This article examines servant-leadership in practice and advocates for its wider adoption in today’s organizations. Informed by the latest academic literature, the article examines the underrepresentation of servant-leadership. This article integrates insights drawn from the author’s 22-year professional career, the life of Clarence Eugene Pressley, personal forgiveness, and restorative justice practices to provide an illustrative context for how servant-leadership manifests in practice.
