A Study of Process Analysis and Improvement with Software Configuration Management System
Get PDFソフトウエア開発プロジェクトにおいて開発プロセスの実態を見る努力と見せる仕組みを築き上げていくことは管理面のみならず、技術面においても大変重要で意義のあることである。しかしながらソフトウエア工学の研究とその実践が求められた1960年代の「ソフトウエア危機」の時代から今日まで実データに基づいたソフトウエア開発プロセスの実態を見せる仕組みはまだまだ十分といえない。 オフラインでバッチ的にデータを収集し分析するケースはまま見受けられるが、オンラインで構成管理の仕組みを活用してしかも組織的な取り組みで開発プロセスの実態を見せる仕組みはまだまだ十分といえない。さらに、構成管理システムのバージョン管理に関する事例研究はいくつか報告されているが、構成管理システムに保存されたデータを分析し、プロセス改善に活用する手法については十分に研究されていない。 本論分は、センター方式によるソフトウエア構成管理システムの活用推進方法とそれにとどまらず、ソフトウエア開発プロセスの品質、コスト、開発期間の改善面に貢献できるソフトウエア構成管理システムによるプロセス分析と改善手法について提言するものである。
It is absolutely important and significant both in management and engineering to make efforts to develop a system to observe the actual status in current software development process (SDP). However, such a system to observe and analyze current status of SDP has not been thoroughly researched since the software crisis era in the 1960's. The offline or batch system has been studied to some extent, but the online and organized system, with the help of software configuration management system (SCM), has not been developed enough to observe and analyze SDP. Several studies of SCM about version management have been done. But, the study of the method to analyze the product and process data from SCM has not been given sufficient attention. This report is to propose not only a centralized approach of SCM, but also an approach to analyze and improve quality, cost and time of SDP, with the product and process data of SCM.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFわが国政府は、敗戦直後、敵軍改め占領軍と革新農政官僚との合作により、不在地主の全貸与地、在村地主の保有地のうち1町歩を越える部分を、当時の物価騰貴推移からすればただ同然の値段で、地主から強制買収して小作人に売り渡す、という政策を蛮行してしまった。いわゆる農地改革である。これは私有制度を真っ向から否定する凶行であり、「地主階級は敵だ!」という左翼イデオロギーに乗じた行為であった。しかも、こうして産み落とされた棚ぼた零細自作農体制こそは、戦後農業最大の患部をなすものであった。 農林省はその後、事態の多少の立て直しを図って、農業生産性の向上・自立経営農家の育成・農地の流動化・中核農家の育成・大規模経営体の育成等々、旗印をとっかえひっかえ掲げ続けてきたが、所詮成果を得ることはできなかった。換言するならば、棚ぼた零細自作農達は、既得物死守のみで、新たなチャレンジなどしよう筈もなかった。そして指導者層・名望家層を一掃され、自生自成的な伝統と秩序を失った農村は、ただ金権にまみれながら、漂流衰微し続けるほかなかった。 このままではいけない。ではどうしたらよいか。(1)まずは前非を悔い、再生新生を誓うことである。(2)そのうえでプロの農民を育成しよう。それには農地を徹底的に流動化して、大規模営農を可能にすることである。また彼らの各種各様のネットワークによって立ち上がるであろうプロの農民組織も支援しよう。勢いがつけば、彼らは必ずや日本米を筆頭とした各種の高付加価値産品の大規模な輸出まで手がけようとするであろう。その時にはそのような動きをも支援していこうではないか。(3)またいわばプロの農村リーダーを、およびいわばプロの農村そのものを本氣で再生新生しよう。(4)さらに食の安全ならびに氣土水の保全に配慮しよう。(5)そして最後にいわばプロのふるさとを再生新生しよう。以上の4〜5点を、同時に推し進めたいものである。departmental bulletin pape
Japan : a "pornographic society"

Furthemore, westerners who visit Japan are often struck by the ubiquity of sexually explicit material. While the pornography industry in the U.S., for example, is enormous, such material tends to be localized to certain corners of society, separate from the mainstream. However, in Japan, nudity and sexual images are regularly depicted in newspapers, magazines, and comic books, and are displayed in clear view of the general population. Psychological Characteristics in Adolescence, Affecting The Anger of Young People : The Case of "Y"
Get PDFある男子青年を対象とし、Sprangerの了解的方法に則り、とらわれの絡む怒りについての青年期の心理的特徴の探求に当たった。 (1)いじめの屈辱にとらわれての認識と怒りの衝動が入り組み、短絡的ではあるが、目的性や計画性を帯びる認識や行動傾向、そして、感情的爆発・暴発、その後の、とらわれの絡む怒りや強くとらわれた認識や行動が探求された。 (2)とらわれの絡む怒りの機序 対人関係を処理する社会的スキルにかける傾向にあり、自立の過渡期に強い内外の圧力が加わり、個人的価値体系・自立性の発達や強まる自意識、"中心化"の傾向が絡み、その圧力にとらわれ、怒りを募らせていった。そして、自立の柱ともなるべき事柄において悲観し、自暴自棄傾向を強めていった。 (3)とらわれの絡む怒りの消失化における機序 彼との意思の疎通、彼の訴えること、心を受け止め、彼を支えたこと、価値を追求する方向でのキャリアデザインにおける主体的、個性的自分づくりの手伝いが、とらわれの絡む怒りの消失化に大きく役立ったと言えよう。
Based on Spranger's "Verstehende Psychologie, " I explored the following characteristics in adolescence, affecting the anger of young people. The participant of this study is a young man "Y" who was bullied by a classmate, and so experienced humiliation and anger linked to the pressure of his adolescence. I explored the following : (1) Y's anger. (1) Simplistic recognition and behaviour carrying a pre-meditated and planned tendency, which was caused by recognition and impulsive anger due to being bullied, humiliated and pressured during his adolescence. (2)Emotional explosion-accidental violence. (3)Subsequent anger, recognition and behaviour due to the above pressure. (2) "Y" lacked interpersonal relationship-skills, so he suffered both internal and external pressure. This pressure was linked to the development of his independence and individual value structure, heroism and "centering" during his adolescence. Subsequently, his anger was based on frustration linked to the above developments. His frustration intensified. He became pessimistic about his independence, thus increasing his desperation. "Y" had an outburst of anger and violently attacked the young bully. (3) I observed that Y's complicated anger was reduced by my listening to his opinions and supporting him, based on our reciprocal trust and understanding. Helping him understand his frustrations assisted his pursuit of self-worth. I am convinced that this exercise was essential for reducing his anger.departmental bulletin pape
The Relationship between the Structure of Stock Ownership and the Business Performance of Big Business Enterprieses : The Analysis of 1000 Top Japanese Non-Financial Companies on Sales in 1970, 1980, 1990 and 2000
Get PDF本稿では、わが国大企業の所有構造と企業業績の関係について分析を行った。具体的には、1970、1980、1990および2000年の非金融業売上高上位1000社を対象として、実質一位株主の類型と持株割合と、当該企業の各種企業業績指標値の関係について分析を行った。実質一位株主の類型は、個人株主、事業会社株主、金融会社株主、その他とした。企業業績指標値は、資本利益率、付加価値項目、回転率・安全性等、従業員一人当たり指標、BS構成比率、PL構成比率、市場価値、成長率に属する131指標値である。両者の関係に関する統計学的な分析の結果、第一に実質一位株主の株主類型と企業業績指標値の関係において、次の有意な関係が認められた。個人株主の会社では、資本利益率、付加価値の留保利益分配率および各種の成長率が他の類型よりも大きい。事業会社株主の会社では、総資本付加価値率およびその構成要素である総資本賃金率および付加価値の労務費分配率が、他の類型より大きい。金融会社株主の会社では、総資本付加価値率の構成要素である総資本利子率および付加価値の利子および配当金分配率が大きい。第二に企業業績指標値の大きさの実質一位株主の持株割合に対する回帰分析では、持株割合が前者の大きさにほとんど影響力を持っていないことが分かった。
This paper analyses the relationship between ownership structure and business performance of Japanese big corporations. That is, the relationship between the type and percenyage of ownership of the real top stockholder and businese performance ratios of Japanese top 1000 non-financial companies on sales in 1970, 1980, 1990 and 2000 is analysed in this paper. As a result firstly it is showed as statistically significant that the company owned by personal stockholder has bigger profit to capital ratios, reserved profit to net value added ratio and many growth ratios than companies owned by other ownership type, the company owned by non-financial company has bigger labor cost to capital ratio and labor cost to value added ratio than companies owned by other ownership type, and the company owned by financial company has bigger interest to capital ratio and interest and dividend to value added ratio than companies owned by other ownership type. Secondly regression analysis of the relationship between percentage of ownership of the real top stockholder and businese performance ratios shows that the former has litlle influence to the latter.departmental bulletin pape
