The present conditions of the pressure ulcers in one technologically advanced hospital
Get PDF特定機能病院であるA病院の平成18年度の縟瘡有病率の現状についてデータの提供を受け,分析した.結果,以下のことが明らかになった.A病院における18年度の年間縟瘡有病数は138人(0.9%)であり,全国的にみて少ない有病数である.また縟瘡の原因疾患第1位は防ぐことが困難とされる悪性腫瘍であったこと,発生部署の第1位はハイリスク状態にある患者が多く在院しているICUであったこと,術中・術後に発生した縟瘡は短期間で治療していた.この背景として皮膚・排泄ケア認定看護師の活用,縟瘡対策委員会と栄養サポートチームの連携等,効果的な縟瘡予防対策が取られ,成果をあげていることが示唆された.これらの特性を縟瘡発生リスクと難治度の2つの要素から考察し,A病院では予防できる縟瘡については予防できていること,また縟瘡が発生した場合のケアが適切に行われていることが推測された.特定機能病院には縟瘡ハイリスク患者が多いが,縟瘡予防対策と縟瘡が発生した場合のケアが適切に行われていることが示唆され,今後,患者のQOL向上とケアの質向上を目指していけるよう,さらにケアの質を高めていく事が課題になる.
Fiscal Year 2006 pressure ulcer rate data from Hospital A, which is designated a Special Functioning Hospital, was received and analyzed. As a result, the following points were made clear: There were an annual total of 138 patients (0.9%) with pressure ulcers at Hospital A during Fiscal Year 2006. Few prevalence rates this low are to be found anywhere in the country. The most common etiological factor in pressure ulcers was malignant tumors, which do not readily allow prevention. The most common location was in ICUs, where there are many patients at high risk of pressure ulcers. Pressure ulcers that occurred during perioperative and postoperative periods were cured quickly. The general context involved the use of nurses for hygienic care and excretion assistance as well as a Pressure Ulcer Countermeasures Committee and nutrition support teams working in collaboration. It was suggested that these and other such effective measures for pressure ulcer prevention were yielding results. Considering the yarious characteristics concerned in terms of the two factors of pressure ulcer risk and difficulty of treatment, it was conjectured that Hospital A is successfully preventing those pressure ulcers that are preventable and providing appropriate care for those pressure ulcers that do occur. Special Functioning Hospitals have large numbers of patients at high risk for pressure ulcers, and these findings suggest that large numbers of patients at high risk for pressure ulcers, and these findings suggest that pressure ulcer prevention measures and treatment for pressure ulcers that occur are being provided appropriately. Further improvement of the quality of care will become an issure in the future from the perspective of improving patient quality of life and raising the quality of care.departmental bulletin pape
The relation of the effect of relaxation by foot bath and the skin temperature of the back of hand
Get PDF足浴中に足の指先に指圧刺激を加えることにより、どのようなリラックス効果が得られるのかを調べた。また、手背の皮膚温を測定し、リラックスの程度との関係を検討した。その結果、以下のことが明らかになった。 1.足浴によりリラクゼーション効果がみられた。 2.足の指先の経穴刺激により、リラックス効果が増強した。 3.足の指先の経穴刺激により、手背の皮膚温は大幅に上昇した。 4.リラックスの程度は、手背の皮膚温により客観的に把握できる可能性があることが示唆された。
We investigated the effects of the relaxation when taking a foot bath adding the acupoint stimulation in the digiti pedis ahead. Moreover, we measured skin temperature of the back of hand and discussed the relation of it and the effect of relaxation by foot bath. As a result, the following were clarified. 1. Taking a foot bath brought the effect of the relaxation. 2. The effect of the relaxation has reinforced by the stimulation to acupoints in digiti pedis ahead. 3. The skin temperature of the back of hand was increased considerably by the stimulation to acupoints in digiti pedis ahead. 4. It was suggested that there is some possibility of doing that the degree of relax can be guessed by the skin temperature of the back of hand.departmental bulletin pape
臨地実習指導における教員の教育的省察 : 看護教員の実習指導能力向上への取り組み
Get PDF看護学部における平成19年度のFD活動は、教員のニーズ把握をもとに全6回にわたり実施した。臨地実習指導を主テーマとし研修企画にあたり大切にしたことは、教員の指導経験を活かす、助手や教育経験の浅い教員のステップアップに繋げる、各教員に抱える指導上の課題を考える機会とする、こととした。その結果、研修は領域を超えて実習指導上の情報を共有することからスタートし、指導経験や職位の違うもの同士がそれぞれの実習経験をもとに考えを自由に述べ合うことができた。このことにより、学生のやる気を育てる関わり方、教員のゆとりの必要性、臨床指導者と教員のコミュニケーションの困難さなど、実習指導上の重要な課題について様々な立場から意見を交換し、考えを深めることができた。その過程において教員各人の自己の臨地実習指導上の課題が明確にできた。今後このような研修を継続させ、個々の教員が成長していくことにより教育の資質向上が図れるものと考える。departmental bulletin pape

Japan is seriously threatened by the neighboring country of North Korea. But, even if the problem is solved effectively in some way or other, the real threat for Japan comes from China. China went nuclear in 1964 when Japan held the Tokyo Olympic Games. It is said that now it directs about 40 something nuclear missiles toward Japan; besides it has doubled military expenditure in the past 19 years, and it interferes with Japan from its politics to its soul. Of course, it must not be good for Japan Precisely, the very country on which nukes were used in the past has a right to have nukes in the present (or at least in the near future), in order never to suffer from them again. In short, in the northern Pacific-rim, which is rich in nuclear weapons, Japan can's help but be frightened of the threat fo them.
