COSMIC SYNTAGMS: A STUDY OF ACO SHOPOV’S POETIC UNIVERSE
Poetry serves as a powerful source of new vocabulary, as its essence lies in shaping the formless into form. Тhus, as the poet speaks of their most intimate feelings, new words and word forms are arising. Recognizing poetry as an important source of novel vocabulary, this qualitative research aims to answer the question: What purpose do the lexical innovations in Aco Shopov’s poetry serve? The aim is, thus, to identify and understand the defining elements of Shopov’s poetry and their contribution to his poetic expression. To achieve this goal, a corpus i.e. a sample was compiled for the purposes of this paper. The sample includes eighteen poems by Shopov – poems that include stellar themes and cosmic symbolism. Qualitative content analysis is used, based on the coding and the general qualitative method. The findings reveal that Shopov’s poetic language consistently maintains a cosmic dimension, with lexical innovations as an integral to this aspect of his poetry
ENERGY SAVINGS IN HOUSEHOLDS VIA BEHAVIORAL CHANGE DRIVEN BY CONSUMPTION VISIBILITY
Energy efficiency in households is closely related with energy poverty in particularly when it comes to developing countries. Namely, low households’ incomes combined with low efficient buildings and low efficient home appliances are very common situation for these countries. Macedonia is not an exception. On the other hand, lower standard prevents the majority of the households to invest in energy efficiency improvements. This paper focuses on implementation of no cost measures affecting human behavior in order to improve energy efficiency and gain energy savings in households. The only change that will be introduced to influence that behavior is real time measurement (visibility) of the energy consumption for specific home appliances with customized energy savings kit. Each energy saving kit contains the following items: two electricity consumption’s measurement devices operational with internet, two electricity consumption’s measurement devices operational without internet, thermometer for temperatures measurements in the fridge and freezer, device for ambient temperature and humidity, two LED lightings, light socket, guidance for usage of the kit and diary for energy consumption’s data collection and recording. The research is conducted within 43days period, over the two groups of households in Skopje – test group (8 households) and control group (8 households). Each household is assigned to one of these groups based on the Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) principle. In order to analyze the effect of the energy consumption related behavior before and after the treatment/experiment, the Difference to Differences (DiD) method was used. The results show on average 15% lower energy consumption only due to behavioral changes driven by enabling consumption visibility. The savings are greater in the high electricity tariff for the both groups

Moreover, companies implementing green technologies and robust risk management strategies achieve both sustainability targets and improved cold chain reliability. This dual focus on risk and cold chains sustainability offers a blueprint for resilient and environmentally conscious logistics operations
THE ROLE OF PUBLIC RELATIONS IN THE FORMATION OF DEMOCRATIC INSTITUTIONS IN POST-SOVIET GEORGIA
Nowadays, in the Georgian communication space, finding a term that will compete with the word PR is difficult. Field Specialists claim that society has wrongly applied this very positive, important, interesting, and useful activity, which aims to promote PR for the solution of vital interests and well-being, which is the primary purpose of PR as a field of activity. It is clear that in Georgian reality, the field of public relations is still in the process of being established as a democratic institution, the entire Georgian society does not have objective and complete information about the essence and importance of this institution, the qualifications and experience of PR specialists need improvement. The model of manipulation of public consciousness is still observed when the "desired" is far from the "real". The research about PR and the relationship of democratic institutions in the country is based on the following research methods: quantitative (internet survey) and qualitative (focus group)

The paper also examines the challenges teachers face in addressing these difficulties and the role of collaboration between families, specialists, and educational institutions. The results show that teachers\u27 knowledge and positive attitudes play a crucial role in the successful development of students with learning difficulties and in fostering a culture of inclusion. The research suggests that continuous teacher training and the use of inclusive pedagogical practices are essential for optimizing educational outcomes
EVOLVING LEGAL RESPONSES TO STALKING AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT: A GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE
The aim of the paper is to study the phenomenon of stalking and sexual harassment, which, from being an invisible “private problem,” has gained the focus of a “public phenomenon” worthy of the attention of the global scientific community. The change in the perception of this phenomenon is accompanied by changes in legislative solutions. The paper begins by examining the causes of its emergence and presence throughout different periods. The paper presents several global and domestic studies and, through the obtained results, explains the reasons for its occurrence, risk factors, and typology of violent relationships. Тhe research method involves reviewing current legal practices, analyzing psychological factors that contribute to stalking behavior, and exploring the barriers victims face in reporting such incidents. The article examines international legal standards and domestic legislation with a focus on prevention. One chapter of the paper is dedicated to a comparative analysis of legislative solutions from several European countries and Western Balkan states. In the conclusions and recommendations for strengthening protective measures against stalking and sexual harassment, improvements, corrections, and changes in several segments are proposed to develop a strong strategy for the prevention and protection against stalking and sexual harassment
ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION FROM 400 KV TRANSMISSION LINE BITOLA 2 – MELITI
The main parts of the Macedonian transmission network are 400 kV transmission lines. They form the 400 kV ring consisting of three transmission lines that connect the largest energy consumption located in the northern part, with the largest production capacities located in the southwestern region. The electromagnetic field affects humans with a certain electromagnetic radiation, which we can freely say is a certain electro smog, i.e. electromagnetic pollution, with which we are constantly surrounded. What will be the biological response of the human organism exposed to electromagnetic waves, is conditioned by the energy that they carry with them and transfer to the cells, i.e. the human body. Field measurements were performed, using the 3D EMF TESTER instrument and results were obtained and analyzed
SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING THROUGH AUGMENTED REALITY (AR): THE ROLE OF AR TECHNOLOGIES IN INDUSTRIAL WORKFLOWS USING VISUAL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Augmented Reality (AR) in visual assembly instructions is enhancing accuracy and efficiency in manufacturing, assembly tasks and contributes to sustainability in many ways, supported by different software. Sustainability benefits are amplified when AR is integrated into broader digital and eco-friendly initiatives within an organization, such as lean manufacturing or a circular supply chain and by integrating methodologies like poka-yoke, Six Sigma, Kanban, and TQM with AR technologies. This study examined sustainability benefits of implementing AR technologies in industrial workflows, particularly in visual assembly instructions. The primary aim was to determine how AR could improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce sustainability impacts through decreased waste, optimized training, and enhanced product quality. Related publications on AR\u27s role in assembly, sustainability, and interface optimization in manufacturing were reviewed. Research methods also included testing AR-guided instructions on ergonomically designed hardware, such as 3D printed tablet-mounted device, to evaluate usability, assembly time, and error rates. For our prototype we developed visual instructions using Autodesk Maya and Substance Painter to create and animate 3D models, mapped and textured for realistic AR scenes in Adobe Aero. AR tools will advance sustainable industrial applications. Future developments in AR include enhanced real-time data integration and adaptive learning models, which support sustainable practices by dynamically adjusting or simulating assembly instructions based on individual performance and product life cycles
APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THECRIMINAL COURT PROCEEDINGS AND THE POSSIBLE ETHICAL DILEMMAS
This study investigated the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) within the criminal justice system, focusing on its application in legal proceedings and its broader implications for justice administration. The primary objective was to assess AI’s potential to improve efficiency, fairness, and accuracy in decision-making processes such as investigation, adjudication, and case prioritization. A qualitative approach was employed, analyzing existing literature, policy reports, and real-world applications of AI in various jurisdictions. Results showed that AI technologies have enhanced the ability of legal professionals to process complex information and manage sophisticated criminal behaviors. However, the research also highlighted critical ethical and legal concerns, particularly regarding privacy, accountability, and the protection of fundamental human rights. As AI tools become increasingly advanced and embedded in court processes, the need for robust ethical frameworks and regulatory oversight becomes essential. The study concluded that while AI holds transformative potential for the criminal justice system, its implementation must be approached with caution to ensure that technological advancement does not come at the expense of justice or civil liberties
LEGITIMACY – A PREREQUISITE FOR A SUSTAINABLE DEMOCRATIC COMMUNITY
In short, there is no sustainable democratic community without legitimacy. A prerequisite for sustainable development, political and security stability is a political system that legitimizes itself—where legitimate is the government that accepts, and even initiates, the process of its own legitimization; a government that reexamines itself. The concept of political legitimacy expresses the need for a political order—or government—to be based on the voluntary consent of the members of a political community and on their support. Conversely, from the perspective of those who are governed by a particular order or authority, that order and authority must be worthy of the support they have received or will receive. For a government and order to be legitimate, they must have the support of the majority, adherence to appropriate procedures, and value-based legitimacy. Liberal values give full content to the democratic principle: human rights and freedoms, the rule of law, separation of powers. Undemocratic political culture, façade constitutionality, and authoritarian rule are natural enemies of pluralism. In practice, citizens and their political representatives declaratively accept constitutional democracy based on equal citizens, while in concrete political terms, they overwhelmingly advocate for special collective rights that lead to the ethnicization of society. Particular interests are imposed as primary, so instead of an integrative political community based on equality and the preservation of cultural distinctiveness, political activity is driven by collective ethnic ambitions, which have led to division, exclusion, and general social disintegration
