Starting from the importance of business communication for the success and results of the management team and the organization as a whole, the research in this paper is exactly dedicated to this issue. The subject of the theoretical and empirical research are the skills for internal and external business communication, their meaning and effectiveness for the achievement of organizational goals, as well as the ways in which they can be used and constantly improved, developed and perfected. Theoretical research indicates that communication must be a planned process with a strategic focus that defines the problem or opportunity, conveys an expected result, defines key stakeholders and develops an effective way of communicating with them, which would be timely, clear and economical. Empirical research, on the other hand, through the x2-test and the contingency coefficient, aims to show the real and practical situation in the daily and current existence of organizations, that is, to answer whether correct business communication is imperative for the success of the management team. The primary focus of the research is directed to the fact that the goal of the communication planning process is to find a model for action that will help realize the existing project or set program goals

This disease has a complex etiology. In the etiology of this disease are included hormonal factors and pathogen bacteria. The hormone progesterone is the main reason and occurs increased secretion in the uterus, also the uterine bacterial immunity is reduced. The pathogen bacteria occurs purulent inflammation in the uterus and endotoxin secretion which can occur sepsis and peritonitis. Generally clinical signs of this disease are fever, polydipsia, polyuria, vaginal discharge, anorexia, abdominal pain. The disease is diagnosed by clinical signs, radiography, ultrasonography and hematology. The pyometra can be treated with surgical – ovariohysterectomy and nonsurgical (medical) approach. &nbsp

FOOD INTOLERANCE IN AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder with a rising prevalence worldwide. While its etiology remains multifaceted, emerging research has suggested a potential link between food intolerance and the manifestation of ASD symptoms. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of food intolerance in individuals with ASD and compare it to a control group, shedding light on the role of dietary factors in the disorder. A total of 105 participants with ASD and 105 age- and gender-matched controls were enrolled in this study. Food intolerance was assessed by measuring IgG4 antibody levels in response to various food items. Statistical analyses, including unpaired t-tests and Pearson correlations, were employed to examine the data. Our findings revealed that a remarkable percentage of individuals with ASD exhibited elevated IgG4 responses to specific foods, including cow\u27s milk, casein, egg yellow, egg white, sheep\u27s milk, wheat, and gluten. These results indicate a significant association between food intolerance and ASD (p < 0.05). Notably, while food intolerance was also observed in the control group, its prevalence was significantly higher in the ASD group, suggesting its potential role in ASD etiology. This study provides compelling evidence of a link between food intolerance, particularly elevated IgG4 antibody levels, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. While food intolerance alone cannot account for the complexity of ASD, our results underscore the importance of dietary considerations in managing ASD symptoms. Further research is needed to unravel the precise mechanisms underlying this relationship and its implications for autism treatment and management, aiming to improve the quality of life for individuals with ASD

THE LANGUAGE TRANSFER OF SOME GRAMMATICAL FEATURES OF THE MACEDONIAN AND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

This qualitative paper contrasts the Macedonian and the English language grammatical systems, i.e., their morphological and syntactic features in order to determine those which cause frequent difficulties for the Macedonian EFL learners and speakers. The sample represents formal descriptions of some features of the ML and EL grammatical systems as conventionalized in their reference grammars respectively. The juxtaposition relies upon contrastive analysis. The CA results indicate types of differences between the grammatical systems of the ML and EL which cause two-way interference, i.e., language transfer across both languages – ML(L1) > EL(L2) > ML(L1). The results are valuable for modelling approaches towards enhancing Macedonian EFL communicative and translational skills

    No full text
Stock market forecasting defines a guiding role for investors decision making, therefore it is an important topic of research in academia and finances. With the advancement of artificial intelligence and deep learning, its inclusion into the financial world became imperative. Machine learning algorithms focus on training models over large amounts of available stocks data and making an accurate stock forecast is challenging as the market is volatile. However, it is necessary for reducing risk in market decisionmaking. This research attempts to explore the potential of a forecasting model using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) in order to predict stock prices for several companies traded on the MSE. This multivariate time series forecasting, focuses on the maximum, minimum, starting and last stock price. We train the model using the monthly reports provided by the MSE for the past 15 years and in order to understand the long term market, we forecast the next several months. The conducted experiments focus on observing the error in order to assess the consistency between the predicted and the actual stock prices, showing the viability of this model for forecasting on the MSE

The research results show that offering alternative payment methods can help for online merchants to generate more sales and customers can use their preferred payment methods. It is therefore necessary to supplement the alternative payment methods and this will make online shopping to be fast and hassle-free. As the analysis shows, credit and debit cards are still number one among the payment methods.
