Get PDFHigher education institutions develop three substantive functions: teaching, researching, and linking, in accordance to what various authors such as Soledispa, Sumba and Yoza (2021), Folch (2012) and Rangel (1979), among others stipulate. These have been analyzed from several points of view, highlighting its importance, objectives, assignments, relationships, and tensions. In this issue 28 of the Docere magazine, diverse articles, that allow to reflect on the function of teaching in undergraduate groups and how it has evolved in Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA) in its 50 years of existence, are presented.

No full textThis work shows the legal and economic mechanisms that were needed toacquire a real monopoly, such as the imposed on snow, which surrounded the realization of said activity, due to the fact that the playful spaces and the festivities, essentially religious, played an important role to activate the sale of snow and ice cream. On the other hand, the clandestine trade that took place in some areas of Tlaxcala will be observed and a comparison will be made of the offers for the monopoly mentioned between Puebla, Tlaxcala will be made and Mexico City.Este trabajo muestra los mecanismos legales y económicos que senecesitaron para adquirir un monopolio real, como lo fue el estanco de la nieve, y lo que rodeaba la realización de dicha actividad, debido a que los espacios lúdicos y las fiestas, esencialmente religiosas, jugaron un papel relevante para que se activara la venta de la nieve y el helado. Por otra parte, se observará el comercio clandestino que se realizaba en algunas zonas de Tlaxcala y se hará una comparación de las ofertas por el monopolio mencionado entre dicho lugar, Puebla y la ciudad de México
Procesos hacia la interculturalidad e inclusión en instituciones de educación superior en México
Get PDFThere is currently a debate on an issue that is relevant because it seeks to redress the violence and marginalization that have been inflicted on groups of people throughout Mexico\u27s history. To address this problem in the world of academia and education policy, the concept of “interculturality” has emerged, mostly present in Latin American contexts, and that of “educational inclusion” globally. This work places in the field of discussion within higher education, which gives an opportunity to analyze the origin and present of intercultural universities, particularly in the case of Mexico. Here, too, an attempt is being made to determine the conditions under which the socio-political and educational participation of the indigenous peoples takes place.Actualmente hay un debate sobre un asunto que es relevante debido a que pretende resarcir la violencia y marginación que se han ejercido sobre grupos de personas a lo largo de la historia de México. Para atender esta problemática en el mundo de la academia y la política educativa han aparecido el concepto “interculturalidad”, mayormente presente en contextos latinoamericanos y el de la “inclusión educativa”, en lo global. Este trabajo coloca en el terreno de la discusión dentro de la educación superior, lo que da oportunidad de analizar a las universidades interculturales en su origen y presente, particularmente en el caso de México. Aquí también se procura dimensionar las condiciones en las que se da la participación sociopolítica y educativa de los pueblos originarios

Get PDFThe text talks about the concept of audiovisual heritage and its importance in the historical memory of human groups. In addition, the text highlights that the digital revolution has transformed the way in which audiovisual content is produced, consumed and exhibited, which has led to greater access to technology and alternative content. Finally, the need to preserve the audiovisual heritage in the long term with the creation of an audiovisual archive is mentioned. The video oral history is taken as a foundation, taking orality, history and audiovisual language as a basis. The importance of the testimony and historical memory of social actors "without history" is highlighted.El texto habla sobre el concepto de patrimonio audiovisual y su importancia en la memoria histórica de los grupos humanos. Además, el texto destaca que la revolución digital transformó la forma en que se produce, consume y exhibe contenido audiovisual, lo que ha llevado a un mayor acceso a tecnología y contenido alternativo. Finalmente, se menciona la necesidad de preservar el patrimonio audiovisual a largo plazo con la conformación de un archivo audiovisual. Se toma como fundamento la historia videoral, tomando la oralidad, la historia y el lenguaje audiovisual como base. Se resalta la importancia del testimonio y la memoria histórica de actores sociales “sin historia”
