No full textThe importance of why each of the words of expiration as well as prescription should be well defined, and why it would have an importance in our new civil process, since each one of them is used as they are not yet mentioned, being necessary in any case, to know in which moment each one of them should be used, and not only as they are reflected in the NCPC..., in a previous exception. The doctrine marks as special difference on each one of them, that the expiration is not susceptible of interruption in its case as it is the prescription, therefore it would be necessary to emphasize these differentiations, and they will be done through the necessary methods of study.La importancia del porque deberían tenerse bien definidos cada uno de los vocablos de caducidad así como de prescripción, y el por qué tendría una importancia en nuestro nuevo proceso civil, ya que cada una de ellas se as utiliza aún no sean mencionadas, debiendo en todo caso, saber en qué momento debe ser utilizado cada uno de ellos, y no así tan solo como se los tiene plasmados en el NCPC., en una excepción previa. Self-esteem and coping in sixth grade students in the city of Sucre
No full textThe present research studies the relationship between self-esteem and coping in a sample of 450 students of sixth grade of secondary school in the Educational Units of the city of Sucre, selected at random. Self-esteem is assessed with the Rosemberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSS) and coping styles and strategies with the Frydenberg and Lewis Coping Scale (LCS). The results showed that 53% of the students have a high level of self-esteem, 33% a medium level and 13 % a low level. There are significant differences in men's and women's coping, with men using more problem-oriented coping styles, while women using more relative and unproductive coping styles.La presente investigación estudia la relación entre autoestima y afrontamiento en una muestra de 450 estudiantes de sexto de secundaria de las Unidades Educativas de la ciudad de Sucre, seleccionadas aleatoriamente. La autoestima se evalúa con la Escala de Autoestima de Rosemberg (EAR) y los estilos y estrategias de afrontamiento con la Escala de Afrontamiento de Frydenberg y Lewis (ACS). Los resultados mostraron que el 53% de los estudiantes tienen un nivel alto de autoestima, 33% un nivel medio y el 13 un nivel bajo. Existen diferencias significativas en el afrontamiento de hombres y mujeres, los hombres emplean más el estilo de afrontamiento dirigido a la resolución del problema, mientras que las mujeres utilizan más los estilos de afrontamiento en relación con los demás e improductivo.Capítulo 1. Changing the concept of beauty : a pilot prevention proposal for eating disorders in the city of Sucre
No full textThe present work is an investigation that was carried out in a sample group of 40 young people, between 15 and 16 years of age, with the aim of identifying whether it was a population at risk of suffering from an eating disorder and from this to develop a prevention programme taking into account the particular needs of the group. To carry out the investigation we used the "Eating Attitudes Questionnaire" (EAT-40) and the "Body Shape Questionnaire" (BSQ) which are questionnaires that evaluate the risk of suffering from an eating disorder and the assessment of body image.El presente trabajo es una investigación que se realizó en un grupo muestra de 40 jóvenes, entre 15 y 16 años de edad, con el objetivo de identificar si era una población que corre riesgo de sufrir un trastorno alimentario y a partir de ello elaborar un programa de prevención teniendo en cuenta las necesidades particulares del grupo.
