Reflecting on the Hermeneutical Circularity method
No full textEste ensayo presenta la circularidad hermenéutica, cuya base es la epistemología hermenéutica, como el método general más adecuado para construir teología práctica de acción. Se propone pensar la Teología Práctica en forma plural y diversa, con una visión contextualizada y desde la noción de complejidad al interrelacionar diferentes dimensiones de las realidades desafiantes actuales. También se comparten experiencias pedagógicas considerando los estudios de caso como punto de partida para practicar el método en el aula.This essay presents the Hermeneutical Circle, which is based on the hermeneutical epistemology, as the most suitable general method to do Practical Theology of Action. It proposes to think about Practical Theology in a plural and diverse way, with a contextualized vision of the world and complex thinking by interrelating the different dimensions of current challenging realities. Pedagogical experiences are also shared considering case studies as a starting point for classroom practice of this method
The road to Emmaus: A therapeutic path in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic
No full textEste artículo propone una relectura del texto del “Camino a Emaús” (Lucas 24,13-35) como un camino terapéutico en medio de la pandemia Covid 19. Previo al abordaje del texto, se introduce el concepto de crisis desde el campo de la salud mental, para señalar los múltiples efectos de la pandemia en la vida humana. Se introduce también el modelo biopsicosocial y espiritual para el abordaje de las experiencias humanas vividas en una crisis. A partir de esta introducción, el trabajo se enfoca en las dimensiones psicológica y espiritual, las cuales mediaron en el camino a Emaús. En el recorrido se involucra a los caminantes en una relación terapéutica con Jesús resucitado, el terapeuta del camino.
Los textos bíblicos citados han sido tomados de la versión Dios habla hoy (DHH) de la Biblia. Las excepciones han sido anotadas con su propia versión.This article reads the text of “The Road to Emmaus” (Luke 24, 13-35) as a therapeutic path among the current pandemic Covid 19. Prior to approaching the text, there is an introduction to the concept of crisis, from the mental health field, in order to point out the multiple effects of the pandemic on human life. There is also an introduction to the Biopsychosocial-spiritual model to propose a holistic view of human experiences during a crisis. Then, the article focuses on the psychological and spiritual dimensions, which will mediate the experience on the road. There, the disciples are involved in a therapeutic relationship with the Risen Jesus, the therapist on the road.

COVID-19 and the situation of women during the pandemic
No full textEn el marco del tema COVID-19 y las vivencias de las mujeres en esta nueva realidad, interesa determinar las brechas de género que persisten en esta pandemia y que afectan de distintas maneras a distintos sectores. Si bien la temática es muy amplia, se analizan al menos dos aspectos: ¿Cómo las inequidades de género se han acrecentado en esta crisis de salud mundial? ¿Cómo las cifras conectan las discrepancias de género con otras violencias y sobrecargas que afligen a las mujeres en diferentes áreas de su vida (salud física, empleo, subempleo, violencia intrafamiliar, saturación de cargas mentales)?Within the framework of the COVID-19 issue and the experiences of women in this new reality, it is interesting to determine the gender gaps that persist in this pandemic and that affect different sectors in different ways. Although the subject is very broad, at least two aspects are analyzed: How have gender inequalities increased in this global health crisis? How do the figures connect gender discrepancies with other types of violence and burdens that afflict women in different areas of their life (physical health, employment, underemployment, domestic violence, saturation of mental burdens)
Pastoral for the Promotion of the Creation Care of the Evangelical Church of Río de la Plata: Origins, concept, development, projection
No full textSe hace una descripción sucinta de la "Pastoral de Promoción del Cuidado de la Creación" (IERP), programa que concientiza: (1) sobre las consecuencias nocivas para la salud humana y el medio ambiente del modelo de "agronegocios" imperante en el cono sur americano y (2) sobre la responsabilidad cristiana en el cuidado de la creación, buscando formas de producción y consumo sostenibles con la naturaleza en su conjunto. Se desarrollan los antecedentes históricos del proyecto y se analiza el modo de producción agrícola de la región, basado en monocultivos y la utilización masiva de agrotóxicos. Finalmente se señala los fundamentos teológicos y pastorales del programa, se realiza un balance de sus resultados preliminares y de la posible proyección futura del programa de acción pastoral.A succinct description is made of the "Pastoral Care for the Promotion of Creation" (IERP), a program that raises awareness: (1) about the harmful consequences for human health and the environment of the model of "agribusiness" prevailing in the cone South American and (2) on Christian responsibility in the care of creation, seeking ways of sustainable production and consumption with nature as a whole. The historical background of the project is developed and the way of agricultural production in the region is analyzed, based on monocultures and the massive use of agro-toxins. Finally, the theological and pastoral foundations of the program are indicated, a balance is made of its preliminary results and of the possible future projection of the pastoral action program
Incipient reflections: education and resistance in pandemic and post-pandemic situations
No full textEn este artículo se realiza un abordaje crítico y con sensibilidad educativa de temas recurrentes en el marco de la pandemia ocasionada por el nuevo coronavirus: el cuidado, la (nueva) normalidad, la resistencia y la convivencia. Desde esta reflexión se busca también analizar la relación que es posible establecer entre educación y desarrollo, así como entre resistencia, educaciones y espiritualidades. El actual contexto es percibido como una oportunidad para revisar la educación, generar rupturas con el modelo hegemónico de desarrollo y promover procesos más vinculados a la cotidianidad y más orientados a procurar justicia social y cultural. Se trata de un trabajo basado en el análisis textual en diálogo con el contexto en que acontecen los procesos educativos.In this article, a critical and educational approach to recurring issues is made in the context of the pandemic caused by the new coronavirus: care, (new) normality, resistance and coexistence. This reflection also seeks to analyze the relationship that can be established between education and development, as well as between resistance, education and spiritualities. The current context is perceived as an opportunity to review education, generate ruptures with the hegemonic model of development, and promote processes that are more linked to daily life and more oriented to procuring social and cultural justice. It is a work based on textual analysis in dialogue with the context in which educational processes take place

Get PDFThe article discusses the need for a theological approach with an ecological perspective is mentioned. It is discussed how this perspective contributes to the complex world of ecology and how it connects with other theoretical proposals. It is proposed that: (1) religious spaces and their traditions have the opportunity to approach and learn from each other; (2) mutually enriched, these traditions can contribute to environmental processes through an ecological ethic that includes compassion and environmental justice.Se precisa la necesidad de un abordaje teológico con perspectiva ecológica que se enfoque en cómo esta perspectiva aporta al complejo mundo de la ecología y cómo se conecta con otras propuestas teóricas y acciones ambientales. Hope in the face of suffering, from a pastoral view of health, in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic
No full textEl presente artículo hace una reflexión a partir de la situación sanitaria mundial de la pandemia del COVID 19, desde una perspectiva de esperanza a partir de la experiencia religiosa. Por lo tanto, se parte de una breve descripción de la realidad que se traduce en sensación de sufrimiento por las diversas pérdidas que ha causado la pandemia. Posteriormente, se hace una relectura de textos bíblicos que aportan esperanza desde la experiencia de la fe y el amor. En este sentido, se plantea como un reto por afrontar en las comunidades cristianas, de una pastoral de la salud, que está unida a la esencia misma de la fe cristiana. Ante las dudas o cuestionamientos existenciales, la fe unida a la esperanza, produce un efecto de confianza en un mejor futuro que se puede construir desde una pastoral de la salud, que se convierte en pastoral de la esperanza para la actual generación y sobre todo para las nuevas generaciones.This article reflects on the global health situation of the COVID 19 pandemic, from a perspective of hope based on religious experience. Therefore, it begins with a brief description of the reality that translates into a feeling of suffering due to the various losses that the pandemic has caused. Subsequently, there is a rereading of biblical texts that provide hope from the experience of faith and love. In this sense, it is posed as a challenge to be faced in Christian communities, of a pastoral care of health, which is linked to the very essence of the Christian faith. In the face of existential doubts or questions, faith united with hope produces an effect of confidence in a better future that can be built from a health ministry, which becomes a hope ministry for the current generation and above all for the new generations
