Get PDFapplication/pdf本稿では，精神分析の中核的概念であるエディプス・コンプレックス形成期と，それ以前のプレ・エディプス期における母子関係，そしてそこから出現するであろう父親像を幾つかの理論を参照しながら検討した。乳幼児の観察研究を行ったAbelin（1975）は18 ヶ月までに子どもが母親と異なる“汚れていない”父親を捉えていると考えた。対象関係論のKlein（1928/1983）は母親の中にある乳房やペニスから両親結合像を論じた。Gaddini（1976）は内的な母親から突然，外に母親とは非本質的な恐ろしい異形が現れ，それが減数分裂して母親と父親になると考えた。また，Green（2000/2021）は母親の中の潜在的な父親像から実在として子どもの認識ができてくる過程を考えた。観察研究ではプレ・エディプス期に子どもは父親を認識しているが，初期の内界や幻想の世界を重視する対象関係論では，両親結合像に多くの四肢を見ている知見が示された。また，この時期，父親は子―母の二者関係から子どもの原始的な攻撃性の緩衝帯となる役割，距離をおいた観察者，上訴裁判所的役割が考えられた。departmental bulletin pape

RAZ Again: A Second Examination on the Effects of a Digital Reading App in an EFL Class
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis paper continues examining the effects of a digital reading app (RAZ Kids ) on English language learners and classroom implementation in an English as a Foreign Language reading class.This phase of the research took place during one full academic year April 2022 to January 2023 with a small group of first year students studying Global Communication at a private university in Hiroshima, Japan. The data gathered during this study is both qualitative in the form of anonymous surveys and quantitative results tracking time participants spent using the app. As with the first phase of this study the RAZ Kids leveled reading app continues to be an effective method of extensive reading and useful tool for classroom management.departmental bulletin pape
A Comparison between Two English Newspapers for Learners with Regards to the Effectiveness of the CEFR-J Wordlist
Get PDFapplication/pdf4 年前から，CEFR-J で示されている A１から B2までの語彙が一般紙の英字新聞でどの程度用いられているのかを 3 年間調査した。その結果，CEFR-J の収録語以外の語が約１4-１8％もあり， CEFR-J の有効性に疑問が残った。そこで，昨年，研究対象を学習者向け英字新聞に変更して同様の調査をした。すると，A１が約29-32％，A2が約22-23％，B１が約20-24％，B2が約１2-１3％，それ以外の語が約１0-１2％であり，やはり CEFR-J の有効性に疑問が残ることがわかった。しかし，CEFR-J の語の出現頻度を調査すると，約92-94％であり，「最低限の」語彙カバー率に近いものであった。今回は別の学習者向け英字新聞を調査したところ，A１が約28-29％，A2が約2１- 23％，B１が約22-23％，B2が約１3-１4％，それ以外の語が約１3-１4％となった。また，出現頻度は約93-94％で，ほぼ昨年同様の結果となった。出現頻度の場合は，CEFR-J 収録語以外の語の中に品詞違い語や派生語が含まれている。昨年の調査では約32-37％，今年の調査では約33-35％それぞれ含まれているので，実際の CEFR-J の語の出現頻度は，いずれも約95-96％以上となり，「最低限の」語彙カバー率であると言える。departmental bulletin pape
