An Analysis of Body Fat and Acute Radiation-Induced Enteritis for Cervical Cancer
Get PDF子宮頸癌の放射線療法においては，急性期放射線性腸炎が治療中断の原因となることがある。脂肪の組織修復機能に着目し，体脂肪と放射線性腸炎の関連を検討するため，2006 年から 2018 年に福井大学医学部附属病院で広汎子宮全摘術後に放射線療法を行った 18 例（術後 RT 群），広汎子宮全摘術後に同時化学放射線療法（concureent chemoradiotherapy，CCRT）を行った 38 例（術後 CCRT 群），根治的な同時化学放射線療法のみを施行した 34 例（CCRT 単独群）を対象として，患者背景，手術結果，総照射線量，脂肪面積を抽出しGrade2 以上の下痢の有無について後方視的に検討した。術後 CCRT 群において，Grade2 以上の下痢が 57.9%に認められた。Grade2 以上の下痢が認められた例においては，認められなかった例に比べ脂肪面積および内臓脂肪面積が有意に低値であった。術後 RT 群と CCRT 単独群においては，Grade2 以上の下痢と体脂肪および内臓脂肪の分布・面積には有意差が認められなかった。体脂肪および内臓脂肪が少ない患者に対する広汎子宮全摘術後の CCRT は Grade2 以上の下痢を誘発する可能性が示唆された。
In radiation therapy for cervical cancer, acute radiation-induced enterocolitis may cause treatment interruption. To evaluate the relevance between body fat and acute radiation-induced enterocolitis in cervical cancer patients, patient backgrounds, surgical results, total irradiation dose, and fat area were extracted from 18 patients who underwent radical hysterectomy followed by radiotherapy (postoperative RT group), 38 patients who underwent radical hysterectomy followed by concurrent hemoradiotherapy (CCRT) (postoperative CCRT group), and 34 patients who received only radical concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT alone group), and were compared retrospectively for the presence of Grade 2 or higher diarrhea. In the postoperative CCRT group, diarrhea of Grade 2 or higher was observed in 57.9% (22/38) of patients. The group with Grade 2 or higher diarrhea had significantly less total and visceral fat area than the group without diarrhea. In the postoperative RT and the CCRT alone groups, there was no significant difference between the presence of Grade2 or higher diarrhea and total/visceral fat area. CCRT after radical hysterectomy in patients with low body and visceral fat content was suggested to cause Grade 2 or higher diarrhea.departmental bulletin pape
物理学A (力学)における学習者主体の教育手法の導入
Get PDF米国で開発・普及が進んだ相互作用型の大学物理教授法に倣う形で学習者主体と称して物質・生命化学科1年生の物理学Aの授業にピアレビューとピアインストラクション、自動採点の教材を取り入れ、授業内容への受講生からの積極的な関与と物理における概念理解への誘導を試みた。受講生が授業期間中の各週に進める作業を明確にし、Weekly Processと称してこれらの教材を含めた作業過程を提示した。その中でプレクラスと称する予習課題を設け授業前に解答提出できるように教材を作った。提出された解答を授業時間中に受講生どうしで閲覧しあうレビュー時間を設け授業への参加意識向上を促した。Weekly Processの立案から実践までを詳述し、実践のあとで見えてきた課題に言及した。departmental bulletin pape
