Buenas prácticas empresariales de System Hardening para mantener la continuidad informática operativa de las Pc en la distribuidora Famidolar.
Este caso de estudio analiza los problemas de seguridad informática en la distribuidora Famidolar, una empresa que depende críticamente de sus sistemas para garantizar su operatividad, las vulnerabilidades actuales, como configuraciones predeterminadas, ausencia de actualizaciones y falta de políticas de seguridad, han resultado en constantes interrupciones en el trabajo. El estudio combina metodologías cualitativas y descriptivas para diagnosticar las vulnerabilidades, además de comprender los riesgos asociados y plantear soluciones prácticas; es así que, entre los objetivos principales se encuentra la identificación de amenazas específicas, la optimización de configuraciones de seguridad y la capacitación del personal. Este documento propone también implementar buenas prácticas de System Hardening para de esta forma minimizar los riesgos y proteger los datos garantizando una continuidad operatividad a la empresa Famidolar, por lo que contiene anexa una Propuesta de Intervención para la Implementación de Buenas Prácticas de System Hardening para Equipos Windows 10 en Famidolar, todo adaptado a las necesidades específicas de Famidolar. En este caso encontrarán un análisis detallado de los problemas de ciberseguridad enfrentados por la empresa, las soluciones recomendadas y su impacto en la eficiencia operativa; por lo que, además, se presentan guías para la implementación de herramientas como autenticación multifactor, cifrado de discos y gestión de permisos, esenciales para proteger la infraestructura tecnológica de cualquier empresa
Caracterización fisicoquímica, microbiológica y organoléptica de un néctar de mucilago de cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) incorporando moringa (Moringa oleífera) en su formulación.
The objective of this experimental work was to evaluate the physicochemical, microbiological and organoleptic profile of a cocoa mucilage nectar (Theobroma cacao L.) with the incorporation of moringa (Moringa oleifera); 6 formulations were prepared varying the proportion of cocoa mucilage (50-70 %) and moringa (5-10 %) with xanthan gum as a stabilizer. The treatments were evaluated in the statistical program ANOVA by means of pH and °Brix analysis and then in TUKEY to show the differences of the groups among themselves, then the sensory analysis was carried out by a panel of 30 semi-trained tasters and the best treatment was subjected to microbiological analysis. ANOVA analysis showed that there were significant differences in pH (<0,0002, 2 =0,89) and °Brix (<0,0001, 2 =0,93). All treatments complied with INEN 2337:2008 with a pH range between 3,20 and 3,90 meeting the maximum limit 4,5, in the °Brix only T4 met the minimum of 14 °Brix. T4, which contained 70 % cocoa mucilage, 10 % moringa extract and 0,4 % xanthan gum, was the best formulated, obtaining an acceptability of 96,67 % in sensory evaluation. The microbiological analysis of T4 showed that the mold and yeast counts were <10 CFU/mL, complying with INEN 2337:2008. In conclusion, the incorporation of moringa affected the physicochemical and organoleptic profile of the nectar. Los tratamientos se evaluaron en el programa estadístico ANOVA mediante análisis de pH y °Brix y luego en TUKEY para mostrar las diferencias de los grupos entre sí, posteriormente el análisis sensorial se realizó a un panel de 30 catadores semi entrenadas y al mejor tratamiento se le realizo el análisis microbiológico. El análisis ANOVA mostró que había diferencias significativas en pH (<0,0002, 2 =0,89) y en °Brix (<0,0001, 2 =0,93). Todos los tratamientos cumplieron con la normativa INEN 2337:2008 con un rango de pH entre 3,20 y 3,90 cumpliendo el límite máx. 4,5, en los °Brix solo el T4 cumplió con el mínimo de 14 °Brix. El T4 que contenía un 70 % de mucílago de cacao, un 10 % de extracto de moringa y goma xantana 0,4 %, fue el mejor formulado obteniendo una aceptabilidad del 96,67 % en evaluación sensorial. El análisis microbiológico del T4 mostró que los recuentos de mohos y levaduras fueron <10 UFC/mL cumpliendo con la normativa INEN 2337:2008. En conclusión, la incorporación de la moringa afectó el perfil fisicoquímico y organoléptico del néctar. Se propone evaluar la estabilidad del producto mediante envejecimiento acelerado para estimar su vida útil
Utilización Del Almidón De Yuca (Manihot Esculenta) Para La Elaboración Y Producción De Diversos Bioplásticos En El Ecuador
Ecuador faces the challenge of pollution caused by conventional, petroleum-derived, and slow-degrading plastics. Given this, a promising alternative is the production of bioplastics from renewable sources, such as cassava starch (Manihot esculenta). Cassava, also known as manioc or casava, is a root rich in starch, a natural polymer that can be transformed into bioplastics with diverse applications. Initially, it leverages a local and abundant resource, contributing to the development of national agriculture and reducing dependence on imported raw materials. Furthermore, bioplastics derived from cassava starch are biodegradable and compostable, meaning they decompose under natural conditions without generating persistent polluting residues. In Ecuador, several studies have explored the possibilities of using cassava starch to produce bioplastics. Different processes have been investigated for extracting the starch and subsequently transforming it into bioplastics with diverse mechanical and physical properties. One of the main technical challenges is improving water resistance and durability to expand its range of applications. We also seek to optimize production processes to make them more efficient and cost-competitive compared to conventional plastics. Además, los bioplásticos derivados del almidón de yuca son biodegradables y compostables, lo que significa que se descomponen en condiciones naturales sin generar residuos contamiantes persistentes, En Ecuador diversos estudios han explorado las posibilidades de utilizar el almidón de yuca para la elaboración de bioplásticos, se han investigado diferentes procesos de extracción del almidón y su posterior transformación en bioplásticos con diversas propiedades mecánicas y físicas. Uno de los principales desafíos técnicos consiste en mejorar la resistencia al agua y su durabilidad, para ampliar su gama de aplicaciones. Igualmente se busca optimizar los procesos de producción para hacerlos más eficientes y competitivos en costos frente a los plásticos convencionales. Estrategias de marketing en nutrición vegetal completa en la empresa Nutvecomsa S. A. Del cantón Vinces en el periodo 2023.
In the case of the company Nutvecomsa S.A, established in the Vinces canton, it is of great importance for different reasons. This analysis not only relates information about specific practices, on the contrary, it presents important lessons and knowledge in the area of marketing in general. The main objective was to evaluate or examine the marketing strategies of the company Nutvecomsa S.A to diagnose its performance, positioning and competitiveness in the market. Based on the qualitative method, the line of research used interviews and company data to formulate precise conclusions. The methodology focuses on the marketing strategy variable within the context of the company, developing techniques in the SWOT matrix and interview. The results were positive that the Nutvecomsa company lacks an effective marketing strategy, without clear differentiation in competitiveness with the different stores around it, which identifies the absence of the importance of chatting or training customers with the use of marketing tools. It is emphasized that Nutvecomsa has failed to create and execute marketing strategies that could exceed its visibility in the market. The research selects the areas of Financial, Administrative, Tax Management, Audit and Control, as well as Marketing and Commercialization, indicating the comprehensive situation and highlighting the needs of the most recognized marketing strategies.In the case of the company Nutvecomsa S.A, established in the Vinces canton, it is of great importance for different reasons. Este análisis no solo nos relaciona información de las prácticas específicas, al contrario, presenta las lecciones y conocimientos importantes en el área de marketing en general. El principal objetivo fue evaluar o examinar las estrategias de marketing de la empresa Nutvecomsa S.A para diagnosticar su rendimiento, posicionamiento y la competitividad en el mercado. Basado en el método cualitativo, la línea de investigación utilizó entrevistas y datos de la empresa para formular conclusiones precisas. La metodología se enfoca en la variable de estrategia de marketing dentro del contexto de la empresa, desarrollando técnicas en la matriz FODA y entrevista. Los resultados dieron positivo que la empresa Nutvecomsa carece de una estrategia de marketing efectiva, sin la diferenciación clara en la competitividad con los diferentes locales a su alrededor en lo cual identifica la ausencia de la importancia de la charla o capacitaciones a los clientes con el uso de herramientas de marketing. Se recalca que Nutvecomsa ha fallado en crear y ejecutar las estrategias de marketing que podrían superar su visibilidad en el mercado. La investigación selecciona las áreas de Gestión financiera, Administrativa, tributaria, Auditoría y Control, también el Marketing y Comercialización, indicando la situación integral y destacando las necesidades de las estrategias de marketing más reconocidas

This research work focuses on the “24 de Mayo” School of Basic Education due to the growing wave of use of artificial intelligence in education, which is why it is necessary to know its contributions in the teaching-learning processes. This topic is of great importance since the use of artificial intelligence in education is a new and innovative technology and as teachers, it is necessary to know emerging technologies. There is growing interest and efforts to incorporate solutions based on artificial intelligence in various educational contexts in Latin America. Artificial Intelligence allows the creation of more interactive and dynamic learning environments, facilitating access to high-quality educational resources. Through smart tutoring systems, students can receive instant feedback and personalized support, improving their understanding and retention of knowledge. It is crucial to examine these opportunities carefully, in order to understand and build a bridge that connects education, especially as it relates to technologies and their use. This will allow us to take full advantage of the multiple possibilities that arise with the exponential growth of artificial intelligence and the development of new applications in emerging areas. Este tema es de gran importancia puesto que el uso de la inteligencia artificial en la educación, es una tecnología nueva e innovadora y como docentes, es necesario conocer las tecnologías emergentes. Se manifiesta un creciente interés y esfuerzos por incorporar soluciones fundamentadas en la inteligencia artificial en variados contextos educativos de América Latina. La Inteligencia Artificial permite la creación de entornos de aprendizaje más interactivos y dinámicos, facilitando el acceso a recursos educativos de alta calidad. A través de sistemas de tutoría inteligente, los estudiantes pueden recibir retroalimentación instantánea y apoyo personalizado, lo que mejora su comprensión y retención del conocimiento. In this work, the different causes for which Ecuadorians have migrated to the United States and their impact on daily life using mobile applications, especially TikTok, will be raised and analyzed, recognizing the problem that our country has been facing for many years, among which the lack of opportunity, employment, basic services, etc. Driven by a dream of better, their lives emigrate to be able to provide their families with a more demanding future, which allows them to live in a dignified way, since they feel disappointed by the system of government and the economic and security crisis that plagues them, and of those who do not see a necessary change to be able to continue fighting within their country. Necessary and global changes are needed within the government and new opportunities that allow Ecuadorians to have benefits that allow them to cope with the crisis and help the country economically, so that our compatriots see in Ecuador a country where they can stay.

Se necesitan cambios necesarios y globales dentro del gobierno y nuevas oportunidades que permitan que los ecuatorianos tengan beneficios que les permita sobrellevar la crisis y ayudar económicamente al país, para que nuestros compatriotas vean en Ecuador un país donde quedarse y no emigrar, pero mientras no se den las oportunidades necesarias se seguirá viendo esa misma problemática.
El emigrar destruye familias en muchas ocasiones, y la migración se ha tornado en una problemática social que vas en aumento cada año que pasa, impulsada por las denigrantes las condiciones económicas y social agarrada de escases de oportunidades laborales que causan pobreza en la población, lo que conlleva a los ecuatorianos a buscar mejores oportunidades en otros países en especial a Estados Unidos
Educación emocional y su incidencia en el aprendizaje académico de los estudiantes de básica media de la Unidad Educativa 23 de Junio del cantón Baba en el periodo 2024 - 2025
Emotions are stimuli that the human being has, in other words, emotions are closely linked to the cognitive, the fact that a student shows joy, interest, curiosity helps to prolong the retention of information and to better understand the concepts. Considering it as an educational process, emotional education seeks to increase a good emotional state as a complement to the development of knowledge.
Furthermore, emotional education should be considered as a main part of learning, that is, through its development, the student acquires skills for personality formation based on their knowledge, thus generating good self-esteem, better valuing, recognizing and externalizing their emotions so that when learning in the classroom, effective development occurs significantly. For this reason, the development of these emotional skills must be stimulated with activities directed by the competent authorities. These activities provide the teacher with the ability to generate good management of their emotions in their students.
In this work, we aim to establish the relationship between emotions and the acquisition of learning. Considerando como un proceso educativo, la educación emocional busca que se incremente el buen estado emocional como complemento del desarrollo conocimiento.
Además, que la educación emocional debe ser considerada como parte principal del aprendizaje, es decir, que, a través de su desarrollo, el estudiante adquiere habilidades para la formación de la personalidad a partir de la base de sus conocimientos, generando así una buena autoestima, valorizando, reconociendo y exteriorizando mejor sus emociones para que al momento de aprender dentro del aula, se dé significativamente un desarrollo efectivo.
Es por ello, que el desarrollo de estas habilidades emocionales se debe estimular con actividades dirigidas por las autoridades competentes, dichas actividades proporcionan al docente la capacidad de generan en sus estudiantes el buen manejo de sus emociones.
En este trabajo, se pretende establecer la relación que hay entre las emociones y la adquisición de aprendizaje. También se detalla sobre el aprendizaje académico y por los procesos mentales que conllevan a desarrollar conocimientos significativos para la toma de decisiones y la solución de problemas que presentan los estudiantes que cursan sexto de educación básica paralelo C y D, a través de la enseñanza efectiva que los docentes imparten en la Unidad Educativa 23 de junio del cantón Baba
Determinación de las características agronómicas de dos híbridos de palma aceitera y su influencia en el rendimiento
The cultivation of the oil palm Elaeis guineensis originated in West Africa, with Southeast Asia currently being the largest producer. Latin America, for its part, has been increasing its planted areas thanks to the favorable agroclimatic conditions in its tropical belt. The main objective of the research was to establish the yield between OxG Amazon and Tenera oil palm hybrids (Elaeis guineensis, Jacq). In the preparation of this document, updated information was collected from scientific articles and virtual libraries, through non-experimental bibliographic research, using synthesis, analysis, and summary of the information. The conclusions determined that OxG Amazon and Tenera oil palm have agronomic differences, with the Amazon hybrid incorporating between 53-56% of oleifera palm genes that potentially affect oil yield. OxG hybrids typically have a planting density of 143 palms/ha, with growth that varies according to tree length. Factors such as environmental and agronomic conditions must be considered when selecting hybrids. Amazon hybrids have a higher investment in production costs, while the OxG hybrid, interrelated between American and African palms, has a high resistance to the bud weevil in Ecuador.The cultivation of the oil palm Elaeis guineensis originated in West Africa, with Southeast Asia currently being the largest producer. The main objective of the research was to establish the yield between OxG Amazon and Tenera oil palm hybrids (Elaeis guineensis, Jacq). In the preparation of this document, updated information was collected from scientific articles and virtual libraries, through non-experimental bibliographic research, using synthesis, analysis, and summary of the information. The conclusions determined that OxG Amazon and Tenera oil palm have agronomic differences, with the Amazon hybrid incorporating between 53-56% of oleifera palm genes that potentially affect oil yield. OxG hybrids typically have a planting density of 143 palms/ha, with growth that varies according to tree length. Factors such as environmental and agronomic conditions must be considered when selecting hybrids. Amazon hybrids have a higher investment in production costs, while the OxG hybrid, interrelated between American and African palms, has a high resistance to the bud weevil in Ecuador.El cultivo de la palma de aceite Elaeis guineensis se originó en África Occidental, siendo en la actualidad Asia Suroriental el mayor productor. Latinoamérica por su parte, ha venido incrementando sus áreas sembradas gracias a las condiciones agroclimáticas favorables en su franja tropical. El principal objetivo en la investigación fue determinar las características agronómicas de dos híbridos de palma aceitera y su influencia en el rendimiento. En la elaboración del presente documento se recopiló información actualizada de artículos científicos y bibliotecas virtuales, mediante una investigación no experimental de carácter bibliográfico, mediante el uso de síntesis, análisis, y resumen de la información. las conclusiones determinaron que OxG Amazon y Tenera de palma de aceite tienen diferencias agronómicas, con el híbrido Amazon incorporando entre el 53-56% de genes de palma oleifera que potencialmente afectan el rendimiento de aceite. Los híbridos OxG típicamente tienen una densidad de siembra de 143 palmas/ha, con un crecimiento que varía según la longitud del árbol. Factores como las condiciones ambientales y agronómicas deben ser considerados al seleccionar híbridos. Los híbridos de Amazonas tienen una mayor inversión en costos de producción, mientras que el híbrido OxG, interrelacionado entre palmas americanas y africanas, tiene una alta resistencia al picudo del cogollo en Ecuador
Adición de cannabis de la variedad Cherry Oregon en el agua como promotor de crecimiento en gallinas Lohman Brown en la etapa de postura.
In the present experimental research work was carried out with the purpose of testing Cannabis in small doses in water in Lohman Brown hens in the laying stage, at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the Veterinary Medicine career of the Babahoyo canton of the Los Ríos Province. We worked with 68 hens, distributed completely randomly, experimentally designed the blocks with three repetitions by four treatments. The amount of treatments that were used varies from 0 g, 10 g, 15 g, 20 g, three groups that worked with, (T0) 10g was added, (T1) with 0g, (T2) with 15g, (T3) with 20g of cannabis per 10 liters of water. The research was conducted with the following results: T0, which was supplemented with 0 g of cannabis in the water, yielded 5.26 L of waste in both water and feed, and a total egg weight yield of 2711,1 g. T1, with 10 g of cannabis, yielded 7,49 L of water waste and a total egg weight yield of 2822,94 g; T2 yielded a total egg weight of 2740,914 g and a water waste of 6,76 L., T3 showed a higher egg weight yield of 3261,78 g and a waste of 9,19 L. The resulting data provide reliable information for the development and performance of hens, as cannabis promotes growth, laying, and animal welfare. Se trabajó con 68 gallinas, distribuidas totalmente al azar, diseñado experimentalmente los bloques con tres repeticiones por cuatro tratamientos. La cantidad de tratamientos que se utilizaron, varía desde 0 g, 10 g, 15 g, 20 g, tres grupos que se trabajaron con, (T0) se adiciono 10g, (T1) con 0g, (T2) con 15g, (T3) con 20g de cannabis por cada 10 litros de agua. Desarrollada la investigación se obtuvo los siguientes resultados, T0 que se suplemento con 0 g en cannabis en el agua se obtuvo 5,26L desperdicio tanto en el agua como alimento, rendimiento productivo del peso de huevo total fue 2711,1gr; T1 con 10 g de cannabis, reflejo 7,49L desperdicio de agua y un rendimiento productivo del peso de huevo total 2822,94gr, T2 presento rendimiento productivo del peso de huevo total 2740,914gr y del desperdicio de agua 6,76L., T3 se observó mayor rendimiento productivo del peso de huevo total de 3261,78gr, desperdicio 9,19L. Los datos resultantes ofrecen información verídica para el favorecimiento y rendimiento de las gallinas como promueve el cannabis tanto para el crecimiento, postura y bienestar animal. Se concluyó que el cannabis de variedad Cherry Oregan además que es un alimento alternativo, ayuda a la vulnerabilidad del desarrollo de enfermedades, resulta beneficioso en la producción de huevos y además es un promotor de crecimiento

In the hospital there is evidence of a clinical picture characterized by blood pressure 160/100 mmhg, respiratory rate 24 breaths per minute, heart rate 102 beats per minute, positive proteinuria, giving a Mom Score of 9, acute pain in the abdomen, anemia and thrombositopenia. El presente caso clínico trata de una paciente primigesta de 24 años de edad con 33 semanas de gestación por última fecha de menstruación que acude al Hospital General Dr. Liborio Panchana Sotomayor de Santa Elena referida por preeclampsia severa más óbito fetal en el hospital se evidencia un cuadro clínico caracterizado por presión arterial 160/100 mmhg ,frecuencia respiratoria 24 respiraciones por minuto, frecuencia cardiaca 102 latidos por minuto, proteinuria positiva, dando así Score mamá de 9, dolor agudo en el abdomen, anemia y trombocitopenia. Ingresa en el área de la ginecología, donde se implementó un proceso de atención de enfermería eficiente e integral, proporcionando acciones de enfermería a la embarazada durante su estancia en el hospital, contribuyendo a la mejora de su salud y consiguiendo la reincorporación de la paciente a la sociedad
