No full textCoaching can play an important role in entreperneurs under different management models and improving lead or direct the micro, small and medium enterprises in Mexico towards achieving its strategic objectives. Particularlye, the model CANVAS provides guidelines that combined with proper training can lead entrepreneurs to meet the goals. Coaching provides innovative skills for listening, observing and provide learning opportunities that generate actions that create the potential autonomy and creativity of human beings, which are essential conditions for the sucess of micro, small and medium enterprises.El coaching puede jugar un papel relevante en emprendedores que bajo diferentes modelos administrativos y de mejora dirigen las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas en México hacia el logro de sus objetivos estratégicos. No full textThe braking is an extremely important stage in the running of a railway vehicles as fas as the safety of traffic is concerned due to the multitude and diversity of factors that may influence it. The disk brake was first mounted on the passenger cars designed for the suburban traffic, while at present it acts as a main brake in the high speed trains that run along the high speed railroads in Europe and all over the world. The paper presents theoretical and experimental results on the forces produced between coupling elements of the disc brake friction (the pads-brake disc).
