No full text地方の地域公共交通の多くは赤字のため，行政の財政支出により運営が支えられており，その
必要性や妥当性などについて相応の説明が求められる．近年では，地域公共交通への補助金の
支出が福祉行政などの他の行政部門の支出を節減する効果を定量的に算定することができる
「クロスセクター効果」が注目されるとともに，定量的に評価された事例が複数見られるよう
になった．しかしながら同じ自治体内での複数地域について同時に比較・検討されたものは見
られない．そこで本研究では，福井市で運行されている複数のコミュニティバスを対象に，そ
れらのクロスセクター効果を算出し，地域特性の違いに着目したクロスセクター効果の特徴や
その算出方法の課題を探ることで，福井市のコミュニティバスの多面的な価値を評価する．conference pape

Cognitive Feature of Junior High School Students’ Judgment Using Probability in Decision Making Task
Get PDF不確実な事象が溢れる現代社会では，複数の選択を的確に評価し，合理的な判断を行う意思決定に関する能力の育成が重要視されている。意思決定と確率概念には密接な関連があるが，現行の中学校段階における確率学習では意思決定に明示的な焦点が当てられていない。そこで本研究では，意思決定と確率学習の関連性に着目し，中学校第2学年を対象に，意思決定課題における確率的な判断に関する認識調査を行った。調査の結果，中学生の確率判断に関する認知的特徴が明らかとなり，確率教育への示唆が得らdepartmental bulletin pape
