No full textThe present work is an investigation that was carried out in a sample group of 40 young people, between 15 and 16 years of age, with the aim of identifying whether it was a population at risk of suffering from an eating disorder and from this to develop a prevention programme taking into account the particular needs of the group. To carry out the investigation we used the "Eating Attitudes Questionnaire" (EAT-40) and the "Body Shape Questionnaire" (BSQ) which are questionnaires that evaluate the risk of suffering from an eating disorder and the assessment of body image.El presente trabajo es una investigación que se realizó en un grupo muestra de 40 jóvenes, entre 15 y 16 años de edad, con el objetivo de identificar si era una población que corre riesgo de sufrir un trastorno alimentario y a partir de ello elaborar un programa de prevención teniendo en cuenta las necesidades particulares del grupo. Para realizar la investigación se utilizó "Cuestionario de actitudes hacia la comida" (EAT-40) y el "Cuestionario de la forma corporal" (BSQ) que son cuestionarios que evalúan el riesgo de padecer un Trastorno Alimentario y la valoración de la imagen corporal.Capítulo 1. Characterization of peasant family agriculture for organic production
No full textThe present research study has been carried out in five municipalities of the province of Tomina, for the characterization of family agriculture, for the inclusion of ecological production in the framework of Law 3525 and national technical regulations, for ecological production, generation of agricultural economic income, to design an ecological production system with a focus on the family for its implementation, aligned with national policies, as an alternative to sustainable agricultural production, supported by the theories of research and agro-ecological experiences of the global, national and local context with a focus on security with family food sovereignty.El presente estudio de investigación, se ha realizado en cinco municipios de la provincia Tomina, para la caracterización de la agricultura familiar, para la inclusión a la producción ecológica en marco de la Ley 3525 y norma técnica nacional, para esto se han realizado las encuestas en 33 comunidades a 375 personas del área rural, de los cuales el 35% fueron mujeres y 65 % hombres, identificando criterios facilitadores para su incorporación de sistemas participativos de garantía, para la producción ecológica, generación de ingresos económicos agropecuarios, para diseñar un sistema de producción ecológica con enfoque a la familia para su implementación, alineado a las políticas nacionales, como alternativa de producción agrícola sostenible, sustentado por las teorías de las investigaciones y experiencias agro ecológicas del contexto global, nacional y local con enfoque de seguridad con soberanía alimentaria familiar.Capítulo 1: Introducción, Capítulo 2: Marco teórico, Capítulo 3: Marco Contextual, Capítulo 4: Modelación de propuesta en producción agroecológica, Capítulo 5: Conclusiones y recomendaciones
