air Tawar Kabupaten Jember. Mitra menghadapi masalah kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan hasil panen ikan terutama ikan lele menjadi produk olahan, serta kurangnya pengetahuan tentang diversifikasi produk olahan ikan lele. Tujuan program ini adalah menghasilkan produk turunan olahan bernilai ekonomi dari ikan lele, seperti nugget dan abon, yang sebelumnya hanya digunakan sebagai bahan lauk biasa. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pelatihan pembuatan Nugget Lele, pelatihan pembuatan Abon Lele, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran. Hasilnya termasuk peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra, produksi Nugget dan Abon Lele, serta publikasi melalui artikel untuk memperkenalkan manfaat ikan lele dan memasarkan produknya

Get PDFThis study focuses on describing the implementation of authentic evaluations in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains of VII MTs NU Sumberasri students. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were Al-Quran and Hadith teachers, students, and school principals. intake of research subjects or respondents using purposive sampling. The primary sources used in this study were interviews with the subject teachers of the Qur'an Hadith and students. The second primary source used by researchers is observations made in the study. Data collection instruments used include semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. According to the findings of this study, the teacher evaluates the cognitive domain using written and oral tests. In the cognitive domain, the teacher conducts an assessment by observing and journaling. For the assessment of the psychomotor domain, the teacher carries out assessments with performance projects, assignments, and portfolios

Online is the translation of the term online which means connected to the internet network. While online learning is learning that is carried out online using learning applications and social networks, so that information and communication technology, especially laptops and cellphones (HP) are the main facilities to support the ongoing teaching and learning process. This study tries to present an overview of the role, impact and problems of using information technology in the world of education along with solutions to these problems. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach whose purpose is to reveal facts, phenomena, variables contained in the research object. The source of the data for this study was from the author's observations at several schools and interviews with several teachers and took data from journals or literature from the internet related to the above theme.
