EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF FAN SPEED ON FROST GENERATION AND ITS IMPACT ON A HEAT PUMP
Get PDFThe phenomenon of frost on the heat exchanger surfaces penalizes the performance of the heat pump, one of the operating parameters that influences the evaporation temperature, this is transferred to the formation of frost, and its impact is the amount of air passing through the evaporator, in that sense, an air-water heat pump has been experimented at different fan speeds and environmental conditions inside a climatic chamber. The results allow to obtain different parameters to characterize the frost formation process and to make an effective comparison between them. The lower the fan speed, the lower the air flow rate, the lower the heating time, and the higher the number of defrost cycles required for the same environmental conditions. In this way, some correlations could be developed to predict how the frosting process is affected by the fan speed in more conditions that are not tested. REFRIGERANTES DE BAJO PCA PARA LA SUSTITUCIÓN DEL R-449A EN UN SISTEMA DE REFRIGERACIÓN COMERCIAL
Get PDFLas demandas actuales del sector de la refrigeración se centran en el uso de refrigerantes con un bajo potencial de calentamiento atmosférico (PCA) en instalaciones de compresión de vapor. Los principales objetivos de este estudio surgen de estas necesidades. En él se proponen y estudian refrigerantes alternativos con un PCA inferior a 150 en un sistema de refrigeración comercial que opera con el R-449A. En primer lugar, se hace una búsqueda de nuevas mezclas de refrigerantes a partir de la combinación binaria y ternaria de refrigerantes puros. De esta búsqueda se obtiene el mejor refrigerante con clasificación de seguridad A1, A2L y A2/A3, para los sistemas de media temperatura (MT) y de baja temperatura (BT). Después de su determinación, se simula la operación del supermercado con estos refrigerantes. Finalmente, se realiza una evaluación medioambiental. La mayor eficiencia energética se obtiene con la mezcla R-152a/R-1243zf para el sistema MT y la mezcla R-290/R-1270 para el sistema BT. Sin embargo, la mayor reducción de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero (GEI) se logra mediante el R-290, con una reducción del 73,09% con respecto al sistema de referencia

Possibly all of them are related to the management of their creations and the rights they may assign to third parties in exchange for remuneration. This is what underlies the case that is brought up here. The Supreme Court, in its ruling of December 19, 2023, resolved the case of the exploitation rights of the intellectual property assigned to Kukuxumusu and which related to more than three thousand drawings. The specific issue analyzed was whether the assignment of the drawings, given the large number of them, determined, at the end of the day, that the characters drawn in them had also been assigned. Or, at least, that is what seems to have been resolved.En el ámbito de los derechos de autor varias son las cuestiones que de manera general preocupan a los creadores y artistas. Posiblemente, todas estén relacionadas con la gestión patrimonial de sus creaciones y de los derechos que pueden ceder a terceros a cambio de una remuneración. Esto es lo que subyace al caso que aquí se trae a colación. El Tribunal Supremo en su sentencia de 19 de diciembre de 2023 resolvió el caso de los derechos de explotación de la propiedad intelectual cedidos a Kukuxumusu y que recaían sobre más de tres mil dibujos. La cuestión en concreto que se analizaba es si la cesión de los dibujos, dada la gran cantidad de ellos, determinaba, a la postre, que se habían cedido también los personajes en ellos dibujados. The question is of interest not so much from an internal or corporate point of view, which is also the cause, but rather vis-à-vis the creditor itself, since these clauses ultimatley mean that the creditor wil receive for these shares not the value or price that could be obtained in the judicial or administrative enforcement proceedings, but the book value determined in the company´s articles.El presente artículo pretende analizar la validez de las cláusulas estatutarias que establecen que, en caso de embargo de participaciones sociales, los restantes socios o la propia sociedad puedan adquirir, con preferencia al acreedor ejecutante, las participaciones embargadas por su valor contable. La cuestión resulta interesante no tanto desde el punto de vista interno o corporativo, que también, sino frente al mismo acreedor, pues estas cláusulas suponen, a la postre, que el acreedor recibirá por dichas participaciones no el valor o precio que pudiera obtener en el procedimiento de ejecución, judicial o administrativo, sino el valor contable determinado en los estatutos de la sociedad

Initially limited in the Capital Companies Act, these meetings have been significantly reformed to accommodate virtual formats.
The study covers the different types of telematic meetings, including hybrid and exclusively telematic, and analyzes the relevant regulations, particularly those affecting virtual meetings without shareholders\u27 physical presence.
It also addresses key requirements for implementing these meetings, such as statutory provisions, quorum for amending bylaws, and meeting announcements.
Finally, the research highlights the challenges, especially regarding the reliable identification of participating shareholders.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal examinar la evolución de las juntas generales de socios telemáticas. La regulación en esta concreta modalidad de reunión que, inicialmente era muy limitada en la Ley de Sociedades de Capital, experimentó importantes cambios a raíz de la pandemia provocada por el COVID-19, la cual alteró drásticamente la dinámica de las juntas generales presenciales, haciéndolas inviables debido a las restricciones sanitarias.
En primer lugar, se explicarán los distintos tipos de junta telemática, distinguiendo entre las reuniones mixtas, también llamadas híbridas; y las reuniones exclusivamente telemáticas. A continuación, se procederá a analizar en detalle la normativa aplicable, destacando especialmente las reformas introducidas en la legislación española en las juntas virtuales, celebradas sin la presencia física de ningún socio.
En el desarrollo del presente estudio, se abordan los principales requisitos que implica la implementación de estas nuevas juntas telemáticas, haciendo especial énfasis en la previsión estatutaria, en el quórum necesario para realizar la modificación de los estatutos sociales, en el anuncio de la convocatoria de la junta en cuestión, así como en el lugar de celebración de estas juntas virtuales de socios.
Finalmente, la investigación analiza aquellos aspectos más controvertidos que presenta la celebración de estas reuniones virtuales de socios; especialmente los retos asociados a la identificación fiable de los socios participantes
