No full textProfesyonel Kütüphane ve Bilgi Bilimi (LIS) Eğitim Programları için IFLA Rehberi, kütüphane ve bilgi bilim çalışmaları (LIS) eğitim programlarını geliştirmek için bir çerçeve sağlar. Bu rehber, temel LIS bilgi alanlarını (TBA'lar) ve sağlam bir LIS eğitim programının unsurlarını sunar. 2012 IFLA Profesyonel Kütüphane/Bilgi Eğitim Programları Rehberi’nin yerini almaktadır. Yeni rehber, LIS profesyonellerini dinamik bir küresel bilgi ortamına hazırlamak amacıyla lisans, yüksek lisans veya sürekli eğitim düzeylerindeki LIS eğitim programlarının kalitesini artırmayı hedefler. Yeni bir program planlanırken ve geliştirilirken veya mevcut bir programın yerel kalite kriterlerini ve kurumsal misyonları karşıladığından emin olmak ve bu uluslararası kalite rehberi ile uyumlu olup olmadığını değerlendirmek için rehber dikkate alınmalıdır. У другим земљама користе се различити термини: „Bookmobile”, „Bibliobus”, „Bucherbus” итд. У овом документу, термин „покретна библиотека” се користи у свом најширем смислу. Свака библиотечка услуга која није везана за једно место спада у категорију услуга покретних библиотека. Када се планирају библиотечке услуге које ће задовољавати потребе заједнице, услуге покретне библиотеке би требало узети у обзир већ у првој фази планирања као одржив и економичан начин за пружање услуга становништву које је у неповољном положају што се тиче приступа традиционалној библиотеци
