Integrated Regional e-Care System Utilizing Information Communication Network
Get PDF情報通信技術(ICT;Information Communication Technology)は、看護・介護・福祉・保健・医療などへの適用においては、個別的なシステムとサービス提供者側の業務効率化に留まっており、ユーザーを主体的な共同参画者とする概念に欠ける。北欧フィンランドにおいては市民を主体とするケアモデルが提案されICTの全面的な活用によるシームレス(円滑で滞りない)なサービスシステムを構築している。さらに日本とフィンランドの国際共同研究プロジェクトにより、高齢者の健康と福祉を支援するケアシステムのための情報機器(インフォーマティックス、Infor-matics)の研究開発を行う。その実践モデルとしてICTを活用する在宅介護支援、高齢者福祉サービス、遠隔医療、ハイテク健康福祉機器研究開発、を実現するフィンランド・ウエルビーインク・センターが2004年に仙台に開設される。フィンランド型の健康福祉サービスの新しい健康福祉概念の日本への応用研究と実践を通じ、より高度な先進的ICTによる保健・医療・福祉を統合する地域総合ケアの開発と提供を目標とする。
Information communication Technology (ICT) is applied to nursing, care, welfare, health and medicare but limited with individual applications and process efficiency for providers. They lack thhe concept of user oriented system. In Nordic Finland the innovative model of uswe centered carw system is proposed and being implemented, to provide the seamless care services by full utilization of ICT. Additional research collaboration with Japan extends to study and develop the Care Informatics to support the health and wellbeing of elderly. Further application is in the Finland Wellbeing Center of 2004 in Sendai to implement ICT system for supporting independent living, welfare services, telemedicine and related device development. Through the research and application of Finish care concept into Japan more advanced integrated regional care system can designd and developed.departmental bulletin pape

Form and Function in Spoken Discourse : An analysis of inconsistencies in language form and function
Get PDFA large number of language functions cannot readily be predicted simply by a consideration of their forms. There are a relatively limited number of language forms that are utilized by an infinite number of complex communicative functions involved in human linguistic interaction. The gap that exists between language forms and functions is bridged by contextual factors including speaker/listener cooperation, shared knowledge, intonation, conventional social norms and others. These factors help speakers communicatively bridge the correspondence gap between form and function and help give otherwise ambiguous forms their functionally intended meaning. In the first section of this article the author has made a summary of the arguments of the various approaches to the analysis of discourse on the issue of linguistic form and function. In the final sections the author has chosen a sample of spoken text and commented on examples, which demonstrate that the functions are not predictable from linguistic forms used by the interlocutors.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF通信網の概念と技術はインターネットにより加速度的に発展し、通信網を基盤とする情報システムモデルはビジネスや公共分野に広く適用されている。ここにおいて通信網の概念であるピアー・ツー・ピアー(Peer-to-Peer、P2P)が再認識され、情報システムモデルに大きな進展をもたらしている。本研究は、P2Pコンピューティソグの意義と役割を確認し、P2Pの適用分野を探索し、情報システムモデルとしての展望と課題を探求することにある。従来ファイル交換や著作権問題など部分的な面が強調されてきたP2Pの全体像を評価し考察を加えるものである。 P2Pは通信網の仕組みに関する概念であり、インターネットにおけるワールド・ワイド・ウエブ(WWW)の標準検索ツールによる通信網汎用化の後の新たな変革をもたらしている。P2P通信網は、「分散」と「ファイル共有」の基本的概念に基づくネットワーク構造であり、通信網の末端に分散して存在するユーザー端末にプロセスの主導権を与え、端末の潜在的コンピュータ資源を活用する。その特徴は、低コストと迅速処理と簡便性が特徴であり、情報検索、計算処理、情報共有、など広汎な分野に適用される。 P2P通信網の本質は、自発性と共同作業という新しい仕事の方式への移行を促し、ビジネスの仕組みと組織に革新をもたらすことにある。P2P通信網は問題解決の手法であり、大きな変革と効果をもたらし得るが、その応用に際しては適合性について十分な事前検討が求められる。
The concept and technology of network are making large progress with Internet, the information system models based on network are widely applied in the business and public sectors. The new networking concept of Peer-to-Peer has re-emerged and it is bringing the innovative changes in the information system models. This paper studies the significance and role of P2P computing, searches business applications, explores the prospect and issues for future business opportunities. The whole picture of P2P is evaluated against previously overstated file exchange and copyright issues. P2P is the concept of network architecture. In the Internet world, World Wide Web (WWW) brought the renovation of the network use and P2P brought another innovation in the information system models and its use. The network structure of P2P is based on the concept of distribution and file sharing. It shifts the leadership of computing process to the terminal users and utilizes the potential computing. The P2P network service achieves low cost, fast process and ease of use. It can be applied to information retrieval, computing, information sharing and other field. The essence of P2P lies in its nature of bringing the changes in the way people do the work, new way of own initiatives and collaboration. Which will materialize the renovation of business structure and organization. P2P is the means of the solution for renovation.
