Modern Basics of Diagnosis and Prevention of Caries in Adolescents
Relevance. Caries in adolescents is a multifactorial infectious disease that can develop at any age of the patient (at an early age, in adolescence and in adults) throughout life, leading to the demineralization of enamel with the formation of a carious cavity. Caries remains a significant problem in most developed countries of the world, affecting from 60 to 90% of schoolchildren and the vast majority of the adult population. Dental caries is most common in Asian and Latin American countries, where the incidence of children and adults is approaching 100%
Immunoprophylaxis Work Performed in Children and the Socio-Hygienic Factors that Affect Them (Literature Review)
Immunoprophylaxis is of great importance in the prevention of infectious diseases. The article provides an analysis of data on the immunoprophylaxis of countries and studies the factors influencing the formation of attitudes to vaccination among the child population, as well as data on problems with vaccination among the population, parents and medical workers
Influence of the Premorbid Background on the Clinical and Immunological Picture of Patients at the Stage of Formation of Chronic Bronchitis
Based on the analysis of clinical data and the results of monitoring patients with chronic bronchitis, a concept was formulated about four main stages in the formation and development of this disease. Based on an in-depth analysis of the features of the stages of chronic bronchitis in terms of searching for real approaches to primary prevention, a large proportion of viral and associated infections was established at the stages of chronic bronchitis formation.
The data of immunological studies indicate that already in the early stages of the formation of bronchopulmonary pathology with prolonged and recurrent bronchitis, signs of suppression of humoral and cellular immunity were noted
To Assessing the Immune Status in Pregnant and Lactating Women
The leading cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality of newborns. Thus, premature infants account for 60-70% of early neonatal and 65-75% of infant mortality. In addition, one should not forget about the high cost of nursing premature babies, the high frequency of childhood disability, as well as the possibility of developing long-term adverse consequences of undersharing [1.2.3]
Treatment of Degenerative-Dystrophic Diseases of the Spine and Their Morphological Basis in New Analysis
This article presents information on the treatment of degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the lumbar region of the spine with new diagnostic methods, analysis of positive results and study of their morphological basis. Taking into account the results of the morphological examination, the indications for carrying out optimal surgical procedures for degenerative-dystrophic diseases of the lumbar region of the spine have been determined. As a result of arcotomy + discectomy + foraminotomy examination, it was found that the pain syndrome was eliminated in all patients (100%). The advantage of hemilaminoectomy surgery is that the orthopedic properties of the spine are maximally preserved, the origin of instability is prevented, decompression of the spinal cord and brain roots is achieved, and congenital and acquired stenoses are opened. An extended hemylaminoectomy procedure maximizes stability of the spine and surrounding tissues, allowing immediate decompression and revision of the lobules and preserved brain roots
Peculiarities of the Effect of Epilepsy on the Hypothalamic-Pituitary System

Epilepsy is a common socially significant CNS pathology. According to the World Antiepileptic League, epilepsy is a brain disease, has a predisposition to the formation of repeated seizures resulting in the development of neurobiological complications, as well as disorders in cognitive, psychological and social status
Separate Results of Metronomic Therapy With Cyclophosphan And Pazopanib in the Palliative Treatment of Recurrent Platinum-Resistant Ovarian Cancer
Ascites in ovarian cancer is a common complication. Abdominal effusion may occur in the first stage of tumour development, in advanced disease, and may manifest recurrence after radical treatment. If surgery is performed, abdominal flushes and a peritoneal biopsy must be taken to detect malignant cells - it is so common for ovarian tumours to coexist with peritoneal metastases
